in primary health center .You are kindly requested to permit Khushbu Bharatbhai Patel for conducting her
final study. You are also requested to intimate concerned authorities of your PHC as early as possible that
will help her to get cooperation for collecting data from the said asha workers. Khushbu Bharatbhai Patel,
will be collecting data from primary health center, in month of May, 2020.
