• Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled pick up or delivery date.
A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total will apply.
• Credit Card orders will be charged 48 hours in advance of pick up or delivery. OFFICE USE ONLY
• If payment is made by check Krispy Kreme reserves the right to hold Fundraising Order until funds have Pending
cleared bank. If you accept personal checks during presell please make sure the checks are made out to Confirmed
your organization. Krispy Kreme does not accept personal checks. Paid
• Orders not picked up within 2 hours of their scheduled time are considered cancelled, and subject to the
PO
cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total.
Preselling
• Schools paying by purchase order must include a copy of the purchase order with their order request.
• All orders must be confirmed by both parties.
• Krispy Kreme is not responsible for shipping errors including, but not limited to: bumped flights, late deliveries, damaged product
or any other circumstances related to shipping or transportation.
• All fundraising purchases are final and any unsold product may not be returned.
