On behalf of our Board of Directors, I would like to invite you to Malaysian Board
participate at our 2011 National Convention.

We are giving this preliminary notice so that you can arrange

 Fee: We are looking at raising the funds to allow each "active" EE church to send 2
delegates either "free of charge" or at a heavily "subsidised" rate.

An active EE church is one that has completed a semester of EE training and

submitted complete documentation for certification for the 2 years preceding
31st March 2011. For this purpose the date on the certificates will apply.

Additional/other delegates will be charged the regular rate for room and meals.
Rates will be advised after confirmation of venue.
