 A DREAM JOB, A WAY OF SACRIFICE

In life, every person yearns for or dreams for many things to be happy. Many times
those dreams vary according to the needs of an individual these can be from a
house, a job, a car, a life, a home, children, friends, money and many more.
Usually these dreams are tangible or intangible are built progressively, in the case
of material things such as a job are achieved in a certain way, for example,
studying or simply having the vocation necessary to function and perform in what
we do or we want

When we have a job it may not be that it makes us very happy, that is, perhaps the
function we perform is not where we would like to be or what really motivates us
every day to continue improving, but beyond this experience it helps us to
gradually form a base in our life and so when we get where we want we can have
more security in what we propose to others and to ourselves.

Before thinking about an ideal job, I must first ask myself:

That I have? To begin with, I have people around me who support me, love me and
have taught me values that have been my base up to now. I have qualities that
define me a lot; the main ones, for example, are responsibility, honesty, sincerity,
kindness, respect, I am enterprising, eager to get ahead; and I have a tool that will
always go from my hand; my knowledge; general and specific, which will be those
that facilitate my performance in the personal and professional area.

What do I need? the needs are very different according to the environment and the
aspirations they have for the present and the future; I currently consider that my
needs are few compared to what I will have when my career ends, I marry and I
form a family. Being clear that new needs may arise. For example, one of my
needs would be a house, a car and of course a stability that facilitates a good
fulfillment of my obligations.

In my opinion; a dreamed or ideal job would be one that satisfies me, motivates
me, performs as a person, helps me to improve myself, in which I unwind calmly,
with ease, that can cover from my most basic needs to the most demanding, to call
it from any shape.
As I said, many dreams are achieved progressively; In my case, I have tried to
harness somehow the path that can guide me towards my dreamed work, this work
must have certain characteristics such as flexible schedules, with opportunities to
continue to excel in the area that I play, that I provide an economic and social
stability; that is to say that not only has a salary that covers my needs but that it
can assure me a stable future.

The idea of occupying a managerial position in which I am given the opportunity to

travel, to know other types of business organizations, to interact with people who
have different knowledge that can provide me with improvements in my work, work
as a team in a healthy environment, to have an office to do my work since I would
not like to work from my home, to be given the opportunity to have a car, a house,
a health or life insurance.

I have been taught that nothing in life really matters if it is not achieved with effort
and dedication, experience and perseverance are very important factors when you
want to reach high, so I am sure that before reaching the job of my dreams I must
train professionally learn to face the labor field unwrap in several positions that
make me grow as a person and professionally.

In a job, whatever it is, we must be people who always characterize us, for being
ethical for doing things in the best way and based on how good they have taught
us, this attitude is not achieved overnight harvest it and I have the necessary bases
to obtain the best results and prosper in the work of my dreams.
