Proceeding in O.A. No. 191 of 2010 for the recovery of a sum

of Rs.17,04,142.93/- (Rupees Seventeen Lacs Four

Thousand One Hundred Forty Two and Paise Ninety Three

Only) with interest and costs.

2. I say that the mortgaged property to be put for sale by way of

e-auction is Flat No.3, Sai Dham, Plot No. 356, Sector 19,

Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai.
