Our identity
Making the transition from college to work is often more traumatic and challenging than
entering college and leaving home for the first time. One of the greatest challenges in the
transition process is handling the tricky dichotomies of the corporate setting. The need for
students to blend into a new environment, while demonstrating unique talents and
standing out among peers can be very demanding. And, the need to work efficiently and
effectively while contributing to the team aggravates the stress.
Internfever bridges the gap between college and industry by training students in advance
and through means of providing internship opportunities. Internships help students gain
hands-on experience to meet the corporate challenges.

Our Mantra
‘Learning-by-doing’ is a practice that has been adopted since centuries. This has also
been the approach adopted by Gurukuls in ancient India.
Internships are a perfect tool for experiential learning. They are an opportunity for
students to put into practice the knowledge gained in classrooms.

These programs can be customized to suit the needs of the organization. If there is
any other topic you would like to have a workshop conducted on but is not
mentioned in the list above, feel free to talk to us about it. We can arrange for a
trainer to deal with the topic of your choice.
1) Internships
Internfever will essentially be a site that will offer assistance to students for locating
internships. By partnering with leading corporate houses and reaching out to colleges,
Internfever will work towards creating internship opportunities and at the same time
grooming leaders through a multitude of personality development programs.
As part of the ESD program, Internfever will bring start-up companies and students
together so that young professionals with entrepreneurial dreams can experience the
challenging life of a start-up.
