Ns. Satria : Ok, for this time the Permata Hati Room There are 10 Patients, 3 of
them may go home, 1 of them are Surgical Plans and 2 of them is Post-Surgery, the
remaining 4 are Just Ordinary Patients

Ns. Tarisa : hmmm ... ok Ns. Satria Is There Other Information or Any Therapeutic
Plan to be Provided

Ns. Satria : Patients in Rooms 1 and 2 are Post-Surgical Patients, the Therapeutic
Plan provided is Assessing Post-Surgical Pain and Analgesic Pain Relief and Non-
Farm Therapy to Reduce Pain that is adjusted by the Pain Scale of the Patient

Ns. Tarisa : Ok Ns Satria... Do They Also Need Every Hour Monitoring As An

Examination Of Your Vital Signs

Ns. Satria : For Monitoring Every Hour is not necessary, the patient's condition is
stable, only just do vital seign in the morning and evening

Ns. Tarisa : Ok I Understand

Ns. Satria : 1 Patient in Room 5 is a patient with a surgical plan at 5 pm later

Ns. Tarisa : Ok
Ns. Satria : 4 Patients in Rooms 4, 6, 8 and 9 are New Patients, They Are All
Negative Covid-19, Diagnoses From IGD Doctors, 2 of them are Dengue Fever, 1
Gastroentritis, and 1 Another is Asthma. An examination by a specialist has not been
done and only an examination by a general practitioner in the emergency room. For the
time being, we continue to study the patient for further complaints and do the vital
seign.
