Feb. 10, 2018 Inner Circle Call – Transcript

David Wolfe: For everyone who doesn't know, you probably do
know, I'm David Avocado Wolfe, and thanks for being
a part of my inner circle. This group, we're going to
go places this year. This is our year. 2018, it's year of
the dog. I'm a dog. If you follow the Chinese year, it
starts on February 16th, so it's starting next week,
and what a great time to be alive. We are in a real
upswing here with all possibilities and all potential.
Our world is going two directions at once. We'll get
into that, but the possibility is there to make this
year your best year ever.
Alright, we've got folks from Calgary, oh, North
Queensland, Australia. Niagara Falls, woo! Close to
us in Ontario, when I'm back on that side. Lake
Havasu City, Arizona, fantastic. North Dakota,
awesome. Where else? Close to Las Vegas. Anybody
else want to chime in on their location? Learn how to
use that feature, that chat feature. Cool, Firehorse.
Firehorse, is that Dakotas? Is that in the Dakotas?
Oh, New Zealand. Welcome from New Zealand.
We're recording this call for future use, so that
everybody who's new who comes into the inner circle
can also reference it. Let's jump right into it. Thanks
everybody, thanks for being a part of this call. I'm
David Avocado Wolfe, and welcome to the inner
circle. We are going to cover a different subject
each month, and I'm going to bring you right up to
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

speed with where I'm at on all this stuff.

The first thing, the first order of business, what
we're doing this month, is we're going to thin down
and really look at what products are in our house
that are not organic. The first step is just the very
beginning of detox, and it's a chemical detox. We all
were sold the bill of goods that chemicals are going
to save us, better living through chemistry is what
they told us. You may remember that. In fact, what
happened was we didn't get that. We didn't get
better living through chemistry. We got better dying
through chemistry. The chemicals that have been
released into the environment, now we have a whole
litany and a whole world that surrounds this subject
of carcinogens. These are natural chemicals and
artificial chemicals that are cancer forming, and now
we're in a whole new conversation, which is we
allowed science to run amuck and therefore we've
got all these cleaning products in our home, we've
got toothpaste in our home, we've got soaps in our
home, we've got cleaning products for our clothing,
we've got our clothing itself, we've got the food that
we're eating or the water that we're drinking, may
be contaminated.
This month, the focus of this month is going organic.
Getting everything out of your house that is not
associated with a healthy, natural living lifestyle.
If you're looking at cleaning products in your closet
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

or your cupboard of your kitchen, whatever, under

your sink, and it's got ingredients you don't know
what it is, it's gone. That's what this month is about.
We have to clean house in order for us to get started
and really get control of our faculties. It's common
for me to get up at 1:00 in the morning and start
working. Yesterday I got up at 1:00 in the morning
and worked until 7:30, slept an hour, and then
powered through the whole day and went to bed at
1:00 in the morning again. You cannot do that in a
toxic environment. It's not possible. You cannot
reach where we're headed in month three, to really
that peak performance state, without doing the
housecleaning. The body cleansing, the house
cleansing, the chemical cleaning, very important.
Another piece of it too, I'm going to just show you
guys here. Electro-cleaning. I've got a universal mat
underneath my feet. All of this computer technology
does have an affect on us.
We are being fried by it. If we're not grounded or
earth, this is my grounding mat right here, this is
connected to the ground wire of my plug over there.
If we are not grounded, then we're an
electromagnetic island and we start to toxify. We
know this. I've been privy to Clint Ober's research on
grounding more than anybody in the world. Clint has
shared with me all the studies he's published and all
the studies that have not been published. What we
found out is very interesting. If you're grounded
consistently for three months, you release gases out
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

of your lungs that are normally sequestered,

meaning that you detoxify substances come out of
your body just from being electrically grounded.
That's part of this month.
In this month, we want to make sure that everything
around us is supporting health. I've got things around
me, I've got all kinds of gadgets, trinkets, all my, I
should put this on, this is my favorite necklace. Gift
to me from Dr. Patrick Flanagan, one of my favorite
scientists, who invented the entire concept of
electromagnetic protective jewelry in 1973. He
invented that concept. This month is about making
your environment, your home, your automobile,
wherever you're working, an environment that
supports you and is healthy and is free of
carcinogens and also has grounding available, so
you're grounded, electromagnetically grounded, and
all kinds of things that inspire you.
Right here around me I've got images and pictures
and I've got roots of plants and feathers and all kinds
of supplements and my journal's right here. This is a
big part of this year too, by the way. You're
committed to this year, commit to this. This is
something we'll get into more in month three, and I'll
revisit it. This is my own personal journal written in
my own hand. Boom. Very important commitment
there.
Okay, this month, the first month, is cleaning house.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Let's talk about month number two. That's when we

start working really deeper into our own bodies and
really realizing that we have sequestered chemicals.
For example, every single animal in the world that's
ever been tested is contaminated with some level of
DDT. Even polar bears. It's spread all over the whole
earth.
Is it possible to detoxify DDT? Some people say yes.
I've seen proof that it is possible. Other people say
no. I've seen the analytic proof that it is possible to
detoxify that out of the fat tissue of your body, but
we have to have strategies. We've got to have
strategies to rid our body of toxins. Again, first step
this month, we're getting our environment cleaned
out.
Right now over there, right behind me, I've got an
ozone machine. You could actually see it right there.
Check this out. Right there, on the edge of my
bookcase, is a mask and that mask is my ozone
machine, which is running right there, which is
powering long chain ozone into my room. I also have
a HEPA filter right down there. It's not on right now. I
do ozone then HEPA filter. Ozone and HEPA filter.
This room has no particulates. No allergens. Nothing
from the atmosphere that could be harmful. It's all
being fried by the reactive ozone that's bubbled
through oil. We'll get there, don't worry about this
right now. I just want you to hear the level of
sophistication that we're going to go to. We're going
to go all the way. I'm going to lay it all out for you,
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

so if you're in for all the way, I'm asking you to

commit for a year and make this the best year of
your life. 2018 is our year.
I didn't have the best 2017 ever, or the best 2016
ever. I had an awesome 2015 and an incredible 2014
and an epic 2013. I feel like two years off, this one's
got to be the one where it all comes together. It's
going to be the one. This is it.
First month we get the environment sorted out.
Second month we get this environment sorted out,
what's going on in here. The big one on this, and I
just stumbled into it through this, the C60. You can
see that right there. The C60, the great super
charcoal. The soccer ball-shaped, spherical charcoal
molecule is the most powerful substance ever
discovered for longevity in the history of scientific
research.
We are going to talk about, and we're going to spend
a lot of time talking about, developing your own
personal philosophy. Jim Rohn taught me that back
22 years ago, 23 years ago. When I met Jim Rohn,
who was Tony Robbins' mentor, he told me that I
needed to develop my own personal philosophy.
Well, that personal philosophy has gotten me 12
million fans on Facebook, but it's also gotten me
worlds of haters and trolls and all that kind of thing.
That personal philosophy has led me, eventually led
me to this product right here. We're going to talk
about the both sides, right?
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

This product is yes, it is a product of science, but I

want to clarify this on my personal philosophy. I am
into science. Science does not have a belief system.
Science is always changing based on new data. That's
one thing we can say for sure in the history of
science. Anything that is claiming that it is science
and saying you have to believe this and this and this
and this for it to be science, is not science, but a
religion.
Anything that demands you have to believe this, this
and that, you have to believe that in the Big Bang,
you have to believe in all this stuff, because when
you investigate those things, you find out those are
theories. They're not facts. That's Jim Rohn taught
me my own personal philosophy. Just to clarify, I'm
into science, but I'm not into the religion of science,
which is called scientism. The scientific method has
no belief systems. The scientific method recognizes
that new innovations will come down the pipeline
and will overturn past. We know that for sure. We're
sane and rational people in this group, but I want to
clarify that because that is the predominant source
of the anger and trolling that's going on out there, is
people believe that science is set and final. They
also believe that it has been proven. That's a
deception. It is a deception, as we will elucidate.
Well, this one is not a deception. This is based on
the work of Sir Harry Kroto, who won the Nobel Prize
in 1996 for his elucidation of this molecule, the C60
molecule. It's a super charcoal. My friend Lisa
Shizandermeier, who Lars, who's with us on this call
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

right now, Lars and Lisa and I all worked together

years back and Lisa traveled the world with me on a
tour, wonderful tour that we did together years
back. She turned me on to this product because she's
an Olympic athlete. She trains Olympic athletes and
she actually has the world record in bench press and
squats for her age and weight, and three Canadian
records. She's no slouch. She's a firecracker, as Lars
will attest to. I'm sure he will attest to that. She
turned me on to that product.
I started into taking that product, and all of a
sudden it hit me. I'm like, this is a super charcoal.
Remember, we're on detox. Then I went, wait a
second. Let me back up here. Let's look at charcoal
and see what's going on with charcoal. When I got
into the research on longevity and charcoal, right,
activated charcoal, you probably heard before. Birch
charcoal. There's Rudolf Steiner elucidated an entire
piece on birch charcoal and its importance. The
whole thing you may have heard me talk about a
black foods and black substances as Jing, nourishing
substances, kidney-supporting substances.
Substances that can keep you alive longer. Charcoal's
one of those.
I'm getting so many little comments. This is so great.
Yes, gallon salt flushes with charcoal are life-
changing. You bet they are. I did a 40-day liquid diet
and then got into water fasting with charcoal and
sea salt and just water, spring water. You talk about
cleaning the chemicals out of your body, there's
nothing better than charcoal. There's nothing more
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

associated with longevity than charcoal. When I got

into the research on charcoal and longevity, blew my
mind.
Let me tell you some of the numbers. 20% increase
in lifespan. 21% increase in lifespan in mice and rats.
23% increase in lifespan. 24% increase in lifespan.
30% increase in lifespan. 33% increase in lifespan.
34% increase in lifespan. 43% increase in lifespan.
One study, 47% increase in study from eating
charcoal in mice.
What does that mean? The normal human being in a
natural environment, if we didn't have all this
pollution and chaos and stress and all this, should
live 100, for sure. I'm in the Andes, they still live
100. I have friends who are over 100 right now in the
Andes. The Quechua people, who if you're going with
us to Peru, I don't know if any of you are coming with
us to Peru. We're coming up to a Peru trip here
shortly in April, but we will met those people. They
are amazing people. In my opinion, they're the
longest lived people in the world. They have people
that typically make it over even 110 in their group
and every now and then somebody makes it to 120.
When you're dealing with longevity and the history of
longevity, maybe 100 is what you get. If you're really
lucky, 120. When I say a 47% increase in life span, I'm
talking about 147 years. That's what that means to a
human being. That's what a 47% increase in lifespan
means. If your average lifespan of a healthy human
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

