My experience as coach

Hello, my name is Andrea, also known as Pyki, I am 25 years old and I love League of Legends.
Being very passionate about this game, I decided to start training. My experience is quite limited,
that is, I do not teach professionally. I have experience in silver, gold, platinum and diamond
division teams that sadly failed for various reasons.
I work with schematic methods using Google sheets and Google documents where you can see how
the training team is organized, Power Point and Word, where in the first case I created a guide on
how to play Iron to Diamond support and in the second case some notes and schematics to give my
player. I coach individual players and entire teams and both give a quiz with some questions about
their experience in LoL. I would also like to add that I worked as an analyst and manager, for
example looking for matches or tournaments for my players or analysing games because we did not
have an analyst.

What are the things I have more or less general experience with?
 Dealing with the players: I always manage to cheer them up, keep them organized, keep
them updated, pass on the basic knowledge of the game, point out the mistakes they make in
the game...
 Transmit knowledge and information to the players: I am very good at macro game. I
always do my best when it comes to teaching them what I know. Sometimes, to show them
how I see the game, I go into a game with my players and I act as a shotcaller, explaining
them how to move.
 Creating compositions: I have never done many to be honest, but it is what I do the best
because when I play ranked I tend to analyse the champions of both teams and choose picks
that can suit my team.
 Encourage the team: I do it very well because I am a very empathetic and emotional
person, so I would like to convey my emotions and my passion for the game. I like to ask
my children how or what the game was, whether it be a defeat or a victory, and I am always
ready to help with any small problem.
 Analyze games: in general yes, but it’s what costs me the most. I know it's not my job as a
coach, but I like to do it. I need some time to analyze a game in detail; I tend to write
everything in a notebook and then, minute by minute, I see it together with the team.
 Search scrims/tournaments: no problem, in this area I help myself with the WhatsApp
groups or Twitter, there are many amateur teams looking for people to play against. For
tournaments, I use sites like Battlefy.com and Arena.gg.
 Explain how to play single lines: I struggle in this area in match ups and micro in general, I
cannot give detailed explanations such as the role of support, which is my main one.

When I meet a team, I would like them to be willing to play compositions created by me with safe
or insecure champions and who have serious intentions to improve because I am willing to help
them. In tournaments, games and training, I might choose a substitute instead of a main player
because they are more competent in that role or champion. I am willing to pass some slides from
my guide to the support of the team.
