“The Spirit [Spirit/Energy] is the first power we experience, but the last power
we come to understand.”–Oswald Chambers

We re-visit Spirit/Energy because it is crucial in understanding our

evolution to Divinity. Spirit/Energy enables life, reasoning, emoting,
expressing a talent, and acting bodily and mentally. It is what manifests
everything received in life. Spirit/Energy contains information it does not
know about while executing Consciousness’ Will for all activities in the
Cosmos. It is an executor operating outside of Consciousness.

The topics for this session are:

 Spirit/Energy of God
 Spirit/Energy of Man
 Spirit/Energy and the Sun
 Spirit/Energy: the Thoughtless Executor
 Spirit/Energy Flow
 Spirit/Energy Tools

Spirit/Energy of God

Unlike the Spirit/Energy of Man, the Spirit/Energy of God is homogenous

with no breakdown into components. Whatever you have done, are doing, or
will do It executes. The
Spirit/Energy of God directs
all events and social life in the
Cosmos.

Willing, wanting, and wishing

for things to happen as you
Desire reveal what you want to
happen. That is an act of
Consciousness willing, which
lacks the power to execute.
The Spirit/Energy of God is
needed to receive your Will and
manifest it in the world.

87
Spirit/Energy of Man

The Spirit/Energy of Man is the same as the Spirit/Energy of God accept it

is not homogeneous. It is broken down into four components (Divine Spirit,
Higher Mind, Lower Mind, and Lifeforce). See diagram below:

Man declares his intention (Will) to do something. Let us say start a

successful business. His or her Spirit/Energy is the vehicle that performs
the tasks required to fulfill the intention. However, the component of your
Spirit/Energy, where your Consciousness resides, will determine the
success or failure of the project. To manifest business success, you must
use the higher components (Divine Spirit, Higher Mind) of your
Spirit/Energy to find the correct premises for reasoning.

Just as the Physical Body is a complicated thing connected to many

systems, organs, tissues, cells, molecules, atoms, and subatomic
electromagnetic particles, Spirit/Energy in Man is also complicated, with
components connected to Universal Truths, Chakras, glands, and so on.

88
Effects of Spirit/Energy on Man

The ancient Eastern Savants taught us Spirit/Energy affects Man from

three sources:

 The Sun
Spirit/Energy from the sun sustains our pineal gland and Chakras
(Spirit/Energy centers) of the body.

 Reflection from the Moon

Spirit/Energy from the moon governs the reproductive powers of the
body.

 Reflection from the Surface of Planetary Bodies

Spirit/Energy from the planetary bodies supports the component of
Spirit/Energy where your Consciousness lives (the basis of Astrology).

Spirit/Energy affects all living creatures in too primary ways:

1. Assimilation and circulation throughout all parts of the creature.

89
2. Empowering the inhale, exhale, reproduction, and waste elimination
of the creature’s cells (metabolism).

Spirit/Energy and the Sun

Cyclical occurrences (solar cycles) that take place on the sun exert a
powerful influence on all things and events, in the solar system, and on
earth. They affect our Spirit/Energy, Mind, and Physical Body. The forces
responsible for Man’s evolution to Divinity follow these yearly solar cycles.

The primary states of Spirit/Energy on earth heat, and light, and cold and
darkness affect all things. The things that determine the increase of heat
and light on earth begin at the end of the winter solstice (about December
25 in the Northern hemisphere, and about June 25 in the Southern
hemisphere)–180 days apart.

The things that determine the decrease of heat and light on earth begin at
the end of the summer solstice (about June 25 in the Northern hemisphere,
and about December 25 in the Southern hemisphere).

Not until the spring equinox (March 21 in the North, and it's opposite,
September 21 in the South) does the impact of heat and light production
occur. Cold and darkness do not dominate until the fall equinox (September
21 in the North and March 21 in the South).

Heat and light variation produces a significant effect on Man’s autonomous

nervous system (the vehicle of Spirit/Energy), lower life forms (insects, etc.),
and the plant (vegetable) kingdom. For that reason, the annual solar cycle
governs the times for both Spiritual and agriculture activities.

As Western physicists have recently found out, much of the ancient’s

Eastern elders teachings give us an accurate understanding of the subject
(see Quantum Physics vindication). The Eastern elders taught Spirit/Energy
is the unaware, power/matter part of God that provides Man’s power to
accomplish goals in life.

