(which focuses on the many interconnecting time cycles and all aspects of how the
cosmic clock creates time cycles.) In THIS module, we will focus on the NOW moment
and how consciousness is expressed via the medium of time.

 TIME
ANATOMY OF THE NOW MOMENT

Creation begins in the Yunasai, the ‘central point of all creation’, with the
spontaneous creation of the first partiki within the body of Source. Partiki 1 was created
out of the desire to create, and Source then created a second partiki that also included
the intention to create. This second partiki emerged from the very center point of the
first partiki. A spark that is held eternally at that center point functions like a door that
opens both ways and allows consciousness to flow from Source into the creation (which
is contained within the wholeness of Source), and also allows consciousness to flow
from the creation back into the eternal and infinite body of Source.
As all of creation is based on the encryption (vibrational encoding) of the first
partiki, which holds the Krist code “formula” for eternal life creation, each and every
aspect within creation shares the Krist code encryption. A crucial part of this is that tiny
spark in the center of the first partiki, that is replicated on every level of creation. This is
also called the ManU window, and it exists within the center point of each atom and
each cell, and within the center flames that set each level of creation in motion by
bringing in new flows of consciousness/energy.

Backflow

The dynamic by which the consciousness or energy within the creation can
return to Source is called “backflow”. When the partiki units phase and split into
particum and partika units, and these units then fuse back together to re-form the entire
charge and energy of the partiki they emerged from, this energy can return towards
Source via backflow. Each level of creation has the inherent ability to create this
backflow of energy, which moves back towards Source into the level of creation next
“up” or “in” towards Source, ultimately flowing all the way back into full reunion and At-
One-Ment with Source. Source creates the “backflow return”, receiving and doubling the
quantum (amount of charge/energy/consciousness), and sending the renewed flow into
creation for rebirth. While it is often easiest to talk about this creation process in the past
tense, it is really happening continuously, all the time, with the energy of the First
Creation moment being continuously re-created and sent into the creation for
manifestation of reality fields.

Accretion of consciousness via Time

The energy/consciousness of Source is sent into manifestation, and the

encryption of the original intention is progressively ‘fleshed out’ in the hologram of the
manifest reality fields----subject to the free will choices of the consciousness itself as it
assembles itself within that hologram. This occurs on every level of reality from
macrocosm to microcosm.

 As you assemble yourself via the passage of time, you are pulling frequency
(energy) from the unified field at the level of creation where that self exists, and
manifesting it on the pattern of your blueprint. A good way to see this is by looking at the
growth of our physical bodies, from a single cell at conception, to a fully mature form
that takes years to grow. However, the blueprint is always the same throughout that
process. It ‘takes time’ for units of consciousness, in the form of various frequencies, to
get pulled into the blueprint and manifested in the form, so that in the end, our
consciousness can see what that blueprint looks like. That is the entire process of
manifestation: fleshing out a blueprint by accreting frequency into it, so that it grows and
takes on a full manifest form. Because of the free will choices made by the
consciousness as frequency is pulled into the blueprint, the actual manifest form will
vary somewhat, just like identical twins end up being different people, even though their
DNA is the same.
While we talk about the passage of time, it’s important to remember that
movement of time is really an illusion. It is actually consciousness that moves itself
through a spectrum of frequencies, beginning with smaller frequencies and progressing
into larger ones. As consciousness moves itself through these frequencies, it appears
that time is progressing---but it is really the progression of consciousness assembling
itself.
For each level of manifest reality, in the center of every shield (blueprint) and
sphere (reality field), there is a center flame. This flame holds the full charge of the
energy that is available for manifestation in that reality field for a certain cycle of time.
Each of these flames is capable of opening up in its center for backflow and renewal of
its full charge, and this opening and recharge is structured to happen at the end of
cycles of time. These center flames serve as sources of the energy available to a reality
field, and they also serve as ‘locks’ between different levels or realities.
Through the working of the cosmic clock, sparks from the center flame are
brought out into manifestation and accreted (drawn into) into the manifest forms, which
are continuously growing in their frequency and consciousness. This is reflected in their
ability to hold frequency and to spark within themselves. Each frequency brought into
the form increases its consciousness and the size or charge of the sparks of
consciousness of which it is made. At the end of a time cycle, the size/charge of those
sparks matches that of the center flame, and this flame then serves as an open
doorway through which consciousness, in its full manifest form, can travel up to the next
higher level of manifestation. For example, think of harmonic universes 1 and 2:
dimensions 4, 5, and 6 are larger and have more frequency than dimensions 1, 2, and
3. In order for you to ascend, in your form, to harmonic universe 2, you first have to fully
become harmonic universe 1. You must fully flesh out in consciousness your complete
harmonic universe 1 blueprint, so that ALL of that energy is fully available to you, so that
you are capable of running the frequencies of harmonic universe 2 in your form.
This is describing the ideal or perfect circumstances, which is not what most of
us are currently experiencing! However, it’s helpful to remember that what we are
talking about is manifesting our complete blueprints, not just the highest or strongest
frequencies. The goal or ideal is to fully experience and manifest the Kristiac blueprint of
all the dimensions of ourselves. Remembering that Source values all aspects equally
may help us remember that dimension 1 is not inferior to dimension 12; it is equal in
importance and value, and creation was designed for all of these aspects to be
manifested.

