MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

COMPANY NAME and ANYTIME FITNESS BRANCH with a business address at ___________
represented herein by our Club Manager, Name of Club Manager.

This Memorandum of Agreement sets for the terms and agreement between NAME OF PARTNER,
and COMPANY NAME and ANYTIME FITNESS BRANCH hereby agree that;

Partner to provide
1. 1x a week brand mention on all Partner SNS including but not limited to:
a. Facebook:
b. Instagram:
2. Provision to place flyers at the Partner store
3. X% discount to all AF members upon presentation of keyfob at any XXX branch
Anytime Fitness Branch to provide
1. 1x a week brand mention on all Anytime Fitness Eastwood SNS including but not limited
to:
a. Facebook:
b. Instagram:
2. Provision to place flyers at the Anytime Fitness Branch at the following locations
a. Lobby Area
b. GX Area
3. Provision to set-up a booth at the Anytime Fitness Branch Wellness Days
a. Nature of booth set-up will be subject for approval
4. Purchase a minimum amount of your choice and customer will get 1 day free pass (worth
Php500.00) with Anytime Fitness Branch- this is for non-members only
Duration

This MOA and tie up will start on October 1, 2017 and will end on December 30, 2017. This MOA
shall become effective upon signature by the authorized officials from the partners and will remain in
effect until modified or terminated by any one of the partners by mutual consent.