The problem is, as discussed earlier, Spirit/Energy that runs Man and the
world is outside the responsibility of God. Consequently, Man must do
Spiritual work to align with God's Program.

90
The inability to grasp how Spirit/Energy and its functioning components
operate is the primary reason behind the failure of the world’s behavior-
shaping institutions (religion, education, sociology, and technology).

Spirit/Energy: the Thoughtless Executor

Although Spirit/Energy automatically executes routines for all activities in

the Cosmos and holds information, it does not know about the information’s
content. Consciousness depends on Spirit/Energy for the information and
execution of routines stored in it.

The components of Man’s Spirit/Energy hold information that deals with

Self Knowledge and how Man should relate to the world. The ancient
Eastern sages were great because of their ability to study Spirit/Energy
information and discover the secrets of the Cosmos. That skill enabled them
to sense a unique understanding of mathematics, science, Spirituality,
architecture, medicine, government, and so on. Knowledge of all things in
the Cosmos resides in the components of Spirit/Energy.

The Western tradition of pouring information into an individual (education)

with the belief it will make them a better person does not work. Being
informed is the act of pouring data into one of the lower components of
Spirit/Energy (Lower Mind or Lifeforce). Being informed misses the two
higher components (Divine Spirit, and Higher Mind) that govern behavioral
control

To feed information into someone and expect a better person is like feeding
someone and awaiting physical well-being without exercise or physical
activity. That is why the Nazis of World War II produced horrific crimes
against humanity. Although well educated, they failed to rise above the
lower components of their Spirit/Energy.

The Eastern elders made a person better by Initiations that elevated

Consciousness to the higher components of their Spirit/Energy.

What exercise and physical activity do for the Physical Body, Initiation does
in developing a better person.

91
Life is a journey of Spiritual evolution through the components of your
Spirit/Energy. Most people evolve through the four steps:

1. The Physical Body

2. The Lifeforce
3. The Lower Mind
4. 1/3 of the Higher Mind

Observing Universal Truths will automatically elevate you up to the bottom

third of the Higher Mind. However, further Spiritual evolution depends on
your effort. When an attempt to evolve to the higher components of
Spirit/Energy is missing, overwhelming pressure from the lower
components becomes the cause of problems in the world.

An excellent point to remember is the hierarchical arrangement of

Spirit/Energy components. The higher components control the lower ones,
and the higher the component that your Consciousness operates out of, the
more evolved is your behavior.

Spirit/Energy Flow

Spirit/Energy flow originates in the Imperceptible World, where

Consciousness Wills its infinite, indivisible expanse of inactive Spirit/Energy
to separate. The separated Spirit/Energy becomes active and moves through
the Immaterial World as illustrated by the Tree of Life (influences 1 through
9).

Lastly, it enters the Material World at influence 10 as solar Energy

(Spirit/Energy) in the rays of the sun. That is why the ancients revered the
sun. They called the sun’s rays the Spirit of God-“RA”.

Once Spirit/Energy reaches the Material World, environmental, biological,

or technological processes convert it into many Energy types, i.e., light,
chemical, mechanical, heat, sound, radio, microwave, etc.

The flow of Spirit/Energy is not a lifelong endless cycle. It does not

repeatedly revolve without ever wearing out. The food chain describes a
typical flow. As Spirit/Energy moves up the food chain, from minerals to
plants to herbivores and carnivores, there is less and less of it to go around.

92
Lack of Spirit/Energy for carnivores, compared to herbivores, is the major
reason fierce predators do not overrun people. A brief explanation goes
something like this:

Plants do not use most of the Spirit/Energy that falls on earth. Non-used
Spirit/Energy bounces back to space or heats the air, oceans, ground, and
makes the weather. Herbivores get a small bit of the Spirit/Energy that the
plants absorbed. The carnivore that has eaten the herbivore gets some
Spirit/Energy. When living things die, they decompose into nitrogen that
mixes with the soil’s bacteria and continues the cycle by helping more
plants grow.

Herbivores use most of the plant Spirit/Energy consumed for eating,

breathing, walking, and staying warm. Only a slight amount of
Spirit/Energy remains for the carnivore that eats the herbivore. At the end
of the food chain, little original Spirit/Energy remains, therefore, we need
fresh sunlight every day, and new plants to keep growing. Otherwise,
Spirit/Energy flow in God’s Program would stop, and everything would die.