Natural flame body activation occurs on the natural cyclings of time. Ideally,
consciousness fully assembles itself during its first cycle within a manifestation field.

When it has pulled all of the frequency into its blueprint, its form is complete, and its
spark or flame fully activates, creating the flame body. The flame body forms in the
Radial Body, which serves as the polarizing lens through which manifestation takes
place and the external hologram is perceived. The activation of the flame body is
normally an indication that the consciousness in form has completely formed its body in
a certain harmonic universe, and is ready for merger with the next harmonic universe
cycle of time and manifestation. The body form then opens up into the next harmonic
universe, and assembly of that level of the being can proceed.
We are presently experiencing expedited and buffered flame body activation, due
to the level of distortions on this planet. This means that our flame bodies are being
greatly assisted in holding their integrity, but it is still up to each of us to fully utilize that
assistance by continuing to pull frequency/consciousness into our bodies, so that
ultimately we can fully hold our flame bodies on our own, with our own consciousness
and energy, without assistance.

The Manifestation-Transduction Sequence and Time

The process of manifestation with respect to us as individuals begins with pulses

of conscious Primal Life Force Currents (PLFC’s) coming from the planetary merkaba
field. These currents enter the species and personal Kathara™ Grid Core Template as
partiki units, and pick up the program of the Maharic Shield Divine Blueprint. This
blueprint contains the geometrical/mathematical instructions for 4 harmonic universes of
manifestation of the self: the pattern of the distribution of your complete 12-dimensional
self across the spectrum of manifest reality. The Kathara™ grid sets the pattern for
dimensions and time waves, and these two aspects are extremely closely linked. Each
Density level has its characteristic time waves and cycles, and its dimensional
characteristics. As consciousness progresses up the density levels, the density of the
matter/dimensions decreases. Oscillation of particles increases, so that time gets both
faster and larger, while manifest form becomes larger and lighter or less dense. It can
be helpful to think of a unit of time in a higher dimension as both longer and broader
than a unit of time in a smaller dimension: there is “more time” in a unit of time in the
higher dimensions than in the lower dimensions.
All of your selves in every space-time location are connected via your Kathara™
Grid Core Template. In one sense you could say that all of your selves share a single
Kathara™ Grid, and you could also say that each of your selves has its own, only all of
the Kathara™ Grids are the same, as reality is holographic. The currents that enter your
Kathara™ Grid here on this planet thus simultaneously enter the Kathara™ Grids of
every one of your other selves, and the currents from the space-time location of all your
other selves also enter your Kathara™ grid here and now. Thus you and all of your
selves throughout space and time are always connected and continuously sharing
energies.
Currents then travel through the DNA/RNA template, the axiom lines, hova
bodies, auric field, chakras, and meridian lines before entering the crystal grid of the 5
radial body “tissue capsule” levels. The incoming currents are translated into a trion-
meajhe field blueprint replica held in the first two inner layers of the radial body. This
replica then travels into the radis lines in each of the 5 radial body levels, replicating and
storing the blueprint. It is then translated into mion (negative charge) and dions (positive
charge) ionic particulates, which form the foundation for all forms of subatomic particles