in a natural environment like my friends in Peru is

100 years, it could be 147 years. That's not including
stem cells, that's not including all the other things
that we will get into together.
I've got the cutting edge on stem cells. I'm in touch
with all those doctors, including the guy you may
have seen on the Joe Rogan show down in Panama.
The guys who trained him. My friend Peter Nygård is
a very eccentric billionaire who does a stem cell
treatment. He's 78, and he does a stem cell
treatment every quarter and what he's taught me,
I've met his doctors.
We're going to get that training here.
You guys, you want my inner circle? You're going to
get it all. We're going to lay it down for you step by
step by step, because I can't lay it all out to the
mass. You try to lay it out to people, people are so
wound up in their stuff. I mean, Rudolf Steiner said
it best. He said, "People are so full of ideas and
concepts that have nothing to do with reality that
they cannot even hear you." How powerful is that?
How simple we're going to take it.
Charcoal's very simple. It's the simplest, most
available medicine to every human being on earth.
Think about it. What's more original to a human
being than salt, water and charcoal? That's the basis
of every human settlement. You got to have those,
you can't be there. That's a basis of actually life and
cellular health. The cells as we know, and as we're
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

going to get into very deeply when we hit month

two, next month, the cells can sustain themselves
independently without anything else other than
water and salt. I'm going to get into that research. I
have a friend who lived seven years on water and
salt. Being around him, if you don't believe that's
possible, then you're believing something based on
your evidence, but you haven't seen all the
evidence.
That's important. We are deceived because we only
get part of the evidence and we don't look at all the
evidence or we reject it. I've got on my book shelf
over there, we're going to get into books.
We're going to get into books, like in month three
when we get into peak performance, we're going to
get into books like you've never heard before.
I like watching people review books on success and
peak performance, but I am very much into the
information that we reject because it doesn't fit our
belief system. That's Charles Fort. We're going to get
into Charles Fort, and his famous book was called
The Book of the Damned. All the information we
rejected and we damned because it didn't fit our
belief system. Well guess what? Maybe our belief
system needs to change. We're going to get into a
belief system here that we can do it, we can achieve
it, we can make it happen, we can transform our
lives, we can transform our families' lives, we can
live longer and better and happier than we ever
lived before.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

That then guides us into month three. Once we've

detoxified our environment and our bodies, and
that's our focus every day, then we get into peak
performance. That's when we're going to start
talking about the books. That's when we're going to
start transforming our lives by standing on the
shoulders of giants, with the information that these
giants that came before us have provided us. That's
when we're going to start to go, "What does it really
mean to think differently?" Steve Jobs told us, "Think
differently," but guess what? Our civilization doesn't
want us thinking differently. It doesn't. You think our
civilization wants us thinking differently? Absolutely
not.
If I say we can do it better instead of having 60,000
people dying of opiates, people troll me and they'll
say, "You can't say that hospitals are bad." I grew up,
both my parents are medical doctors. My brother's
on this call. There's my brother right there, Gerry
Wolfe. He's on this call. He'll attest to that. Where
are you Gerald? Somewhere in here. There he is.
We grew up with it. We went with our dad on house
calls. We've been around. We know. This is not
something new to us. We've seen it, we know what
the deal is, and we know that the pill for every ill
has failed. It has failed, because it does not taken
into account the entire and holistic human being.
The mental, spiritual, emotional and physicality of
ourselves. All are involved in that health that we
want, and all are involved in peak performance. We
can do better, we can have more energy.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

I'm telling you, I have a band, because I'm

committed to what Walter Russell taught me. When
we get to peak performance, we're going to get into
the man who tapped the secrets of the universe,
Walter Russell. If you don't know who he is, wait
until we get to him. Walter Russell had five things
that he did every day. Sculpture, ice skating, time
with his family and time with his wife, writing and
scientific research. He made time for all five of
those every single day. He blocked off time, so I
block off time for music. I'm a drummer. You may
have heard this. I'm a drummer. My band is called
Monatomic. I make time for my band.
My two band mates are 23 years old. I got news for
you, at 23, and they're into this stuff. They're into
this stuff. I have more energy than they do, I'm 47.
We're 24 years apart, I have more energy than they
do. In fact, they couldn't even believe it. I was
running circles around them, because we're all
cramped up in my house in Ontario when we were in
Canada, it was -33 out. You can't go out. I love
running outside into the snow with just shorts on, no
shoes or anything. Minus 33, you can't even do that.
It'll burn your feet, your feet will dry and crack. It's
rough.
They were absolutely having a tough and rough time.
One of those kids hadn't even ever seen snow before.
All of a sudden he's in -33 from Sydney, Australia, but
we worked on him day after day after day after day
like okay, boom, regiment your day, regiment your
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

day, and we got him sorted out to be able to

produce. We wrote 10 songs in two weeks in the
middle of everything else that's going on.
I mean, just imagine how much stuff is going on in
my life. You probably couldn't imagine it, but as we
get through this year together, you'll imagine it.
You'll go, "Whoa." Then I think you can learn
something from that, and then you can make more
happen in your life, because there is enough time if
you sleep less. If you sleep less, you have more time.
This sleeping business is a waste of time. The yogis,
the original yoga teachings tell us you need 11.5
minutes of sleep a day. I believe that now. Now I
understand that.
If you do certain things, we're going to get into those
things. Inversions, hanging yourself upside down.
Sleeping inverted, getting your hips above your heart
so you can get rejuvenated and reset quickly so you
can wake up ... Like this morning, I got up at 3:57
am to prepare for this call, and I listened to two
hours of peak performance material while sitting in a
saltwater bathtub. Just with my phone, boom,
phone's sitting there. There's my phone.
By the way, notice how I have my phone, right? I
don't hold my phone, because if I hold my phone, I'm
in circuit with my phone and it's frying my hand. This
is coming back to this month, because this month is
about your own environment. Look at this. This is
called a Manfrotto. See that? Manfrotto. Pick up one
of those. This is an iClip right here that I pick up at
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

the Apple store and I clip this and I have a Pong

case, which they changed their name now to Brink,
so I don't have to actually touch my phone. The EMF
field, the electricity of your phone, can fry your
hand. You probably felt that before. You probably
felt something from it. Keep the phone away from
you as much as possible. See the distance here
between my hand? Well, the radiation from this
phone decreases by the square of the distance, so
the further you are away from it, the radiation field
drops off dramatically.
I'm in the bathtub and I got this thing set up. This is
also a nice little stand, so I can just sit there and
watch YouTube videos and stuff and I'm getting all
this education, I'm hearing book reviews all morning
long, until about, I don't know, like 6:30 and then I
was like, "I should go back to bed." Then was up at
8:45, boom, and then we went to the farmer's
market. That's the kind of thing that I'm going to be
expecting from you by the time we get towards the
end of this year, or at least in month three. That's
when we're really going to turn on the peak
performance. All the things I've learned over the
years.
My brother and I went to super camp in 1984. That's
where we met Tony Robbins. I've known Tony Robbins
for 34 years. We're personal friends. I know his wife.
I mean, it's like that. I know how he is. That guy's a
worker. He works and he disciplines and segments his
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

day to get everything that has to get done in a day,

done.
That's what's going to have to happen for you, but
we work with your personality instead of against it.
You really have to work with your personality and
not against it. You know yourself at this point. I think
you're a mature adult. If you're part of this inner
circle, you got something good going for you I
suspect. You got to know yourself. I'm the type of
person, I can't do the same things every day.
Impossible. I can't go to yoga class every single day
at 6:00 am. I'm not that guy.
Some of you are that person. You're that gal or you
are that guy. I'm not that guy. I have to do something
different every day, or I get bored immediately. I will
get up at 6:00 am, I'll do yoga one day, I'll do
kickboxing the next day, I'll do boxing the next day,
the next day I'll just sit in a tub and listen to
YouTube videos, the next day I'll be in a sauna and
it's always different. That's how I am, but that
doesn't mean I can't segment my day and make sure
that we get quality stuff done.
Are you guys pumped up or what? This is going to be,
I'm telling you, 2018 is going to be the best year of
your life. At $99 a month, I know people who charge
$2,500 for less than what you will get per month. For
less than what you will get. I have to pay my team.
How much of this actually gets to me is not very
much. In fact, I didn't make any money from
anything like this for years because fortunately I was
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

lucky with products or with my events or I had other

ways of income, so this is just to cover our
overhead, our costs, our team and all that kind of
thing, but there's guys out there charging $2,500 for
their services. They're not going to give you nothing
compared to what you will get right here. I want you
to know that, because I'm about value. I always have
been. People don't know that about me. My quality is
beyond anything.
For example, bam. I'll just show you what I got here.
We're going to get into this. What I learned about
farming and growing stuff. When it comes to the
crops that we grow around here, I doubt anybody in
the world has beaten what we got. You tell me.
When you see it all by the end of this year and you
get a handle on what's going on here, the only
people I want beating me on my farm is you,
because you're going to see what we've done taking
the giants, the Rudolf Steiners of the world, Secrets
of the Soil, Bird and Tompkins. I heard someone had
mentioned over here, saw in the chat somewhere,
Secret Life of Plants. Secrets of the Soil, read that
book by Bird and Tompkins, same guys who wrote
Secret Life of Plants.
We ain't even in the ballpark of where food can go,
but on this farm we're getting closer. We're getting
closer, but we're still not even in the ballpark of
where it can go. It goes to levels and then levels and
levels and levels and it goes on infinitely, of course,
and the same with your own peak performance. Your
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

performance can improve. You can get better and

better and better and better.
Then we get into month four. Month four is going to
be about financial sustainability. Let me just chunk it
down to this. This is such an important concept. By
the way, I appreciate all you guys so much because
you value this information, which to me is my whole
life. I live it, I'm in it, I'm in it everyday, it's all day
long, it's my love and it's my passion and you share
that passion. I really appreciate that.
One of the things that has to happen in order for you
to be healthy and happy is you have to have some
financial strategies and security. One of the key
ones, if you've never read it, listen to it. It's the
basis, The Richest Man in Babylon. Listen to it on
YouTube for free, get the book, whatever. Find it. I
think you could probably download it off the internet
for free. The Richest Man in Babylon. Live off 70% of
what you earn, give away 10%, which I do to my fruit
tree planting foundation, invest 10%, maybe you
want to put investments in crypto-currency. I
personally put investments into gold and silver that I
physically possess. I also will put investments, if
something right comes along, and I'm going to give
you my take on what I think is coming down the
pipeline.
I'm trained by a good friend of mine, Gerald Celente.
This guy, Trends Journal. If you aren't a member of
the Trends Journal, I recommend that you become a
member of the Trends Journal. Gerald Celente and I
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

met in Vancouver years ago. We became friends

backstage behind a TV show, and I follow his advice
because he's been at this for 40 years. One of the
things he says about crypto-currency is this is the
beginning of a very long trend. If you get in now, at
just even a small level, little bit, you don't have to
risk anything, and down the road 10 years, 20 years,
probably none of you are going to be day traders,
maybe I'm wrong, but most of you are not going to
be like, "Oh okay, this is up today and that's down
yesterday." That's day trading, where you're like,
"Oh, I better buy this one because it's up today and I
better get this one because it's up that day."
If you're not a day trader, you're in for the long haul,
take that 10% and put it into crypto-currency and
gold and silver that you possess and watch what's
going to happen over the next 10 years. I trust
Gerald Celente. He's been my mentor, and it's very,
very important to have mentors. Absolutely critical
to have mentors.
Let's keep going. You've got 10% that you give away,
you've got 10% that you invest, and you've got 10%
that you save. You save it. Now let me just say this.
You save it to prove to yourself that you will not
spend it. Brian Tracy said it this way. If you cannot
save money, then the seeds of greatness are not
within you. Take a good listen to that. Brian Tracy,
also one of my favorite mentors ever. I was on a
plane ride with him one day, that was amazing.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