Spirit/Energy Tools

“Everything is energy [Spirit/Energy], and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the
reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not
a philosophy. This is physics.” - Albert Einstein.

93
A Spirit/Energy tool is a mental activity that enables you to manipulate
Spirit/Energy. The goal of these devices is to match the vibration you
generate with the vibration of what you Desire. At that point, you will attract
the thing you Desire.

Spirit/Energy tools are the utensils needed to configure the mental

(Spiritual, Immaterial, non-physical) world. They are the means of modifying
the unseen cause in the Immaterial World, so it will manifest the effect you
desire in the Material World.

Spiritual Tools fine-tune your Will so it can direct Spirit/Energy in

establishing, attracting, and manifesting your goals. We live in an ocean of
vibratory waveforms where each wave influences other waves. Since
everything has its particular wavelength, density, vibration, and sound, the
frequencies are unique.

Spiritual tools tune you in to ring at the same vibrational frequency as your
visualized desire. They also enable you to use your thoughts (Will and
intention) to connect with and influence the waveforms of other things or
events.

Many types of Spiritual Tools exist, such as tantric sex, astral-projection,

hypnotherapy, crystals, and so on. Once learned, you will use them in
performing the Initiations for implanting the Universal Truths of Man into
your brain. Afterward, Free Will automatically directs your Lifeforce
according to God’s Program. This process worked for the ancient Eastern
sages. If it worked for them, it can work for us.

Although many Spiritual Tools are available, we will limit our discussion to
an overview of six:

1. The Concentration Tool

2. The Visualization Tool
3. The Mantra Tool
4. The Affirmation Tool
5. The Declaration Tool
6. The Meditation Tool

94
Master Concentration

Concentration is the ability to focus the Mind on one thing. It empowers

your thought processes. During Concentration, the thinker removes all
attention and awareness from any distractions and observes a single idea.

The practice of Concentration begins by knowing you are the boss of your
Mind. The thinker directs what thoughts your Mind will contain. Afterwards,
you hold your attention still on that thought. Skill at Concentration is
necessary because it enables:

 Control of what goes into the Mind

 Stilling of the Mind allowing deep Meditation
 Insightful messages from the Lifeforce
 A powerful memory of essential things
 Wellness from the calm and relaxation of stillness
 Efficiency in solving tough challenges

The condition of your Spirit/Energy is what makes your reality. For

example, a contrary Spirit/Energy tainted by fear-filled thoughts leads to a
worrisome existence. An optimistic Spirit/Energy encourages a winning
lifestyle.

Let me point out a true-life experience involving Concentration. While

working as a manufacturing engineer at Bell Helicopter, I went to training
for a new software package. The instructor gave me a complicated math
solution for the software’s algorithm.

To me, a long and complicated solution for the problem seemed impractical.
There had to be an easier way. After intense Concentration and five days
and nights of much trial and error, I found a much simpler solution.

In conclusion, intense Concentration is helpful for all the Spiritual Tools.

The following exercises will help get your ability to concentrate up to speed:

Concentration Exercise 1

Take a book, any book, and count the words in any one paragraph. Then
count them again, to be sure, your first calculation was correct. Repeat
the process with two paragraphs.

95
When this becomes easy, count the words on an entire page. Count
silently and only with your eyes, without pointing your finger at the
words.

Concentration Exercise 2

Count backward in your Mind, from one hundred to one. Then do it

again.

Concentration Exercise 3

Count in your Mind from one hundred to one, skipping every three
numbers, i.e., 100, 97, 94, etc. Then do it again.

Concentration Exercise 4

Choose an inspiring word or phrase, or just a dull sound, and repeat it in

your Mind for five minutes. When this gets easy, go for ten minutes of
uninterrupted Concentration.

Concentration Exercise 5

Take a fruit, an apple, orange, banana, or any fruit, and hold it in your
hands. Examine the fruit from all its sides while keeping your total
attention focused on it. Do not let your Mind drift to other thoughts like:

 Negative things that might occur

 The store where you bought the fruit
 How and where the fruit came from
 The fruit’s nutritive value
 And so on

Stay calm, ignoring and showing no interest in these distractions. Just

look at the fruit, focus your attention on it for 5 minutes without
thinking about anything else, while examining its shape, smell, taste,
and the sensation it gives you when you touch it.

