Project Title: Leveraging digital channels for enhancing customer experience and analysis
of micromarket.
Summary of Project:
Assigned mentors will handhold the interns in terms of educating them on the available
digital offerings of the Bank. This shall equip the intern in driving education and adoption
of ICICI digital banking channel amongst their ecosystem. As part of the project, the interns
will be responsible for identifying the banking needs of their own ecosystem i.e. friends,
family, acquaintances or people in the nearby catchment. Post need identification, they
shall pass the leads to their respective mentors for further action.
While working from home, interns will also need to study and prepare the micromarket
map of their area with details of various customer segments, presence of other private and
public banks and business opportunities available for ICICI Bank in their market.
Micromarket Study:
Interns will study their catchment and prepare the micromarket map with details of
customer segments, presence of other private and public banks, business opportunities
and potential available in their market.
After understanding their market, interns will have to provide the recommendation on
business strategy for the Bank in their catchment.
Internship Process:
Internship Evaluation:
Interns will be assessed basis their performance on the no. of digital migrations,
activations, prospects generated and study of micromarket after 45 days.
At the end of program top 20 interns with best performance will be recognized with the
Best Intern badge.