All of a sudden there's Brian Tracy right there in the

plane. I was like, "Brian Tracy, you're the best ever.
Thanks so much for all the goodies. You're awesome."
Then they started calling me. His organization
started calling. We may do something with them
down in the future, but Brian Tracy, what an amazing
mentor. That's what he said. If you cannot save, then
the seeds of greatness are not within you. You must
be able to save to prove to yourself that you can live
off less than what you make. That's the beginning of
financial security. We're going to get all of that stuff
covered, and we're going to make sure that every
piece of that, because if you have financial stress, it
cascades into all other kinds of troubles, as you
know.
Month five. Survival strategies. As you may be aware
of, and I'm intimately aware of it because of my
social media presence, and I will show you social
media numbers at some point this month that will
boggle your mind. There are internet world records
that will never be beat. I mean, we reached in one
week 530 million accounts on Facebook.
Unbeatable records like that. I'm going to teach you
how we did that through this year. I'm going to show
you. You're going to find out what we've cracked,
and it's really incredible. The value that we're giving
you is beyond anything you can get anywhere, ever. I
guarantee you that. If you have health, you have
financial strategies, and you have strategies social
media that can drive more people into your business,
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

into your message, I mean for me it started as my

message. I was like, social media, my God, I can get
my message out there. Organic food, healthy living,
get the chemicals out, stop the carcinogens, stop
governments and the insanity of governments. Could
get that message out finally. Wow.
Survival. If you've been paying attention, you're
going to see that things are going, it's going to come
to a lager head here pretty soon, especially in the
United States of America. There is so much anger
and so much hate, it's bubbling over. It's incredible
how angry and hateful people are. How full of rage
our civilization is. We're going to need to survive. We
need to get out of the fear porn and the fear story
and we're going to get into self responsibility,
sustainability, and become the root and the anchor
of our community. Like Yogi Bhajan said, once you're
set up on a farm like what we've got going on here,
once you're set up there, you need to be able to
feed eight families other than your own off your
farm. That's the level of where we're going with all
this. It's not just about your survival or your family's
survival, but then we're going to start being able to
take in more people to help them survive.
It's going to get radically better and radically worse
as we go into the future. I think we're all aware of
that. We can see the rage. The rage is not going to
go away. The hate and the insanity is not going to go
away. It's probably going to get worse. I've been
observing it my whole lifetime. I think you have been
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

too. It appears to me it's getting worse. It's getting

more and more intense. It's civilization and its
discontents.
When we go through a schooling system that doesn't
teach us anything that's important. What's the
capital of Boise, Idaho? Who cares? I can find that in
two seconds on my phone. I don't need to know that.
That kind of stuff, there's nothing important that we
learned in school. For me, even universities, there's
years and years I didn't learn anything important.
Complete waste of time. But I did learn social skills,
which was helpful. That's okay. But we're going to go
through what you actually need to know, what you
need to know to survive and why when people are
miseducated, they're given information they don't
even need to know or never even use, what causes
rage and discontent and financial catastrophes and
everything else. We've got to be able to prepare, and
that's called survival.
We're going to do that together and we're going to go
through what I suspect is going to happen. I'm going
to give you the evidence of what I suspect is going to
happen based on the teachings of Rudolf Steiner. I
am a Rudolf Steiner student, another mentor of
mine.
You can have mentors that are living, and you can
have mentors that are dead. Rudolf Steiner is dead.
Died in 1925, but his teachings live on and they've
radically impacted my life and, remember Jim Rohn,
my personal philosophy. You've got to develop a
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

personal philosophy. I don't want you to develop my

personal philosophy. You develop your own. You take
in the information, develop your own. Very
important to develop your own personal philosophy.
Weight loss strategies. I like to do this one. I usually
spell it W-A-I-T, and I was talking to Lars about that.
Maybe we should change that to wait loss. We've got
to get into action and stop waiting around. What is
the emotional weight we're carrying around? How
much mental weight are we stacking up in our
brains? How do we deal with waiting? What about
procrastination? What about weight that's actually
sitting on us? Every year, once you're my age, 47,
some of you are older, some of you are younger, you
got to cleanse. You've got to actually thin down your
diet every year. It's just how you got to do it. It's just
your body can't handle the food you could handle
when you were 19 years old. You got to change it up.
We're going to get into that, the change up, the
transformational process which we are calling weight
loss, but again I really wanted to spell it W-A-I-T. We
want to stop waiting. We want to get into action.
We're going to get into, I have a guy staying here.
This guy's from Costa Rica. My friend. He's a guy I
met at a retreat probably nine years ago. We
became friends then. He was a yoga teacher, owned
a yoga studio in San Jose, Costa Rica. He embodies
pura vida, pure living, the essence of Costa Rica, the
pure life of Costa Rica, which is more biologically
diverse in that little country than all of North
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

America combined. That's the energy of Costa Rica,

and volcanic, so you've got all that new, young earth.
As we call it here in Hawaii, manna that comes from
the earth. That lava that feeds into those plants, the
incredible life force. He embodies that, but he had
abuse when he was a child and he was abused and
his brother was abused. His brother ended up
epileptic from the abuse and being unable to deal
with it. He said he carried that weight here in his
chest, in his heart of the abuse, and through
medicines, plant medicines, he was able to unload
that abuse and deal with it. We're going to talk
about that too.
We're going to take the cover off and we're going to
actually look at the power of plants like iboga,
ayahuasca, San Pedro cactus, to transform and pull
the things that are weighting you down and lift it off
of you. He now leads retreats where they do nine-
day intensives. We do that as part of our Peru
retreat, is we start to look at that inner journey or
what's going on and we bring in the plants to help us
when we need it. By the way, we need it. We need
it. Our civilization and its discontents, as we like to
say in old southern California lingo, it's gnarly. It's
gnarly. I cannot even imagine how many women I've
talked to who have been sexually abused. It's way
beyond anything I ever thought or knew or even
could have ever believed.
What are we going to do about that abuse? We got to
deal with it. Sometimes plants help. It's good to have
a mentor, it's good to have someone you can talk to,
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

it's good to have somebody who can help you too, a

psychologist, psychiatrist, but it's also good to go to
plants, because plants can help you to reevaluate
your life and lift that weight off. In my friend
Wampa's case, it transformed his life, saved his life
in his estimation. That's weight loss. We're going to
unload that emotional weight. We're going to get rid
of it.
Then we go into, ready for month seven? You know
what that's going to be? Longevity strategies. We'll
come back to the charcoal, but that's when we're
going to get into, that whole month we're going to
be talking about stem cells. I'm going to be laying
down for you what my friend Dr. Rafael Gonzalez,
who's trained almost every stem cell doctor in the
world, what he's taught me and what he's learning
and what he's doing in his facility in Yorba Linda,
California, Guadalajara and Cancun. We're going to
talk about why these things are legal in certain
places and illegal in others. What is that? What's the
deal with all of that? We're going to find out, and
we're going to do that together.
That longevity strategies content is going to cover
everything from telomeres, to the great innovations,
the great super foods, for example, that are
associated with longevity. What do they do in the
Andes? What do they do in Vilcabamba, Ecuador?
What are they doing up there in the Himalayas in
Pakistan with the Hunza people? What's the deal with
the glacial meltwater and its association with
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

longevity? There is a connection there. My friends

who live up in the high Andes under Ausangate
glacier, Juan and Louis. If you're coming with us to
Peru, you'll meet Juan and Louis. They're telepathic.
We communicate telepathically. It's absolutely
outrageous. When you meet them, you go, "Oh, this
is what we've lost," because it's just telepathic
communication. I'll be in a group, within Machu
Picchu we've got 40 people in the park, I'll go, "Okay,
I need Juan to bring up the rear." I look across the
park, there's Juan and he's looking right at me and
he gets the message. This is what we lost. We can
regain it back.
This kid grew up, Louis, and Juan, his brother, Juan
and Louis, they grew up on glacial meltwater under
the Ausangate glacier. What a glacier that is, too.
They live on five or six different foods. They hardly
eat anything at all. To be a shaman, or a paco in
their culture, you have to be struck by lightning
three times. Each one of them has been struck by
lightning twice.
It's so far out of the box of our Western
programming, and it is a massive program. That's
why we love to get people out of the program, get
them in an exotic place like Peru or get them into
Bali or get them into Iceland, somewhere where they
can shake up that belief system and go, "Oh wait,
I've been programmed, and the program could be
something different." In order to deprogram, or as
we love to say, and I love this phrase, in order to get
with the deprogram, it takes time. That's why we're
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

committed to a year. Commit to a year. Let's do this

together, and you will come out the other side of
this and you're going to be a different human being.
You'll be more successful, more capable, more able,
healthier, happier.
Even in spite of all the trolling, right, you know how
much trolling I get. It's insane. They came at me
with 5,000 accounts the other day at 5:30 in the
morning. Luckily I was up at 4:00 in the morning and
caught it early, because they were going to come at
me with about 50,000 accounts, all set up by the
way, and organized by Forbes Magazine. Forbes
Magazine doesn't want you to have any of this
information, nor to be aware of any of this thing.
That's why they're going to try to troll and shut me
down. They know I am a legit threat to them. I am a
legit threat to their scientism, their fake medicine,
the whole thing. Right? This is interesting, because
we have to be able to come back and get back to
ourselves and still be happy in spite of all the
pressure and chaos. That's something from your
core. If you're not from your core happy, if your
happiness depends on someone else, you're done for.
That's going to be part of our month seven together.
Then month eight. What's going to happen in month
eight? This is when we're going to get into the
identification of organized crime, like Forbes
Magazine and their organized crime that they're
involved in. You think Forbes Magazine, oh, it's just a
bunch of billionaires. You know. You know what we're
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

