fact, representing the proceeds of the sale of the subject properties;

4. To sign, execute, and acknowledge all receipts, documents or other instruments as

may be necessary with reference to such power;

5. To represent me before the appropriate Bureau of Internal Revenue, Assessor’s

Office, Register of Deeds and other concerned government agencies in order to
facilitate and process the sale of the above-stated property;

6. It is agreed that this Irrevocable Special Power of Attorney shall not be revoked or
cancelled.

7. To do any other acts in order to effectuate the above-mentioned powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying
