Terms & Conditions

1. If travelling from outside Himachal Pradesh you have to mandatorily inform your SDM/SHO/BMO/MC/Local Panchayat
upon your arrival and shall have to undergo 14 days home/institutional quarantine failing which you will face action
under law. District Administration may decide for COVID-19 sampling/test for travellers from Red Zone and
Institutional Quarantine
2. The Pass/ID is issued only for transportation of Essential Commodities /Emergency items/persons associated with the
performannce of emergency duties/delivery of essential commodities for daily use
3. This Pass/ID is valid during the lockdown period only
4. No entry will be allowed between 7PM to 7AM.
5. Safety norms as per SOP / Guidelines of Ministry of Health, Govt. of India shall be followed while using this Pass/ID
without fall in order to prevent further spread of the Corona Virus
6. The norms of Social Distancing shall also be ensured during operation, travelling by the requisite employees, deployed
for the purpose of execution of any duty associated with delivery of essential services
7. Permission shall be used only for the legitimate bonafide purpose within the meaning of Essential Commodity Services
as have been identified by the Govt. vide different orders, issued from time to time
8. Outside Himachal travelling will only be allowed from 6AM-7PM
9. If you are traveling from a Red District/Zone, District Administration shall put you into Institutional Quarantine for 14
days