dealing with if you've been paying attention to the

60,000 people who have died of opioid addictions. If
you've been watching the endless wars that go on, if
you've been seeing the 16-year war that's been going
on in Afghanistan. No cries, nobody's stopping it,
nobody's saying, "This has got to end." There's no
Vietnam War cry anymore. People are too exhausted.
We aren't. We will have the energy to stop it or we're
going to get out of the way and let that thing crash
by understanding the truth, and understanding the
truth is from identification of two things.
Identification of good, and the identification of evil.
When you understand evil, and we're going to give
you a little precursor, I'm going to give you a little
bit of an insight on it, you are able to avoid it. We
just live in a dichotomous world. I don't know how to
describe it. There's organized crime. I think most of
us here realize there's organized crime.
We also realize that that organized crime may be
very powerful, more powerful than we thought.
Yeah, it's an endless war and you know where that
organized, we're going to find out where that
organized crime is based and how to identify it. I'm
going to give you a little hint, and it came from
Rudolf Steiner, and I love this. When I got to this I
was like, that's it. So clean, so easy, so simple. Evil is
parasitic. Evil is parasitic. It takes but does not give.
Whenever you come across something that is taking
and not giving, you're involved either with two
different, and by the way, Rudolf Steiner describes
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

two different types of evil. The Luciferic evil, which

is the disintegrative evil, and then there's the
materialization evil, which he calls Aramonic. We're
going to get into that cosmology, just because it's a
very powerful tool of understanding and it helps you
to identify like oh, wait, if somebody has
tapeworms, the tapeworm is evil. It's taking, it's not
giving, right? What it's doing? Well, let's say it's
calling in the sugar. Sugar, sugar, sugar. Sugar is
disintegrative, so then therefore in the Rudolf
Steiner understanding, we can say that a tapeworm
is Luciferic.
Now this categorization does not just go within
physical parasites of like liver flutes or tapeworms or
ticks or something like that. It goes beyond that as
fundamental energies in our reality. That's Rudolf
Steiner, so that's what we're going to get into when
we get into truth month. We're going to talk about
how to protect ourselves and what we've learned
and how the system itself, yes that's right, our
Western medical system, our Western educational
systems, our Western energy production systems, big
oil for example, and our Western governments have
been infiltrated and in many cases overturned by
evil.
People are actually involved in evil, they don't even
realize it. They don't even realize what's behind it,
because this can be an unconscious thing. We can be
working for an organization like a bank. Wells Fargo
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Bank, this is a good one. Wells Fargo's the worst

ever. I don't want to get into that, we'll get into that
when we get into truth, month eight, but they were
involved, it was found out by Democracy Now, in
funding the Standing Rock, the fight against Standing
Rock. They were trying to push that pipeline
through. It turned out it was 38 banks were involved
and four oil companies. All hidden. Nobody knew.
Fortunately, Democracy Now got that in front of the
public and they started boycotting Wells Fargo on
the streets of Seattle. Wells Fargo Bank is a criminal
enterprise. People who work in that bank are cool.
They're great, they're wonderful people like you and
me. We can be involved in evil, not realize it
because we're involved in a system that is involved
in evil. We're going to get into that, crack into that
and how we guide ourselves step by step by step out
of enterprises that are involved in evil so that we
can protect ourselves.
Month nine. This is when we get into remedies and
this is when we focus down on our own particular
issues and problems. Our own particular issues and
problems. This is a key one. The best medicine for
me is not the best medicine for you. The best
medicine for you is the best medicine that you
identify based on your own understanding of self
responsibility and self knowledge that that is right
for you.
This is such a critical concept, and we are there
now. We're actually coming to a point where people
are going, "Wait a second. We do know. Wait a
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

second. I can figure this out. Wait a second. I am

smart enough. Wait a second, I know what's wrong
with me better than a doctor or dentist or
chiropractor or acupuncturist knows." You know
better than anybody. Coming back to that self
responsibility, that's when we get into the natural
remedies.
Then if you're a practitioner and you're working with
other people, helping them to empower themselves
to self knowledge and give them the tools and the
plant, watch the word, allies, the plant allies that
can help them. Very key word.
I was mentioning the other day, this came up. It was
on my Diet, Health and Medical Freedom show on
Facebook. On that show, I mentioned an incident
that occurred where the, let me see if I can recall
this exactly how this came up. It was a ... Mucuna. It
was a woman with Parkinson's. We were at the Raw
Spirit Festival in 2009 and this woman came up and
she had Parkinson's. This was when we first had the
powdered mucuna, which is the best natural herbal
substance for Parkinson's. It's the best thing ever
found for Parkinson's in any level of medicine. She
came up and she was obviously shaking and she had
a lot of problems and she said, "Do you have
anything for me?" I was like, "Actually, I do." I poured
maybe a tablespoon, a pretty big dose of mucuna
into a coconut. I cut open a coconut, those white
coconuts, pulled a big square off the top, pulled that
thing off, put the mucuna in there, put the square
back on, shook that coconut up, and gave it to her.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Instantly it affected her.

Now, the chemicals in the mucuna could no way have
affected her that fast. Right there I was educated. I
was like, whoa, it's an energy thing. The energy of
the substance, of the plant medicine, of the
mucuna, the energy of the cacao, the energy of the
aloe vera, the energy of whatever it is, is affecting
you on levels that are beyond just the materialistic
chemistry idea. We're so deeply brainwashed as
Rudolf Steiner would say, that oh, everything's
chemical. First of all, you're affected electrically
way faster than chemically. Way faster. It's not even
comparable. It's speed of light versus do you know
how long it takes to digest in nutrients?
This discovery is very interesting. This is something I
have found too growing the food. You grow the food,
you don't really want to eat it because you want to
give it away because you're not really hungry
because you grew the food. It's a shocker, but it is
the truth. That's something, I had to have that
because again, we're all trained through scientism.
Materialism, these chemicals, this is the result, and
there's no spirit, energy, whatever that's beyond
just, science has figured this out, but we don't have
a name for that energy, so it can't exist. We're
getting rid of it. That's when we get into personal
remedies. Remedies can be chemical, yes. They can
also be energetic, yes. They can be energetic. They
can be things that are completely out of the box.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Completely out of the box. Stuff that just, it violates

our bias. We're going to get into that stuff.
Acupuncture is one of those, by the way. For people
who are super materialistic in Western medicine, the
idea of acupuncture is completely out of the box and
can't make any sense to that mind, but when you're
open to it, it can make sene to you. Thank God for
acupuncture. Healed my foot. Broke my foot last
summer and I didn't go to a Western doctor, I didn't
an X-ray, because what are they going to say? "Oh,
we need to put pins and needles and this and that
and the other thing." I'm like, no way. Ain't doing it. I
have enough self responsibility and confidence that I
was like, "Nope. I'll go to an acupuncturist instead." I
did. First treatment, 40% better. Second treatment,
70% better. Third treatment, 90% better. Fourth
treatment, basically back up and walking again.
Broken food. Acupuncture. That's a remedy, but it
doesn't fit that scientism, it has to be a physical
chemical pill for every ill thing. Or we have to put
pins and needles in and we've got to wire up your
foot and we have to put a whole cast on it, all that
kind of stuff.
Then month 10, achieving your personal best. This is
when we start taking everything that we've learned
and we start putting it into action so it gets into
motion for us. If there's something, we're going to
dig in and we're going to find out, hey, we've learned
a lot over the last 10 months together, but what
aren't you using? What hasn't made it into your
protocols yet? What have you not added in yet?
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

How are we going to activate that? You're supposed

to be reading a book a week, what happened? How'd
you get derailed? Oh, the kids. Okay, how do we get
the kids involved in being with you while you are
studying that book? We're going to get into that
stuff.
We're going to start cracking the codes on your own
personal best, and it's unique to you. The way you
are is not like me. It's not like the person next to
you. We've got to look at that and really focus down
and be like, "Okay, my personal best. How am I going
to achieve my personal best?" When I say best, I'm
talking about best ever. This is a key concept. I've
been saying, "Have the best day ever" for 25 years.
Longer. It started really in the mid '80s. We had this
tape, it was called The Best Tape Ever. It was all the
video tapes. It was all the videos that we recorded
with my dad. I have this camera, it was a VHS
camera, and I borrowed the camera. I said, "Hey, let
me just go film with this." We put a VHS tape in
there and that was called The Best Tape Ever. That's
where it all started. That was 1986, 32 years ago.
It eventually evolved into the best day ever. When
you say best ever, there's a very important thing that
is invoked there, and that is, and we're going to get
into this all year long together. That is, ever has a
built-in faith in it. When you say best ever, you're
talking about best ever of all time. It's beyond what
your brain can handle. It's beyond what you can
come up with in your own mind and imagination.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

You turn it over to a higher power and you go, "Hey

God, higher power, source energy," whatever your
belief system is. "You figure it out for me." The
reason why people don't have faith is because they
never set goals. They never said, "I drink the best
water ever." They never said, "I eat the best food
ever," and so they never achieve those goals so they
don't know that there is a force in the universe that
responds, and so they don't believe in God or higher
power or source energy or anything like that, so they
become atheistic. Next thing you know they're into
scientism. Next thing you know they're trolling you
for telling people to get acupuncture instead of
going to visit their local doctor.
This is how we got into this mess. Best ever invokes
a faith. That's what I'm going to ask you to do, is
invoke a faith. I don't care if you don't believe it. You
don't have to believe in the best day ever, just say it.
Today's the best day ever. Today's the best day ever.
Today's the best day ever. Today's the best day ever.
Today I'm going to achieve my personal best ever.
This weekend I'm going to achieve my personal best
ever. Next month is my personal best ever. Month 10
on this program is my personal best ever.
Watch what happens and judge by results. I've
judged by results for over 30 years in my goal-
setting. Some of my goals, like I drink the best water
ever, you can't even believe what that's manifested
for me. Over 350 springs on five continents. Some of
the springs I've been to in the Arctic Circle and
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Iceland and some of those springs I've been to in

Finland, Australia. Some of the springs I've been to in
South Africa. Way beyond imagination, way beyond
anything.
The best food ever. I've put the goal, I eat the best
food ever. This is achieving your personal best. It's
personal to you. Personal to me is I eat the best food
ever. You cannot believe what's sitting downstairs.
Go on my Instagram and I got a video of what's
sitting downstairs right now in my kitchen. It's the
most ridiculous thing you've ever seen of abundance
of all time. Avocados, durian, bread fruit, a massive
pile of passion fruits, noni. Outrageous. I mean, I
don't even want to get into that right now because
I'm going to have to go down there and take this
computer down there and show you. If you're on
Instagram, check David Avocado Wolfe on Instagram.
Check me out there and go on my Instagram story for
today and you'll see it there.
Sorry, that was month nine. Or no sorry, that's month
11 we're on now. Month 11, what are we going to do
then? This is when we're going to start envisioning
and creating a new reality, and we will definitely do
some goal setting together. Very important goal
setting. This is when we're going to start to look at
our reality and go, "Wait a second. What have I
believed and bought into that was just a complete
lie, or doesn't actually really correlate with the
truth? Or isn't what I really want?" That's where
you're going to recreate your life.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

For example, I had the vision that I could come to

Hawaii and I could be here on this farm and I could
create a chocolate farm. I didn't know how to grow
chocolate trees. The first 10 chocolate trees we
planted here almost died. We had to dig them back
up, put them back in pots, put them back in the
nursery and save them. They're still stunted. They're
alive today. Well we lost like four or five of them,
but a few of them are still alive around this property
and I could show you them if you ever make it to this
farm, but they're kind of stunted from all that chaos
in the beginning. We didn't know what we were
doing, but we were committed to figuring it out.
I'm committed to figuring it out, so I created my
reality here from zero. There was a few citrus trees
here and a few mangoes, that was it. Now we've got
260 cacao trees, over 150 noni trees, we've got
about a dozen rollinias, a dozen black sapotes. I
could go on and on and on. I've got probably 100
different types of fruit trees on this property. Why?
Because I created my reality way back then and
believed that I could achieve it, and that's what's
going to happen for you. We are going to get you to
a point where you believe you can do it and you will
be able to do it, and you do already have the tools
intrinsically within you to do it. Sometimes you've
got to flex that massive action muscle, and that's an
important piece. You've got to flex that massive
action muscle to get it done.
I also wanted to live here in Hawaii and I also
wanted to live up in the snow, up in a cabin in the
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

woods with the animals with the deer and with the
bears and with the raccoons and with the porcupines
and all that. I'm doing that. I've been doing both of
these for 12 years, going back and forth. Right now
it's -20 over there, and I have a very good friend of
mine who's giving a TED Talk today and then she's
going back to my house to stay there, Dream
Rockwell. I found out, and her boyfriend is a really
close friend of mine, Jason Doig, who used to be,
he's a black guy, professional hockey player. How
many of those are out there? Right? Black African,
basically Jamaican, who played professional hockey
for 12 years. What about that guy? He had to believe
different things. He had to create his own reality. He
was the only guy, he was the only black guy on his
team. He was the only black guy on his team for
years and years and years. Think about what has to
happen internally for him to actually be that guy.
What a guy. They're staying at my house. They're in
Colorado for the weekend doing that TED Talk, and
then they're going to go back and stay at my house
and they're kind of keeping an eye on things there.
Man, what a reality change to live in that forest and
survive up there all these years on spring water. I've
had every plumbing problem you could ever imagine
in the history of the world and dealt with it in crisis
situations for years. I know plumbing now. I created
my reality, I asked for it, I got it, then I had to deal
with it. But it was good, and I've learned a lot about
plumbing. I'm actually a cosmic plumber at this
point. I know every plumbing problem, every single
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

thing that could go wrong, and has gone wrong, and

how to troubleshoot it all in -33 degree weather. It's
full on.
That brings us to month 12, which is achieving your
destiny. You have a destiny, each one of you. You
wouldn't even be on this call if you didn't have a
destiny. You have something miraculous about you.
You have something to achieve in this world. You
have a mission. We got to get you on your mission. If
you're doing your mission and I'm doing my mission,
each of us is doing all of our missions, there ain't
going to be no strife in the world. It's getting out of
your mission, not being in your mission, doing things
you don't like to do, being on a path that's taking you
away from you, from the real you. Not this time.
We're beating that one. That's going to be the end
goal this year. We're going to get into our destiny.
My destiny is to be in the front and to battle these
creeps. The scientism trolls, I'll face them. That's
what drives them crazy. They know they're up
against a powerful opponent, because they cannot
stop me. They know that they can't stop me, so they
are freaking out. That's why Forbes Magazine has to
come at me in a secret, hidden way with, it would
have been probably, who knows, 50,000 trolls. I've
been trolled heavily before. I've been trolled so
heavily that I've had to block people, three people a
minute all day and all night for three days, just so
you know what we're up against. That's how hardcore
people believe in the fake reality, in their fake
reality.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

If I say, "Hey, we can do hospitals better." If I say,

"Hey, we can serve organic food in hospitals," there's
a world out there that is absolutely against it. As
insane as that is. All these years, all I have ever done
is taught people how to clean their body out, have a
successful life, and eat organic food and I am the
number one target of the system in some levels
today. But that's my destiny, and I take that destiny
on and I'm happy to do it. That's my work in the
world. I will battle them, and I'm still happy. What I
say to those guys is, "I'm still happier than you. Ha
ha." It's the best ever. That drives them absolutely,
they freak out and melt down. To me, that's my war.
That's my battle. That's what my life is about.
I could have created a life where I'm not battling
those people. I could have created a life where I'm
not on the front lines. That's not my mission. That's
not my destiny. I don't want that. I'm going to battle
them. I'm going to fight them until the end. It's my
personality.
What's your personality? You may go, "That's not me.
I don't want to battle trolls. I don't want anything to
do with that." Okay, good. That's your destiny. We
need to find out what your destiny is and get you
activated on that. Some of us are going to be
warriors. Some are not. Some of us it's like, hey,
look, like Lars. Lars is an educator. He's about
creating education opportunities for kids all the way
through to advanced learning. He's not going to be
on the front lines of a war against trolling, battling
the system. That's not his deal.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Where are you? What is your destiny? You really have

to know it. You really got to figure it out, because at
the end of this year we're going to figure it out.
We're going to get to your destiny, because when
you're activated on your destiny, you are happy. You
really are. I remember listening to those success
tapes like oh you know, don't worry, be happy. It's
fulfillment. It's beyond happiness. I am fulfilled
every day. The amount of people we reach with our
media on social media, I'm fulfilled. We are making a
difference every single day all day long in a way that
people can really get. It's like, what's more
immediate than like, boom, suddenly a little video
shows up on your phone. Bam, suddenly a meme
shows up right here. It's the most powerful thing for
me because that's what I'm about, about that change
and transformation of civilization and taking this
into the next level, the next stage of evolution, the
next stage of transformation for our whole society
and for all of civilization.
Will this civilization make it? I don't know, but the
next one will. We're part of that next one. We're part
of creating that next civilization that's going to come
that's going to be happier, more fulfilled, healthier,
able to have more fun, and a society that supports
each person fulfilling their destiny.
Those are the 12 months that we've got set up for
this year. Are you excited about that? I am. I'm
overwhelmingly excited about it and overwhelmingly
excited to meet all of you. Thanks for joining us, and
thanks for being a part of the Inner Circle.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

The more people will join, next month there will be

more people coming in and I don't know when we'll
cap it or how that's all going to work, but at some
point you guys are the core, you're the beginning and
I really appreciate the early adopters that you are.
One last thing I want to say is, I did get my new book
on Amazon, Books a Million, Barnes & Noble. We are
giving, to any early adopter, people like you, if
you're like, "Hey, you're going to get my beauty
book," I think it's $20 on Amazon or whatever it is.
I'm going to give you $500 worth of digital material.
$500 worth of digital material. That's where I'm at.
That's the value that I like to provide. E-books I put
together on sea salt, recipe videos, donated a bunch
of recipes to us. My friend William Davis who wrote
Wheat Belly, he donated a bunch of stuff. I should
put that in here. Let me just put this on. I should
send this to everybody. I'll put the link. If you do get
my book, just click this link and you'll get those
$500. It's Special.DavidWolfe.com/beautydietbook.
Go there, and that will give you the instructions.
Just basically if you get it on Amazon, you can
just ... It's like I'm matching the deal. If you get it on
Amazon, I don't want you to just get it on Amazon.
Come back and we'll give you a whole bunch of stuff
just for free and that's where I'm at. That's who I am,
that's what I love to do.
What a year. We covered so much, and I'm sure
there's stuff I didn't cover, so I'm going to ask Lars to
step in, and he's going to tell us a little bit about
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

some of the formalities in the Inner Circle, how to

utilize the system that we've developed, and how
you guys can kind of around. Lars, you want to take
over?
Lars: Hey there Avo, thank you for an amazing session. I
got like four pages of notes. Some of you may or may
not know, I had the pleasure of meeting Avo way
back in 2009, we just founded the BodyMind
Institute, and I was such a city slicker. Some of you
have seen the course, in fact you will have access to
the course. You'll see and see some of my comments
from behind the camera. It was really an
outrageously amazing time. That was the first time I
really got into the super foods and all of that sort of
stuff. You'll actually see those recipes and those
videos filmed.
You have access 245 videos. It took us approximately
three years to develop that course. We filmed it in
two locations. We filmed it in northern Ontario, and
then I flew over to NoniLand. We filmed it all over
Hawaii. It was just such an epic project. You have
videos and quizzes and a certification when you're
done, so when you finish up, you finish up with David
Avocado Wolfe's certification, and it's part of a brand
new board certification which is now just about to
come to fruition, which is a combination of 25 of our
courses. Tanya Couture's here. Tanya is our superhero
in our support along with Cassie.
What we have for you is our full support. If we don't
have your phone number already, make sure that you
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

send your information, along with your phone

number, to support@davidwolfe.com. That'll get to
our support team so we can be in contact with you.
We really are here to fully support you and make
sure that your whole journey throughout this entire
year is absolutely phenomenal.
When you first log in into the portal, you see the
Access to the Inner Circle. This video is, of course
for those of you watching live, you'll see this actually
pop in there within the next day here. For those of
you who are joining us and seeing this, you've
already logged in, you found this video, good for
you, that's awesome. Each month every video will
actually be loaded up. Every month that's our goal, is
to bring you absolutely outrageous material. I'm
texting Avo all the time and he's sending videos
through all the time, so watch those videos start to
pop in as we go, because one of our objectives, one
of David's objectives, is to bring you what you want
and what you need in order to achieve the best life
ever. There are going to be texts, like requests that
come through, like "What about this? What about
that? What about this type of detox and these
different kinds of things?" And we can address those
and we can really bring some epic, epic videos to
you.
That's number one, make sure that you get your
contact information to support@davidwolfe.com.
That will get your information directly to Cassie and
Tanya. They are there to help support you, and so
we're available by phone.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

This is a high-touch, high-tech program and as David

was saying, we are going all in, all full board this
year. Our whole team is behind David on this one and
everything that David is doing. That is in support of
David's social media and his books and things like
that and we want to loop that back to support you
and all of the material.
Also with that when you log in, you'll see that David
Avocado Wolfe nutrition certification. Click in there.
There's a tour with Tanya. Tanya put that together
this last week, and it gives you a tour of how to get
started and it takes you video, into quiz, into video,
into quiz. There are lots of downloads. This is what
took us three years to actually develop. It's over
1,000 pages of material. When we first got started,
it was 70 videos. Then it added on and added on and
now it's 245 videos and now here in the Inner Circle
we're just going to be pumping out those videos as
David sends them over to me. That's the next piece.
The next one is our groups. You should be able to see
when you click inside your portal, on the left hand
side there you should see Groups. If you click on
Groups, you should see the Inner Circle and you
should see also the David Avocado Wolfe nutrition
certification. We're keeping a very close eye on that.
Cassie is there and Tanya is there to help answer
questions and guides and things like that, and that's
where we interact.
We're actually very, very excited about something
that is now sweeping the world and something that
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

