manpower to corporates and others.

Sub: - Terms & Conditions for the placement of Candidates

1. The Professional fee will be calculated as a percentage of incumbents Annual Cost to

the Company.

a. Consultancy fee @ 8.33% of the Gross Annual CTC for Entry Level
b. Consultancy fee @ 8.33% of the Gross Annual CTC for Team Leader position
(Officer / Senior Officer Grade)
c. Consultancy fee @ 10% of the Gross Annual CTC for the Team Manager
(Assistant / Deputy Manager Grade) position
d. Consultancy fee @ 12.50% of the Gross Annual CTC for Manager / AGM / VP /
CEO / COO grade

2. Payment should be made within 30 days, on receiving the invoice

3. The invoice will be based on the actual number of candidates who have joined through
our consultancy and are live in [COMPANY NAME] on the 7th day from the date of joining
and invoice should be raised in the following month.

4. Replacement of a candidate who leaves within 60 days of their joining.
