 Social media gives power to connect people and give everyone a voice but in
fact, it had just made us talk more and listen less.
 “When we go online, we enter an environment that promotes cursory reading,
hurried and distracted thinking, and superficial learning.” There appears little
time for listening. (Veenstra.C,2013)
