AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, AVELINO TOMBOC, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of P-5 Peñafrancia
Daraga Albay, Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:

1. That Moniera Saba is not and never have been an employee of Ultra Force Security
Corporation.

2. That being the operations officer of Ultra Force Security Corporation until its closure in
Bicol in May 2016 I have personal knowledge that Ultra Force no longer have any
clients or employees in the Bicol region since that time.

3. That per the security contract that Best Corporation provided it was very clear that
Moniera Saba pretended to be the operations officer of Ultra Force Security
Corporation and signed the contract dated June 2016. Moniera Saba hired and posted
security guards at Best establishment, including the deceased Carl Danao. Moniera
Saba billed and collected payments for herself signing her name in all the fraudulent
documents even issuing what appeared to be phased out receipts of UFSC.

4. That Moniera Saba should be held responsible and liable for all her fraudulent activities
of contracting security services contract with the following establishments purporting
and pretending to represent UFSC when it was really without the knowledge of Ultra
Force Security Corporation, to wit;

1. BEST Corporation
2. Jshoppe
3. Lucky Educational Supply

5. That being the case UFSC has no employer – employee relations with Carl Danao,
Isaias P. Penaredondo and Dante Magdaong Malana, or any security guards hired by
Moniera Saba Pretending that it was all for Ultra Force Security Corporation.

6. That the aforementioned establishments are NOT clients of Ultra Force Security
Corporation. Hence, Ultra Force Security Corporation should not be held responsible or
liable therefore for the fraudulent and deceitful actions committed by Moniera Saba
against UFSC and the security guards she hired.

7. That we, Moniera Saba and me, are willing to settle for an arrangement to pay for the
charges and fees with the Social Security System (SSS) so that this case will be
dismissed.

As such, I am executing this affidavit to certify and attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for the purpose / subject of the aforementioned case or any other case
involving Moniera Saba’s clandestine activities of fraudulently using UFSC as a front
to entice clients and security guards alike and for whatever legal purpose this affidavit
may serve.