I'm very, very passionate about personally and it's

something called social learning. Social learning is
when you take information, you make it your own,
and as David was saying, really put movement to it.
Create action, create your results, create your best
life and then comment about that. It's through your
experiences and through the iteration of your
experiences, through social learning, we actually
join forces and put all of our information together
and we take it up to a brand new level. That's what
this is all about. It's through your experiences. Many
of you have already come here through the
certification and may be just getting started. It
doesn't matter where we're at, we can put things
into action. Each small action ... We need to live
greatly, live magnificently and realize that even a
small result can have a trickle effect and a
magnificent huge result in other people's lives.
Share. Share in the groups. That's the power of social
sharing.
In My Wall, when you click on that, you can actually
update your image. You can friend each other. We've
taken the power away from the social media giants
and we put it right here in your hands and with your
collaboration. One of the very cool things about this
is the social learning aspect, your own social wall,
creating your friendships all over the world. We've
got people from everywhere here tonight and today,
so really, really, really excited about that.
In My Achievements, once you finish a certification,
and you're going to start to see in the available
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

courses, course after course after course after

course start to pop in because we're moving the
whole BodyMind Institute into UXL. That's why we
chose to put this Inner Circle here, because it gives
you this world of opportunity to develop your own
life in so many different areas. In business, in
personal mastery, in nutrition, in fermentation.
There are a whole bunch of fermentation courses. All
that sort of stuff. Here's the cool thing. You don't
have to actually sign up in the whole NANP board
certification. You can actually take one course at a
time, and you're here in the Inner Circle actually
getting started on that, which is really, really a lot
of fun and very, very exciting.
I would love for Tanya and Cassie, if you guys are
there, if you can say hi because this is our superhero
team. They're the ones who really, really are the
ones who are there supporting you and always
available. Tanya and Cassie, can you quickly come in
and say hi?
Tanya Couture: Hey everybody. Between me and Cassie, we've
basically met most of you this week. We've been
giving everybody calls and sending everybody emails
and I hope everybody's happy to be here. I talked to
some of you. Lou, we had a really good talk the
other day. That was awesome. I had the best time
ever on that talk.
Mary, I recognize you from a lot of courses that
you've taken over time. So many of you. Linda Rose,
I see you here. That's awesome. I mean, we've been
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

here for, at least I've been here for the last three,
four years, so I see a lot of you that are coming back
from being here for the last few years and I'm really
excited to be here and being part of this with you
guys and just reach out anytime. I'm here to help.
Cassie's here, and I'll give the floor to Cassie.
Cassie Rhea: Hello everyone. Yeah, I'm super honored to be here
and be part of this group. I mean, oh my gosh, David
thank you so much. Lars, thank you so much. I mean,
this is just the best ever for sure. Tanya, I mean
we're definitely going to, you're amazing. I know that
you've been here for awhile, so I'm super excited to
be working with you now.
Yeah, if anybody needs anything, just please reach
out at any time. We are here and I've spoken with a
few of you as well. Ms. Mary, hi. Nice to see you here
on the call. Yeah, we're looking forward to this. This
is going to be really the best journey ever and
anything you all need, we're here all the time. Thank
you.
Lars: Thank you both. Both superheroes. Both with
amazing stories that you guys are going to get to
know. I wish I could go into it. Two very cool, just
amazing ladies that I deeply honor and respect. They
go overboard on their energy and their support and
that's what makes everything shine and has made
BodyMind shine.
Tanya, whoa. The way that you have managed an
Institute with 25,000 students in what, over 90
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

countries. One person. It's actually amazing. It's so

insane. I can't understand how that's even possible
but you did it, so thank you and you're here to
support us.
Cassie, huge experience. I met Cassie I think in 2010
at the Longevity Now conference. Cassie has a huge
experience in super foods, super herbs, this whole
industry. She's building her own portal here in the
next year here. She's taking big, courageous steps.
Absolutely, absolutely incredible.
Avo, back to you.
David Wolfe: That was wonderful. I appreciate all of you. What a
great crew and what a great team and what great
support. We are, by the way, headed into the
Longevity Now conference so if any of you are
willing to come down to southern California or you
live near southern California, coming out maybe
from Arizona, April 6th through the 8th we will be at
the Longevity Now conference in Anaheim, California
and if we have enough of us there, we're going to get
together in person. We did that before with David
Wolfe Adventures Group. We also do these trips to
Peru, and we had about 15 of us that had been on
retreats before and what a great experience it was
to get everybody together again. That was just
fantastic. That's what we could do together there.
I think it's probably, maybe I'm wrong, maybe we
could do it at the Women's Wellness conference later
in the year, but this is probably the best opportunity
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

for all of us to get together in person. The link is

TheLongevityNowConference.com. If you can't make
it there, send relatives, friends, family. It looks like
someone's sending their daughter down there. That's
just fantastic.
The ability for all of us to get together like this at
least once a month and hopefully more and
communicate with each other and share ideas, is
very, very key. Ain't none of us as smart as all of us.
Together is always better, right? The dream team.
This is the dream team, and you can make
mountains move with two people, three people, four
people, but when you start moving 10, 20 people
with a similar mindset, you make the universe move.
Steve Jobs had this thing of making a dent in the
universe. Now I watched Steve Jobs' whole career. I
knew Steve Jobs. I knew Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs was
my third customer ever. Think about how crazy that
is. It's so crazy. I've been a fan of Steve Jobs from
the very, very beginning. All of a sudden I get an
email from Steve Jobs back in like 1996 or maybe
even 1995. I think it was actually '95, and we just
communicated back and forth for years. I did send
him a whole protocol on what he should do for his
pancreatic cancer, by the way, and I did later find
out that he did actually listen to it. He went and
consulted with Nick Gonzalez, Dr. Nick Gonzalez in
New York, who was, passed recently and under
dubious circumstances, he was one of the doctors
that's been disappearing and you may have heard
about this. But Dr. Nick Gonzalez had the best cure
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

rate for pancreatic cancer for anybody in the world.

I did find out recently that Steve Jobs did get there,
but unfortunately didn't listen to Nick Gonzalez and
chose other advice, and we know what happened
there.
Anyway, Steve Jobs used to say, "We're going to put a
dent in the universe. We're going to put a dent in the
universe." I kept looking at Apple Computer all these
years and I was like, you know what? I believe in
Apple Computer. I know that they were this side
little computer company, there was the big monsters
like Dell Computer and IBM and all these big guys. I
just put a little bet on Steve Jobs back in 1999 on
Apple Computer stock. I'm not a big stock market
guy, but I just thought I've been with Steve Jobs from
the beginning, I started with the Apple 2+ computer,
my brother used to, Gerry's on the phone right now,
used to work at the Apple merchant down the road
from our house. That $13 stock blew up and became,
I think some of that I sold for over $400 a share.
That's how I got the down payment on this house.
That's the power of putting a dent in the universe.
You know what happened to Apple Computer. They
did put a dent in the universe. Biggest company in
the world today.
If you think it's impossible, if you think it's
improbable, if all the doubters and haters are
saying, "No, no, no, no, no," guess what? It's time to
say, "Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes." It is possible that this
group right here, we can generate major
transformation on the earth. Major transformation of
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

consciousness, major transformation of the health of

the world, because together we are powerful.
Together we move mountains.
Imagine what's going to happen step by step by step
by step as we start moving this thing forward.
Magical stuff is going to start happening, and it's just
like what happened with Apple Computer. We're
seemingly this little company that had done such
amazing things but was still just this little company.,
all of a sudden became the most powerful company
in the world. Great change is upon us. Great days
are ahead. The best day ever is yet to be had. How
about that one?
With that, I'd like to thank everyone for joining us.
What a great call, and great to meet everybody. I'm
going to go through everybody. I see Cassie, Tanya,
thank you. Mary, nice to meet you. Lou, hi. Jetuska.
Is that how you pronounce your name? Jetuska? I
think I got it pretty good, hopefully. Hi, nice to meet
you. Jeffrey, welcome. Thanks for being part of the
Inner Circle. Cheryl, Calgary Cheryl. Yes, how are
you? Good to see you. Nuria. Can I see you there? We
got a hand in front of the computer there. Oh,
somebody's there.
Linda, thanks for joining us. Jesse, welcome. Anna,
welcome to the Inner Circle. Joey, hope you enjoyed
it. Thanks for joining us. Henrik, all the way from
Copenhagen. I think you're the only one from all the
way over there. Good job, thanks for being a part of
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

this great group. Clay Clifton, where are you? We

can't really see you, but we know you're there, so
thanks for joining us. Sue, welcome to the Inner
Circle. Amanda, thanks for being there. Casey, yes,
great. Leo, all the way from near, you are the one
from near Las Vegas. Welcome there. We got my
brother Gerry, he's right there. Tracy, thanks for
being here. Is that Eva? Is Eva with us? Eva,
welcome. Oh yeah, there's Eva. Fantastic, nice to
see you. Tracy, nice to see you. Priscilla, welcome.
Lars, Tanya, Cassie and I are committed to your
growth. My brother, he's going to be part of this.
Eva's going to be part of this. We're committed to be
there for you, and we are going to make mountains
move. We are going to be the group that people are
going to be talking about a year from now where
they're going to be like, "Well did you hear about
this?" Or whatever we're going to do together is going
to be something very, very profound and very, very
deep and really appreciate you guys just saying,
"Yep, this is for me," and being a part of it.
We will reconvene and stay tuned. Make sure you get
into that portal, check out your dashboard. If you
need instructions again, you can watch this video.
We're going to record this video, so it is recorded, so
you're going to be able to see that in your dashboard
in UEXL.
I think that's about it. Anything else, Lars? Want to
wrap up with any final instructions? Anybody have
any questions? Oh yeah, Tushka. I see that now.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Lars: Yeah, we can actually open up to a few questions in