96
Concentration Exercise 6

Take a simple object like a spoon, a fork, or a glass and concentrate on

it. Watch the item from all sides with no words in your Mind. Just watch
the object for five minutes without thinking of words about it.

Concentration Exercise 7

After becoming proficient in the above exercises, try this one.

Draw on a piece of paper, a small triangle, square, or circle, about three

inches in size, and paint it with any color you wish.

Put the paper and drawing in front of you and concentrate on the shape
you have drawn. For now, only the illustration exists for you, with no
other independent thoughts or distractions.

Keep your attention on the drawing for five minutes and avoid thinking
about anything else. Be careful not to strain your eyes.

Know Visualization

Visualization is the ability to create and imagine things. It is a method of

using your Imagination to create what you desire. Visualization proficiency
is essential because we need it to empower the complete absence of doubt.

In Visualization, you use your Imagination to create a clear image, idea, or

feeling of something you wish to manifest. Then you continue to focus on
the feeling, design, or picture, giving it positive Spirit/Energy until you
achieve what you have imagined. The more details of the mental images you
create, the better your Visualization skills.

Your skills will improve with practice. During Visualization, your Mind
directs Spirit/Energy. Lacking this ability, you cannot move towards the
changes you desire. Visualization also helps develop other Spiritual Tools.

Now that you understand the power of Visualization, let us practice.

97
Visualization Exercise 1

The same as Concentration Exercise 5, only this time instead of looking

at the fruit, visualize it. Begin by examining the fruit for about 2
minutes, then close your eyes, and try to see, smell, taste, and touch the
fruit in your Imagination. Try to see a clear and well-defined picture. If
the image becomes blurred, open your eyes, look at the fruit for a short
while, and then close your eyes and continue the exercise.

You can imagine holding the fruit in your hands or Visualize it sitting on
a table.

Visualization Exercise 2

1. Pick a goal.

Identify something you desire to manifest. For example, “I would like

to find my soul mate,” or, “I would like to be financially secure, so I
will not have to work.”

2. State it.

Say it in a simple sentence, in the present tense, as if it were already

true. For example, “I am creating lasting love,” or “I am creating
income streams without working for others.”

3. Picture your goal and feel as if it were already true.

Close your eyes and let the joyful feeling of a realized goal saturate
your body. See the target with your eyes, hear the sounds with your
ears, smell the aroma, and so on. Do not worry if you cannot picture
the scenario, sense, or imagine it any way you can.

4. Use your Will to turn the goal over to the Lifeforce and let it go.

Now relax and allow the Lifeforce to attract your goal to you.

You must practice, practice, and practice.

Set aside a time each day for your Visualization exercises, twice daily, in the
morning when waking, and once in the evening before sleeping. Both times
are ideal, as your Mind is already in a semi-relaxed state.

98
The four-step Visualization Exercise 2 is what you master in visualizing.
While practicing, know you already have what you want and then detach
from it. You will see your life getting better in remarkable ways. Leave “how
come” to the Lifeforce and put in work towards your intended result.

Understand Mantras

“What is a Mantra? Mantra is two words: Man and tra. Man means Mind.
Tra means the heat of life. Ra means sun. Therefore, a Mantra is a mix of
words, which, if recited, takes the vibratory effect of each of your molecules
into the infinity of the Cosmos. That is called Mantra.” - Yogi Bhajan

Mantras are words of power that can manifest any object or event. Since
sounds generate vibratory waves, associate the sound waves (Mantras,
chants, hekau, etc.) with what you Desire. These sound waves are words of
power from diverse Spiritual traditions. Thus, an excellent way of willing
events is chanting the Mantra that connects to the Chakra or Universal
Truth of Man that controls what you want to manifest.

Mantras are not Affirmations. Although useful, Affirmations work on the

emotional (material) level. Mantras differ because they operate on a higher
vibrational (immaterial) level.

Mantras are not prayers, where you use your own words to ask for
something. For example, with a healing Mantra, you establish the intention
to recover, and then connect with the power of the Mantra to healing, and
not your own words as you would in personal prayer.

Mantras repeat certain words and phrases of particular significance, either

aloud or in your head. All Spiritual cultures have Mantras. To name a few,
Hinduism has the Gayatri Mantra, Buddhism has Om Mani Padme Hum,
Christians have the Jesus prayer ("Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have
mercy on me, a sinner"), and Islam the Sufi zikr.

