Question one: What was the objective of the group work?

The objective of the group work was mainly learning and sharing the information.

Group member has six members whereas the members had strong emphasis on the collection

of information. The first one is the information collection and research for the topic. The

game is a process of scoring and outlining the process of logistics for company. In this case

the team has emphasized over the division of tasks in a minimum time span. The team also

participated in the learning of attitudes and pressure based working. The stress of task

completion was high in this task. The team was unable to cope with the issues of the task

completion in a given time. For this reason, the tasks were shuffled again and again.

Question Two: What was the student’s contribution in group work?

The contribution of the students in group work is of the enormous form. The first one

is the defining of roles. The team also defined the role as managers and the other key

professions in a company. The group has learnt the roles of different professions in an

organization and coping issues pertained to that. Different team members were having the

various roles and the expertise. To ascertain the demands of the particular roles and

complying with the need of tasks, the team worked as an inclusive behavior based task

completing group. This behavior supported for the completion of project before deadline. The

standards rule for the team working was the understanding of all team members and pointing

out the key issues in future time period for learning. Members were communicated for their

issues and the methods to upgrade their current level of learning and working.

Communication was also updated in this process.

Question Three: What did the student learn from the assessment?

The learning from this task is including various aspects. The first one is

communication and the change management. The members of the study group were all based
upon the working in a pressure time period. They included the structure of group working as

simple. The communication was straight and to the point. The clear deadlines were

mentioned so that there will be no missed deadlines. Understanding the issues of one another

was also a key learning in this. The team also provided the support for learning to new tasks

such as the functions of logistics.

Question Four: What could be the scope for improvements?

The scope of improvements are including the group based and individual based. As a

group, the project was complex although enhanced learning. The project must be simple with

the extended level of deadlines. The individual based learning includes the research enhanced

due to this project. Due to rotation of tasks, I also learnt different logistic management

strategies and decision making. The companies can also learn the changes in decision making

through this game. This game also provided me a source of changes in the various

departments for final outcome of profitability and benefit.
