This was a very fun and interesting Project to do, but I honestly struggled with meeting my 2000

calorie Intake. I was really trying, but it was extremely difficult because of my crazy work

schedule. I usually tend to forget to eat or I am so exhausted that I am more tired than hungry.

I think the healthiest meals for me have been the Avocado toast with Smoked Salmon or

Avocado Toast with egg and Bacon. I will definitely continue that as well as my Shrimp salad

that I enjoy preparing myself. I need to push myself on staying on top of my cooking and putting

in nutritious meals. I learned that I really have a lot more to go and need to eat more for sure.

That is something I will continue to work on.

As for my goals I think I should try Power Bars, more protein options, as well as more fruits to

snack on while I am working. I need to take better care of myself especially since I am not

getting any younger and well in order to keep a healthy body and mind, we need nutritious

meals. I have a lot to work on, but I will continue this goal for myself.