When repeating a Mantra, we introduce the vibrational frequency of that

Mantra into ourselves, so we too resonate with the words and vibration of
the Mantra.

99
This process tunes an individual to resonate at the same vibrational
frequency as an event or object, or specific Universal Truth of Man linked to
that Mantra. Therefore, it is essential to align yourself with a Mantra
suitable for your needs.

Another role of a Mantra is to eliminate negative emotions and sensuality in

Man’s life. That procedure depends first on establishing Divine Self-Image
confidence.

Next, by replacing the negative thoughts with a Mantra, we not only break
the constant negative flow, we also generate a fresh stream that is beneficial
and positive. It is unnecessary to think about negative thoughts, replace
them with a Mantra.

Recent scientific studies of the brain support what we are saying: they show
neural pathways strengthened by repetition or weakened by lack of use.
When replacing negative thoughts with a Mantra, you are rewiring your
brain while decreasing habitual thinking.

If you are trapped in a downward emotional spiral, a Mantra can break the
habitual psychological pattern and replace it with the positive emotion you
associate with the Mantra.

Mantra Exercise

1. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself. It is easy to drift away and
be thinking of something else, even when saying your Mantra. Earlier
Concentration exercises should help with having a clear, aware Mind.

2. Visualize your intention and remind yourself why you are using your
Mantra. Have a clear goal.

3. Say your Mantra, either aloud or silently. Many people find it useful to
coordinate the Mantra with the breath experiment to see what works
for you.

4. Connect to the intention of your Mantra. The uniting is a personal

thing, and over time you may find your Mantra experience changes as
it becomes part of you, and you become a part of it.

100
5. Depending on the Mantra, place your focus on your heart or between
your eyebrows as you repeat the Mantra. If the Mantra is for healing
or a particular Chakra, then concentrate on that part of your body.

6. If you associate your Mantra with a Universal Truth of Man, you may
wish to visualize what the Truth represents as you say the Mantra, or
if it is a Chakra Mantra, you can Visualize the color associated with
that Chakra.

Tips to Remember

 Mantras are the ultimate mobile device-you can use them anytime
and anywhere.
 Whether in the car, at work, with friends or on your own, your Mantra
can always be with you if you repeat it inside your head.
 Using a Mantra is like utilizing any other Spiritual Tool. When you
realize your thoughts have wandered refocus and return to your
Mantra.
 Experiment with your Mantra in various situations. If you are angry,
you can try saying your Mantra louder and at a faster pace, to drown
out your angry thoughts, or if you feel calm in a quiet place, try
whispering the Mantra and using it to lead you into silence.

101
 If life’s challenges are getting you down, remember what the ancient
Eastern elders taught-you have the power to uplift yourself.

Comprehend Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements that overcome negative thoughts

generated by poor Self-Image. They are easy to understand, effective, and
always accessible. Affirmations remind you of the beliefs and values you
want to live by. The more often you live life from a place of Affirmation, the
easier it will be to support habits and behaviors related to your goals.

Optimistic statements are weak unless there is conviction and intention

behind them to bring their significance to life. A thought on its own has no
form. Affirmations generate form and gain control of your Mind and the
information it receives. They put you in the driver’s seat and empower your
Mind with encouraging ideas that help build a Divine Self-Image.

Affirmations aim to help you feel Truth in the statements you are affirming.
Visualize already being the person you are. Add as many who, what, when,
where, how, etc. details as you can. Adding features sends the Cosmos more
powerful vibrations.

Speaking puts the visualized form into the Cosmos as a verbal thought. The
verbal thought activates the Lifeforce. The connection between visual idea,
verbal thought, and Lifeforce form hookups between vibrational waveforms.
Speaking an Affirmation empowers more Spirit/Energy to move through our
Lifeforce.

When you repeat Affirmations and accept them as true, you can change
your life. For example, if you are not feeling confident when given a new job
or project, do not let a poor Self-Image foster doubt and negative
feelings about yourself. This feeling, known as the imposter syndrome,
can block you from producing your best. Kick it to the curb and recite an
Affirmation like, “I will thrive in my opportunities because I have earned
them”.

When first spoken Affirmations may not be true, but with repetition, they
sink into your Lifeforce. They overwrite limiting beliefs a poor Self-Image
may have about what you can and cannot do.

