RESTRICTED ESSAY: briefly answer the following question highlighting
both claims and evidences.
1. What are the different tools, equipment, and utensils that can be
used in preparing salad and dressing?
2. How cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing is done for the following
tools, equipment, and utensils:
a. Mixing bowl
b. Blender
c. Wooden spoon
V. ASSIGNMENT/AGREEMENT:
Make your own unique deluxe hotel worthy salad recipe using ingredients
that can be found in the Gulayan sa Paaralan and place it in a 1 whole
sheet of paper.
