2. Mr. Kamal Nijawan, who appears for the petitioner-applicant in these
matters, says that these applications have been moved to implead those
students, who are likely to be impacted, in case the reliefs sought for in the
petitions are granted.
3. The submission advanced by Mr. Nijawan has been accorded.
4. Accordingly, prayers made in the applications are allowed.
5. Mr. Nijawan will file an amended memo of parties within a week.
However, newly arrayed parties will be served via the University of Delhi.
A copy of the amended petition will be supplied to the counsel for the
University of Delhi in digital form.
6. The applications are disposed of in the aforementioned terms.

2. Mr. Rupal, who appears for the University of Delhi seeks further
time to file a counter affidavit in the captioned matters.
3. The request made by Mr. Rupal is acceded to.
4. Counter affidavit will be filed within 10 days from today. A copy of
the same will be furnished to the respective counsel who appear for the
petitioner(s) in the captioned matters. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed
before the next date of hearing.
5. Mr. Rupal will prepare a chart setting out material particulars of each
of the petitioners and the ground on which the petition is resisted. A copy
of the chart will also be furnished to the counsel appearing in each of the
petitions.
6. Renotify the matters on 25.11.2019.
