Poetry Unit Life Book Project

Life Book Project

This project will help you reflect on who you are as an individual.
Through this project, you will examine events from your past and consider
how they have developed you into the strong lion you are today. Every poem
you add to this project will discuss an event or emotion from your past and
give the reader an insight into that time period in your life. Each poem, or
chapter as they will be called, must be written using the type of poem or
poetic vocabulary we learned that week in class. Each week you will have at
least one chapter to write and you can reference your notes on how to utilize
that poetic element properly. Your life book must have a title and a colorful
cover page. It must all be typed or neatly written.

Your Life Book will be due January 10th, 2011.

You will present chapters of your Life Book on January 10th and January
11th, 2011.

Below are the directions on completing each chapter of your Life Book.