the end here. How about that, David?
David Wolfe: That's a good idea.
Lars: Yeah, let's do that, unmute everybody? I do have one
final piece, is that support@davidwolfe.com, make
sure that you put that into your favorites in your
email so that you always get our updates.
Info@uexl.org, also put that into your favorites so
that you get the updates, because we're going to be
sending things like, "Hey, there's another video in
your portal. Here's the link for our next call," and
things like that. We're always keeping in touch, and
that way also when Tanya and Cassie get back to
you, it doesn't end up in some kind of filtered folder.
That was my last housekeeping piece there.
I'm going to unmute everybody, and let's take it one
at a time. If you have any questions, what's your goal
for this year, anything like that. Let us know. I'll
unmute us all, and here we go.
Speaker 5: Hey.
Speaker 6: Hello.
Henrik: I have a question for David.
David Wolfe: Yes?
Henrik: I just started the 90-day challenge with Daniel
Pompa, the cellular, True Cellular Detox. I had a call
with him and an interaction, and that sounded really
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

interesting. He just started up, and it's starting

Monday, 90-day challenge so it's sort of going to run
parallel with this.
David Wolfe: Good timing. You know these first two months are
about detox, and that's just preparing our body for
the year to come. Pompa's kit is a 90-day kit, so I
imagine, Henrik, you got that kit, right? Or maybe
it's coming. Anyway, it's a supplement kit. You're also
going to get the cytodetox, which is, I do take that
product. It's sitting over there, and I almost get that
into my water every day. I really believe in that
product, so kind of my main go-tos on detox, like in
terms of things I'm taking in my body, charcoal and
the cytodetox. I think you're going to have a great
90-day program and excellent timing.
I like Dr. Pompa. I like what he has to say. He's right
on top of the information. We still work together on
stuff, so go for it.
Henrik: Thanks.
David Wolfe: Thanks.
Lars: I just want to say really quick, I did unmute
everybody but I was hearing a lot of background
sound. If you've got stuff going on in the background,
make sure you mute yourself and then unmute when
you want to ask a question. Thanks. Who's up next?
Who has a question for us?
Speaker 8: I don't have a question. Do you have a question?
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Speaker 9: No.
Speaker 8: No?
Lou: I do, if you don't. I'm about to go, well I'm about to
go to the Cayman Islands for stem cell therapy and
now we're back into research mode again. I would
like to get some feedback on that.
David Wolfe: Thank you. That's Lou, right?
Lou: Yeah.
David Wolfe: Thanks for that. I'm so glad you're onto the stem cell
therapy. My mom's arthritis, essentially at this point
she was completely cured. Four treatments.
Lou: Great.
David Wolfe: I'm not going to tell you my mom's age, because
she'll have my head on a platter if I tell you her age,
but she's over 60 by a few years. Anyway, we were
on a flight, this is interesting. I was coming out of
Toronto. This is in March.
Lou: Did she go to the Caymans? I'm sorry.
David Wolfe: To the Caymans, yeah.
Lou: She did go to the Caymans?
David Wolfe: I was on my way to Jamaica, but this is what
happened. I was coming out of Toronto. There was a
guy in the airport and all of us were like, "That guy,
something looks off. Something is funny about that
guy." He had a heart attack on the flight.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Lou: Oh, dear.

David Wolfe: We were on our way to Jamaica. We're circling
around Montego Bay. They were like, "We got to land
this plane." This guy has a heart attack, six of the
flight attendants are all over this guy. It's like a
gnarly situation. I'm looking at the guy, the guy's
going pale. I'm like, "We got to land this plane." They
would not let us land in Montego Bay so we had to
redirect to Grand Cayman. We ended up redirecting
to Grand Cayman, we land on the runway. The guy
survived. They got him off there and he survived and
he made it.
Very unusual case, but we ended up staying the night
in Grand Cayman and it was interesting. It's a tax
haven, it's a banking haven.
Lou: I heard that. Yeah, I heard that.
David Wolfe: They're doing alternative therapies like stem cell
there, so that was my first introduction to Cayman
culture. We had a good time. We had a good time
there. It was really fantastic. Then late the next day
we went to Jamaica, like in the evening, so we had a
whole day there on Cayman Island, Grand Cayman.
Lou: Yeah, yeah. Your mother had the stem cell therapy in
the Caymans? Okay.
David Wolfe: No, she did the one, she did three treatments in
Guadalajara and one in Cancun.
Lou: Okay. Okay, I may have to check those out then too.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

David Wolfe: Yeah, so that's Dr. Rafael Gonzalez.

Lou: Okay.
David Wolfe: I can give you, let me give you Tony's ... I'll give you
an email. If you guys are interested, you can contact
Tony Delamaza. I'll put him in the chat right here.
Let me just give you that.
Lou: Any reason that you guys didn't choose the Caymans?
David Wolfe: It's just because the doctors, the doctors in
Guadalajara are almost like family. These doctors in
Guadalajara in particular ... Oh, let me just put
Tony's name in here. Stem cells, please call ... Just
be good to consult with Tony. Tony Delamaza. You
can mention my name if you want, if he's just like,
"Who is this?" You can say, "David Wolfe sent me."
Okay, there it is in the chat. Oh wait, I sent it to ...
Oops, accidentally I sent it to just my brother
accidentally. Hold on, let me get it to everyone.
Okay, there it is. That should be everyone now.
Lou: Thank you so much.
David Wolfe: Anyway, so what happened was is we became really
close with these doctors down there in Guadalajara,
and then they have also connection with a whole
group in Cancun. The reason why I like Cancun is
because you're close to the yoga center of Tulum,
you're close to the amazing vegan restaurants,
Planet Organic, that's run by my friend, Chef Miguel,
who will be at the Longevity conference. If you're at
the Longevity conference, you'll meet Chef Miguel.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

He's like the most amazing food activist in all of

Mexico. So the last trip, we did Cancun instead.
It was great, but not quite the level of Guadalajara.
I don't know what's going on in the Caymans in terms
of their facilities, but I've just had cursory
introduction to the group in the Caymans and the
group in Panama.
Lou: I would definitely, I'm going to compare the three of
them. You know?
David Wolfe: Let us know. Let us know. Give us some feedback.
Lou: Okay, I will. I'm supposed to be going to the Caymans
March 5th, but I haven't signed up on the paperwork,
so this was meant to be.
David Wolfe: Meant to be. Meant to be. Nygård, who is my
eccentric billionaire friend, he goes to the guys in
Panama, the guys that, if you saw the Joe Rogan
show with Mel Gibson and all that, that's who he
goes to.
Lou: Oh, okay.
David Wolfe: Neil Riordan or something.
Lou: Okay.
David Wolfe: Okay. Thanks.
Lou: Thank you for this. Thank you.
David Wolfe: Yeah. Okay, anybody else?

Speaker 11: I have a question. Hi David.

David Wolfe: Hi!
Speaker 11: I was diagnosed with SIBO like two months ago, and I
am having a little bit of trouble really sticking to the
diet because it's not really what I believe in eating.
Do you have any knowledge on that, and what's your
take on the low foodmap diet and the SIBO diet for
SIBO?
David Wolfe: I'm going to connect you right now. Years and years,
I'm going to see if I can get, I got to get her name.
Oh, here it is. Okay, I'm going to give you a link right
here of my friend Siobhan. Now Siobhan and I have
done, I'm just going to click this whole ... I don't
know, let me see. I'm just going to have to click it
and get the link. Hold on. Let's see. There we go.
Bam. Here it is. Okay, I'm going to put in this link for
you. This is my friend Siobhan, and see how it says
SIBOsos.com? Watch that presentation. It's a
masterclass from a leading SIBO doctor.
SIBO is Small Intestinal Bowel Overgrowth, or
Bacteria Overgrowth, sorry. Bacteria overgrowth,
and it affected very strongly one of my close friends.
We worked on that for years. She's completely well
know. Rebecca Stuchen, she leads our Peru retreat. I
was in Siobhan's, if you go to that link, SIBOsos.com,
and you contact Siobhan who's running that website,
she and I did a summit together about three or four
months ago on SIBO. It was like 25 experts. You're
going to get my whole download on SIBO, all the
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

recommended protocols. It's full on. Siobhan and I

met on doing, actually on HSN, Home Shopping
Network. She was one of the presenters there. That's
how we originally met, and she was the only one
who was into yoga and all this alternative stuff, and
so we really became friends and then one day she's
like, "Hey, do you want to do this SIBO summit with
me?" I was like, "Wow, I've just been working with my
friend who has SIBO and we've been working on it for
years and she's completely cured now, so I'd love to
share what she did."
Speaker 11: That's great, thank you.
David Wolfe: You're welcome. Okay, any other questions?
Anna: I've got a quick one David, if you can hear me?
David Wolfe: Who do we got? Somebody's trying to speak up I
think.
Anna: Can you hear me?
David Wolfe: Yes, is that Anna?
Anna: Yes it is. How are you?
David Wolfe: Okay, hi.
Anna: Hi. I just have a quick one. It's probably a little bit
basic. Just wondering on after breastfeeding and
having children and the whole detox and losing that
estrogen… I am obviously a super foodie. I'm a super
herbie, but I'm still struggling and I do EFT, I attend
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

yoga when I can. I know it's emotional for me. I'm

just a little bit out of my depth as to what else to do
when I'm still breastfeeding to drop that weight and
that excess toxins. I do have really low digestive
enzymes, so I do have to go to sometimes smoothies
and juices to better help everything move along, but
I'm just a little bit lost. That's all.
David Wolfe: How long have you been breastfeeding?
Anna: 18 months.
David Wolfe: 18 months. Okay, so somewhere around two years
you're going to have to kind of ween the baby off,
because I learned this with my friend Rebecca.
Rebecca and I wrote the new Beauty Diet Book
together.
Anna: Okay.
David Wolfe: It was very difficult for her to get her weight back to
where it was and get her body back to where it was
while she was breastfeeding. At two years she
stopped breastfeeding and now she got her body
back. For some reason, the hormones that are
involved in breastfeeding makes it very difficult to
get your body back to where it was before. It's just,
it's one of those things.
There are certain things I would recommend. I think
the C60 and the charcoal's a really good thing. When
you are breastfeeding for detox, almost never would
I recommend detox during pregnancy or during
breastfeeding time because of what can get churned
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

up, but charcoal is so adsorptive, meaning that it

just pulls the stuff right to itself and locks it up so
well, and the C60, this is C60 right here, if you see
that.
Anna: Is that ... Oh, sorry. The coconut-activated charcoal?
The stuff that the powder, that I brush my teeth
with? Or is it a different substance again?
David Wolfe: In your case I'd recommend something, you're in the
UK?
Anna: No, Australia.
David Wolfe: Oh, you're Australia. Okay. Yeah, if you're in the UK
you can get birch charcoal very easily. In Australia
you can't, so you'd have to ...
Anna: I can't get nothing here.
David Wolfe: Yeah, activated coconut charcoal. For you it's
activated coconut charcoal.
Anna: Okay. Just drink it?
David Wolfe: Just start out with a small amount. 500 milligrams in
the morning, that's it. You don't need more than
that. Yeah.
Anna: Okay.
David Wolfe: Again, I'd love to tell you there's more you could do,
but until you stop breastfeeding it's much harder.
Once you stop breastfeeding, your body will respond
better.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Anna: She's just tiny. She looks like about a 10-month-old.

