What references & benchmarks that Naziah could use in order to find what good
entrepreneurship skills are needed to run a business?

 I will continue with a benchmark

 From this study case, I use delta tuition center as benchmark

Delta tuition center is a well-known tuition center in producing the countless outstanding students
that can pass with excellent result. Mostly, their teachers been selected because of their highly
qualification. Other than that, as parents they recommend their children to gain knowledge from
delta for long term basis by regardless of ages. Last but not least, Delta tuition center was good to
determine as good perspective competitor.

Okay, Let say if Naziah has enough preparation means study further in MIA or ACCA, meanwhile
study, she also can build good connection with the teacher or educator at there. She would be able
to come up with something better which can convince parents that her tuition center has a great
potential such as delta. Naziah also can proof her tuition center has a well equipment, right
mechanism, has a good qualification teacher by hiring an experience teacher and most important
has located her tuition center in very attractive place.

4. What are the criteria of a good businesswoman? Discuss.

- Well Ambitious

A successful businesswoman must have a clear vision. Like a Naziah, due to economy that not
encouraged her to find a job, she has decided to start with a small business which offer tuition
services as her first career after the graduate.

- Wide minded

As good businesswomen must Value the opinion from others and always look out for proffesional.
After failed to attract students to her tuition centre, Naziah was thinking to visit a tuition center to
gain knowledge about how to well operate in tuition services. Naziah also seek an advice with her
father, uncle and aunt whether to accept offer from Pn rokiah to be assistant manager or not.

-Willingness to learn

Willing to learn also important in making good changes and learn new ways to thrive amidst the
changes. In this study case, due to lack of experience Naziah agree to accept the offer from Pn
Rokiah to learn art running a tuition center.

-Takes risk

Willing to move forward in order to learn every different nature of bussines, it can help businessman
and businesswomen to make bold decisions, explore new opportunities, take responsibilities, and
able to analyze mistakes and poor decisions.
5. How would Naziah qualifications be able to improve her knowledge and skills applied at work
and in her part time business?

 There are several factor can help her to improve her skills and knowledges, through bachelor
of accounting & finance.
 First is communicate and motivate
It helps to her communicate all form of communication including written, listening skills and
so on. As Nazirah learn from college, good communication will help her in making good
engagement with client at work place and also help in understanding the needs of her
students.
 Second point is forward planning and strategic thinking
important to realize that, well communication and smart in solving problem could help
Nazirah in making a strategic thinking in her career and part time business. Planning and
strategy is all about making choices and carefully set the direction to aim your objective
either in your career or your business. It is also will improve her management skill or
enhance her part time business more productively
 Problem solving and decision making
Giving attention to the detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As what we
know Naziah been able to come out with a plan B to visit a tuition center in the town to get
know how was like to run tuition services. It shows that her know how to observe the
situation and easily analyze it, because of her nature in seeking answer, she will always look
out for advice from her surroundings (this is criteria to become business women).

Nazirah can understanding for business operation and what makes the business successful.
