I. Objective:
At the end of the class the student shall:
To enumerate the steps on how to prepare suitable filling and
spread orderly.
Determine the methods in preparing hot and cold sandwiches.

II. Subject Matter:


Topic: Prepare Sandwich

sandwiches.

Motivation:
What are the fillings that can be used in making or preparing
sandwiches?
B. Lesson Proper:

Activity:
Students will group into 5 and each group has 5-7
members. They will be giving an envelope with the different methods. Within the group
they will post the steps on Manila paper and present in the class. This activity will take
5-10 mins.

Analysis:
1. What are the common fillings and spread do you prepare at
home? Why?
2. .How do you prepare the said fillings and spread?
3. What are the ingredients of hot and cold sandwiches?
Abstraction:
Methods in preparing sandwiches
Give the procedure on how to prepare hot and cold sandwiches.

Application:
Rank the steps of preparing sandwiches from their work.
Make a recipe of hot and cold sandwiches.
Assessment/ Evaluation:
Discuss the steps on how to prepare suitable filling and
spread.