She's a tiny little thing, so I just feel like she needed
that nutrition a little bit more.
David Wolfe: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, no, it's okay. Yeah, I'd go two
years. That's what Rebecca did and I think Rebecca
may even went a little longer. Two years and three
months.
Anna: Okay.
David Wolfe: Then she was freaking out. I mean this woman,
Rebecca, in her case, she eats the perfect thing,
she's the most incredible exerciser, she's a meditator,
she does everything absolutely right to the book, and
could not get her body back until after she stopped
breastfeeding.
Anna: The hormones.
David Wolfe: Yep.
Anna: Okay, just ride with it.
David Wolfe: Yeah.
Anna: Okay. Thank you.
David Wolfe: Power through. Good job.
Anna: Thank you.
David Wolfe: Alright. Anybody else?
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Henrik: Yes, I have another question.

David Wolfe: Henrik, go for it.
Henrik: Yeah. I've seen you've done some videos about this
Niacin flush and using the infrared sauna. Is there
something more you can say about what the infrared
sauna does that is so different from a normal sauna?
David Wolfe: Good question. I put all of that research into the
Beauty Diet book, so we got all of the scientific
research on infrared saunas. Essentially what an
infrared sauna is doing that's different from a normal
sauna ... I'm hearing a keyboard going. If you could
mute your phone there. Mute your computer, that'd
be good.
Anyway, so Henrik, the infrared sauna has a deeper
heating ability. For example, when you're in a normal
sauna, the heat has to penetrate through your skin
and all the layers to get to your organs. When you're
dealing with infrared, the waves penetrate deeper
into your tissue faster. For example, your brain heats
up, your organs, your liver, your kidneys, your heart,
your pancreas, your spleen, actually feel more of the
infrared heatwaves than say you would get from a
normal sauna, so it causes you to react at a deeper
level so you get a much stronger reaction of, for
example, reverse transcriptase, which is an anti-viral
compound that your cells produce because you're
getting more deeply radiated from the infrared heat.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

Now there are certain infrared frequencies, like 728

nanometers, which is just over into the infrared. I
think visually you can only see the 700 nanometers.
Just over that border in 728, are the incubation
frequencies. When you're a baby and you're being
progested by your mom, you're in there, the 728 is a
protective nourishing frequency and a rejuvenation
frequency that can rejuvenate you from, say for
example, you had an injury like with my foot, when I
broke my foot. That's something to consider as well.
Infrared heat detoxifies you, but it also can help
repair you with those incubation frequencies.
There's 728 and there's another one. It's been awhile
since I looked at that one, but I have a different kind
of of infrared sauna at my house. I have two kinds.
I've got the clear light one, then I've got what's
called a SOQI bed, and one of these programs when
we're all here together I'll show you that. I'm going
to actually show you, I want to show you guys in this
year that we're together, everything that I've got so
you can get a full picture of the whole thing,
because I got lots of gadgets, lots of stuff, and I use
them all and I want to show you how I use it and fit
it into my lifestyle and how my family fits it into
their lifestyle.
Henrik: Right.
David Wolfe: That was good, thanks Henrik.
Henrik: Thanks. You're welcome.
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

David Wolfe: Okay. Anybody else?

Tanya Couture: I got a question from one of our students here.
Thought I might as well bring it up. She says, "Any
recommendation on baby raw milk instead of
formula when raising a baby on a vegan diet, as
breast milk is not an option? Baby is six months old."
David Wolfe: Okay. My number one recommendation here just
from experience is because the child needs
cholesterol, that's very important for the first two
years of the child's life, I wouldn't really recommend
a vegan alternative, because there's no cholesterol
in it. Now, you could whip up a formula that's like
coconut water with ghee with hemp seed, there's a
whole list of ingredients that my friend Phillip
Natale, who now runs, I don't know, they changed
the name of the company, but in the old days it was
called Health. He now runs that company. He had a
whole formula that he made up.
My strong recommendation is for a child that is,
where the mother's not able to breastfeed and that
child needs a good 18 months of breast milk, go to
goats milk. Fresh, organic goats milk. I do have a
very close friend of mine, Tanya, who lived in
Calgary for a long period of time and they used to go
to a farm north of Calgary and get that goat's milk
and that kid turned out to be a genius. That kid's a
genius. That kid learned like four languages by the
time she was five years old. It was just amazing.
Tanya Couture: Totally unpasteurized?
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

David Wolfe: Totally unpasteurized, raw goats milk.

Tanya Couture: Raw, okay.
David Wolfe: Yeah.
Tanya Couture: Cool.
David Wolfe: That's my strong recommendation based on
experience because it has the cholesterol in it and
there is enough of the key oils to nourish the brain of
a human being, even though it's not ... I said,
"Tanya, why don't you just use your own breast milk?"
She's like, "Look, I'm 40 years old. I'm not healthy
enough. I mean, isn't it obvious?" I was like, well,
mothers know best. Her instinct told her that. I'm
not going to violate a mother's instinct. She's like,
"Look, I'm not healthy enough. I've got too many
toxins in my body," whereas this goat at this farm,
it's way out in the middle of the country between
Red Deer and Calgary, up there.
Anyway, so there was another question of where we
can buy C60 in the United States? I only recommend
one source of C60 because I know the quality for
sure is correct, and that is C60AntiAging.com.
C60AntiAging.com. They're in Europe, you have to
order from Europe. They're in Amsterdam and they'll
ship it over, but it is available in Canada, but you
ship it over only one or two at a time so they don't
block it at the border. It's easier to ship it into the
United States than it is Canada. Don't buy 15 and
ship it into Canada. Not a good idea. Get like two or
three or even one. If you want to get three bottles,
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

put it in three different orders so it gets across the

border easier. Canada's just more weird about that
kind of stuff. I don't know why. The US, I can order
15 at once and it gets through.
Okay. Any other questions, comments, concerns?
Jeffrey: I do, I have one.
David Wolfe: Okay. Is that Jeffrey?
Jeffrey: Yeah. I've been growing tobacco for five years and
I've had some really interesting experiences with it.
What's one of the best things I can do to make sure
my tobacco is really well-nourished, because it's one
of my favorite plants.
David Wolfe: Yeah, tobacco is my favorite plant of all time. I grow
numerous flowering tobaccos. Most tobaccos are
actually ornamental tobaccos. Nicotiana alata, for
example. Persian tobacco. I was growing that for
years. I'm half Persian and it turned out that this
tobacco I've been growing as an ornamental in the
front yard, and I bring it in in the winter in Canada,
turns out it's called Persian tobacco.
Tobacco is an absolute heavy feeder. Heavy feeder.
You have to be careful about tobacco, because for
example, here in Hawaii we've got wild tobacco,
grows by the ocean. Now if you take that material
and you try to do anything with it, it's so saturated in
minerals it's overwhelming. It's almost like spicy. You
can't actually even use it for anything except
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

fertilizer, because the ocean spray, the tobacco goes

and just sucks it into itself.
I'd really recommend not over-nourishing your
tobacco, but then making sure that the tobacco gets
a mix of sand, loamy soil, some clay in the soil mix,
like a good mix of soils. The best mix you got.
Tobacco's the king, and it demands tribute. Tobacco
pulls everything into itself. Tobacco, number one
thing for tobacco is insect parts and guano, because
it's a heavy feeder.
Jeffrey: Alright, thank you.
David Wolfe: Actually interestingly, my friend, worked at Maxim
Analytics in Toronto for years. He tested every food
in the world and every herb. He did the testing of
Chaga for my Chaga book and he's told me numerous
things, sent me numerous data, and one of the
things he found out was that tobacco is the number
one mineralized land plant. It's like a seaweed.
Number two, cannabis. Number three, comfrey, of
land plants. Now sea plants, like seaweeds, are
different.
Now I became a tobacco grower because of my
experiences with ayahuasca, of all things. I grew up
under the program, tobacco's poison, whatever.
Yeah, and it is. Cigarette chemical tobacco is
absolutely the most toxic thing ever, because
nicotine's the driver and if it has chemicals in that
tobacco, the nicotine's going to drive that into every,
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

it's going to drive all those chemicals into every cell

of your body. Chemical tobacco is an absolute
abomination.
But as you know Jeffrey, and I'm sure you know this,
tobacco smokers are the longest lived people.
Jeffrey: I use that all the time when I'm talking to people
about tobacco.
David Wolfe: It's just the facts. I brought this out earlier, that's my
tobacco right there that I have on my desk right here
just to look at it because I like just having it sitting
right here just the power and energy of it. The
tobacco debacle, the whole program we got about
tobacco is a complete abomination. I don't want to
get into it in this call, but we will get into it if you
want me to. You bet I'll get into it. We've been all
programmed by the chemical tobacco companies and
then we were deprogrammed by the medicine, "No
tobacco," and nicotine, niacin, nicotinamide,
niacinamide, the relationship of niacin to energy
production into every cell of your body, NADH. You
know that whole story.
It goes on and on about tobacco is ... The frontal
lobe of our brain is what makes us uniquely human.
Tobacco increases blood flow to the frontal lobe of
our brain. Therefore it causes us to live longer
because it actually increases blood flow into the
area that makes us human. It's the same thing that
crossword puzzles do and word puzzles do. That's
why people who do crossword puzzles and word
www.getwsodo.com
www.getwsodo.com

puzzles live longer, because they're activating the

frontal lobe.
Just want to throw that out there. I mean if that's
for you, cool. If it's not, it's a whole other
conversation for another time. To me, tobacco is
holy and sacred and is not to be taken lightly. What's
gone on with chemical tobacco is literally an
abomination.
Jeffrey: Alright, thanks very much.
David Wolfe: Good one, thanks. Anybody else? Wow, this is great.
Okay, all of us together. Thanks everybody for joining
us.
Speaker 14: Yeah, we're just going to say goodbye because we
got to go because Ainsley has her Waldorf school
circus, so we got to make the trek, but it was
amazing to chat with all of you.
David Wolfe: Thanks you guys. Thanks for joining us. Have the
best day ever. Good to see you.
Speaker 14: Yes, you too. Bye.
David Wolfe: Okay, bye. Alright, I think that's a wrap. We're going
to go see a very interesting site here on our island.
It's a Peruvian-style site with the perfect-fitted rocks
and the blocks at weird angles. It's buried over here
on the other side of the island, but there's about 100
feet of it that you can see. My crew's waiting for me
downstairs, Wompa and team, and I'm going to go do
that with them.

Thanks to everybody. Thanks to BodyMinds and UEXL.

Thanks to Tanya and Cassie. Thanks to all of you for
joining us. Have the best week ever, and have the
best weekend ever. We'll be back in touch very
shortly.
