“Quick Guide” January 2019

Introduction:
This site was developed for Nissan production suppliers located in Mexico, USA and Canada. On this
site, you will find general announcements, performance specific to your supplier code, forms and
training information to help you better understand Nissan’s quality requirements. Below is a brief
explanation of each section of the site:

SSC & MQR DOCUMENTS: In this section suppliers can download your Supplier Score Card (SSC) and
Monthly Quality Report (MQR). Only the last 12 months reports will be available.

STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES: In this section suppliers will find brief explanations of some of
Supplier Quality Development’s (SQD) core activities involving suppliers: Examples below;
1. What is ASES Evaluation?
2. Change Management Requirements
3. MQR & SSC Explanation
Check the site frequently as this area can be updated with new content.

Quality Evaluations: In this section suppliers can download recent site evaluations conducted by
Nissan. They can include ASES, PESES or SHC evaluations that have been conducted in your organization.
Only evaluations conducted from 2017 and newer will be available.

Supplier Training: In this section suppliers can find information regarding courses provided by Nissan
(4M Change Management, etc.) and courses provided by University partners (ANPQP, PFMEA/Control
Plan, Firewall, 8Ds/Problem solving, etc).

Registration Steps:
1. Go to the following site https://www.sws.nmexnet.com.mx/SWS/Seguridad/LogIn.aspx
2. Click on Supplier Register
3. Enter your personal information & company profile and be sure to accept the Terms and
Conditions. Once complete click “SAVE”.
4. Your request will be sent to the Supplier Quality Portal administrator for validation and if
approved you will receive an email with your ID & password
5. When you log in you will be prompted to change your password. Please do so.
6. When you enter to the site first click on “Module (SQD – Supplier Quality Development)” and
then on the top of the page you must click on “Menu”
7. In this step you can see the four section described above and you can navigate through each one

Notes:
* User Name must be 10 characters or less
* Only e-mails with company designations will be accepted (no personal e-mails allowed)
* You must change your password every 3 months
* All the information posted in the supplier web site is confidential

Step by step guide: please review the following steps in order to know how does the portal
functions.

1) Follow the “Registration

Steps” mentioned in the
previous page.

2) When you receive your

password login in the site and
click on “Module (SQD-
Supplier Quality
Development)”

3) In the first page, you will see

general announcements. You
should click on “Menu” (Right
top corner) in order to access
to all the portal sections.
4) Now you should click on the
section that you want to
review.

5) In the “SSC & MQR 5.1

documents” section:
5.1 Select the period of time
that you want to review and
click on “Load”.

consult or download your

should click on “view” in order
to consult or download the
document that you want.

7) In the “Quality Evaluations”

section, you should click on
“view” in order to consult or
download the evaluation that
you want.

8) In the “Supplier Training”
