Dear Sir,

Greetings and Good day!

As you know that most of our site contractor personals were affected with novel coronavirus (COVID-19)
and self-quarantined by the recommendation by medical Authorities. Doctors (MOH) including my direct
counterpart E&I QC Inspector Mr. Siva. As you well aware that I am staying with my family in Dammam
including my elderly mother and new born baby. All of my family members are very panic when they
heard about our site contractor personals were affected with COVID-19 and requested me to stay with
them to avoid any undesirable situation for our safety. I do believe that safety measure is our utmost
priority. My overall desire is to minimize disruption as much as possible. Hence, I requested for one
week unpaid leave to prevent from getting sick for Myself, my family as well as our team.

I hope you understand the global effort we are making to prevent others from getting sick. I appreciate
everyone’s prompt attention to this matter.

As usual I will support our project once the required safety measure were applied like sanitation.