102
Replacing your poor Self-Image with a positive Self-Image, this instills
confidence, principle, ambition, and can lead to a Divine Self-Image. The
Affirmation becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy and becomes real.

Affirmation Exercise 1

1. Make a list of what you consider your undesirable behaviors or

thoughts. Include criticisms from others and all things from
childhood to the present, whether at home, on the job, or vacation.

2. For each undesirable behavior or thought listed, write out a desirable,

“I am”, a statement that declares you have already overcome the
negative behavior or thought. For example, for the undesirable idea, I
have little money, write, "I am rich with an abundance of everything I
need.”

3. Repeat your “I am” statements aloud daily (morning and night),

concentrating for five minutes and whenever you remember, even
during the day. When stressful situations occur, say, “I am at peace,”
now relax and feel Spirit/Energy change as you remind yourself of
who you are (your Divine Self-Image).

4. Anchor the Affirmation to your body as you are saying it. Place your
hand over your heart or the area that felt uncomfortable when you
wrote out the negative belief in Step 1. Also, breathe into the
Affirmation while you are saying it. The idea is to “change the words
into flesh.”

Move from the mental concept of the Affirmation to embedding neurons

in your brain, associated with what you Desire.

Affirmation Exercise 2

1. Reflect to still the Mind. Visualize an image in its natural state that
will compliment the Affirmation you are stating. For example, when
using an Affirmation about abundance, visualize a picture of billions
of blades of grass on a well-manicured golf course, billions of grains of
sand in a desert, or countless drops of water in a waterfall.
Abundance in its natural state gives your Mind concrete examples. It
blocks out any drifting thoughts that may weaken your specific vision.

103
2. Still the Mind. Visualize an image of yourself enjoying the outcome of
an Affirmation. Include all of your senses in the Affirmation. How will
the result look, taste, sound, smell, and feel? Get the sense of your
Divine Self-Image engaged with your Affirmations. Let it create the
Spirit/Energy you need to manifest your heart's desires.

Assert Declarations

A Declaration is a formal announcement of the start of a state or condition.

It is a method of committing by declaring your state with authority and
following through with determined action. For our purposes, it announces
freedom from sin (violations of Universal Truths).

Declarations are essential because they:

 Direct our lives toward what we speak. Along with Meditation Scripts,
they help us embed the Universal Truths into our brain.
 Are a Spiritual Tool that helps to overcome unwanted behavior
 Call out what is not as it should be
 Are a way to overcome anxiety and get relief

Our lives move toward our most potent thoughts. If your life is moving more
toward negative thoughts, remember this:

Evolution to Divinity (reaching godhood) requires, as we have described,

replacing your Human Self-Image with your Divine Self-Image.
Replacement means using Universal Truths as premises for your
reasoning.

Ask yourself two questions:

1. Are violations of Universal Truth influencing or hindering my life?

2. What Declarations can I make to set me free from those wrongs?

Do not rush past these questions. Spend time in honest reflection. Next,
compose Declarations you can use to renew your Mind as you think on
being in harmony with God’s Program.

Know Meditation

Meditation is the art and science of entering the state of Mind, where you
can change behavior.

104
It enables you to unify Consciousness and Spirit/Energy with Will and
function in that state: a skill that everyone must have. Meditation helps
replace the fake Human Self-Image with the real Divine Self-Image.

They have found out that with Meditation, learning can speed up two to fifty
times faster. The speedup is a significant finding. Many nations are
developing these educational techniques.

The outcomes of such training are fantastic, imagine turning out 30-year-
old Ph.D.’s in advanced quantum physics with the education and experience
of 60-year-olds. The ancient Eastern Savants used Meditation and more to
speed up their learning. The speedup enabled them to build civilizations
much faster than other cultures.

Let us look at the ways of unifying Consciousness and Spirit/Energy:

 The waking state is a recurring daily state of Consciousness where a

person is aware and engages in reasoned mental and behavioral
reactions to the external world such as communication, walking,
eating, and sex.
 The dreaming state is a condition of altered Consciousness where a
person does not recognize the environment and reacts in a manner
different from his or her usual behavior.

Altered Consciousness during the dreaming state allows the Will to

direct Spirit/Energy with full control over the Physical Body and
thought associations.

The dreaming state and Meditation are similar except Meditation distracts
Consciousness. In the waking and dreaming states, the focus of
Consciousness is in the Lower Mind, and there is a shortness of
Concentration span. These states cannot keep attention on one train of
thought for long. Meditation focuses attention on one train of thought. This
concentrated state of Consciousness is essential to implant Spirit/Energy
upon programs that determine its activities.

For example, an idea to heal yourself carried out in the “normal” waking or
dreaming states will fail, only because it did not concentrate on the thought
long enough. During Meditation, Spirit/Energy has intention implanted and
is longer lasting than the dreaming state.

105
The proper use of Meditation clears the Mind of unimportant verbal
thoughts generated by Universal Truth of Man 8-Precedents to Guide and
Expedite. Clearing the Mind removes insignificant thinking and speeds up
your evolution to Divinity. Your Mind surpasses any predetermined
limitations, not only in the Lifeforce and Lower Mind but also in the Higher
Mind and Divine Spirit components of Man’s Spirit/Energy.

Meditation accomplishes:

 Correct use of the Will

 Faster Consciousness elevation
 Development of Spiritual power

With Meditation, your godman or godwoman attributes (Omnipotence,

Omnipresence, and Omniscience) emerge.
You become more powerful as your Spiritual strength and conviction grow.
These qualities help maintain your Inner Peace as you manage life’s
challenges and evolve to Divinity.

Desirable outcomes continue until your Consciousness settles in your

Divine Spirit (the goal of all Spiritual development). At that point, you will
have completed your evolution to Divinity.

With proper, consistent, Spiritual work, the Meditation Spiritual Tool

enables you to become a worthy vessel, qualified to give God the experience
It desires. In return, you will gain the reward of happiness supplied by your
newly earned Spiritual power (Mind over matter) and infinite wisdom.

Because it enables you to unify and set Consciousness and Spirit/Energy

into motion on demand, Meditation is a critical tool for Spiritual
development. With it, you learn to use Willed processes to gain control over
Spirit/Energy and control events in the world, your Physical Body, and
social life.

The Basic Meditation Process

1. From a comfortable, upright position, with a straight spine, close your

eyes and look at a point midway between your eyebrows.

106
2. Slowly inhale, counting to eight. Hold your breath for the same eight
counts. Next, exhale to the same count of eight. Repeat three to six
times.

3. After a complete inhale and exhale, as the next breath comes in,
silently say, Aung (rhymes with song). Then, as you exhale, quietly
say Kring (rhymes with ring). Aung Kring means, “I am one with the
Cosmos.”

4. Feel your breath, making the sounds of Aung and Kring. Sense the
breath being at a point where it enters your nostrils. Pay close
attention. If you have difficulty feeling your breath, you can
concentrate, for a while, on the breathing process itself, feeling your
diaphragm and chest expanding and contracting.

As your calmness increases, sense your breath being higher and higher in
the nose while keeping your gaze between the eyebrows (on the Third Eye)
throughout your practice. If you find that your Mind has wandered, bring it
back to an awareness of your breath and the Mantra.

Belly Breathing

Practice “belly” breathing because it massages the internal organs and

strengthens the Lifeforce. You breathe in and out through the nostrils,
which filters and humidifies the air entering your Physical Body. Close the
mouth. Follow these instructions:

 Breathe in through your nostrils, (mouth closed)

 Push the stomach out, swelling it out like a balloon
 Breathe out again through the nostrils with the mouth shut, and
stomach in towards the spine (back).

Practice this form of breathing all the time, not just during Meditation. It
supplies the Lifeforce in the air to the Physical Body and nervous system in
rhythm.

Length of Practice

The time you meditate is up to you; however, end your session by taking a
deep breath and exhaling three times. Then, keeping your Mind focused and
the Lifeforce inside you, try to feel peace and joy.

107
Sit for at least five minutes and enjoy your relaxed state.

Where to Meditate

Meditate in the same place at every session. That is how you create a
meditative mood. A ventilated closet or small room is ideal. You should
keep the area simple, with just a chair or little cushion to sit on.

Meditation Posture

There are several ways of sitting that work well. You can sit in a straight-
backed chair or on the floor in one of the many Meditation postures.
However, two things are essential: Your spine must be straight, and you
must be able to relax.

Eye Position

Focus your attention on a point between your eyebrows. This area called
your Third Eye is a center of tremendous Spirit/Energy. Close your eyes,
hold them steady and look 20 degrees upwards, as if looking at a point
about an arm’s length away, and level with the tip of your head.