upon which manifest reality is formed. One of the most amazing things about these
levels of the manifestation-transduction sequence is realizing that primal life force
currents flow first through the DNA template (which is not the same as the chemical
DNA), and finally manifest as apparently external reality as well as our own body forms.
There is a continual 2-way flow in the transduction sequence, of consciousness
cycling into and out of the hologram. Just as the PLFC’s step down into manifest form,
they also then travel back ‘up’ the sequence towards Source.
The pulses of the PLFC’s are synchronized such that when one pulse is fully
expanded or activated into the hologram, another is released or initiated from the
planetary merkaba field. It is the blueprint of the planetary Kathara™ grid that regulates
the rhythms of these pulses releasing, so that it can be said that the planet releases
“pulses of time”.
An individual will only experience those aspects of the unified field that are
encoded within ALL of the following: the individual maharic shield, species tribal shield
(equivalent to maharic shield), and the planetary, galactic, and universal shield aspects
of the Kathara™ grid and DNA template. Beings on a planet experience a common
planetary reality field and time continuum because all beings entering a planetary field
for manifestation agree to adopt the common imprint of the planetary Kathara™ Grid so
they can enter the planet’s Form Constant Hova Body for experiential manifestation. In
essence, they all agree to experience and co-create a reality field together.
The experience of all beings on a planet is synchronized into specific singular
time continua through the DNA template. A single Time Wave constitutes a Time
Continuum, but there are repeating cycles of progressively accelerating pulses of time
that collectively form the linear time progression continuum of a planetary time cycle.
Time accelerates due to the way that frequency accretes. We always begin a time cycle
at the center point of a shield, and begin to accrete the smallest or lowest frequencies.
As we move outward through the shield program/blueprint, the frequencies that we pull
into our expanding form get larger. As we approach completion of our full form and full
manifestation of the core intention, the frequency level accelerates because the size
and charge of the units of frequency you are pulling into yourself increase.

Once the PLFC’s have reached the stage of ionic particulates and traveled
through the final stages of accretion on the blueprint to form molecules and chemical
reality, the chemical DNA blueprint and the physically manifest body “flash on” into
manifestation. The speed of reality flashing on and off is the partiki phasing rhythm,
which is different for each dimension and harmonic universe. This is what time rhythms
are based on.

The Eiron Point

The Eiron Point is the “present moment of conscious focus within the hologram”.
It is also called the Eiros Conscious Breathing Life-Force, Breath of God, Living Holy
Spirit, and Stream of Consciousness. This point exists at the position where the 3 rd
dimensional field mental body intersects with the Meajhe Field inner layer of the Radial
Body capsule. This is the moment in which you can be aware of what you are co-
creating, what is manifesting through your template and showing up as your physical
body and your perceived external reality around you. When you are fully utilizing the
potential of this moment, you are fully aware of what is manifesting through you, and

able to utilize that awareness to make conscious choices that move the manifestation in
the direction that you desire.
Choices in the Now moment actually radiate through time in both forward and
backwards directions, into both the future (higher frequency moments) and the past
(lower frequency moments). The future is only really “future” because the units of which
it is made are larger than the units of consciousness that your form is presently holding;
therefore, it is not yet manifest for you at your current station of consciousness.
Choices are normally limited to what is available in the planetary, galactic, and
universal templates, as well as your species and personal template. It is not possible,
within the structure of the time cycles and manifestation process, to manifest anything at
any time. The larger planetary field must be able to support the choice in order for it to
appear in manifest reality.
The past and future moments intersect at the Eiron Point. As the first pulse of
consciousness is fully expressed in the hologram, and then begins its return journey ‘up’
or ‘out’ through the transduction sequence, the next pulse is poised to express in the
hologram.
The outgoing pulse-1 ‘past’ moment passes through what is called a radial tile, a
replica of the original pulse left in the meajhe layer of the radial body, which serves as a
memory imprint. As pulse-1 is now going backwards through the sequence, it carries
the original encryption, but in reversed sequence. Meanwhile, pulse-2 is coming in
through the same radial tile, and adopts its imprint but expands it, as it contains a little
larger frequency. Pulse-2 carries the expanded blueprint in forward sequence as it
moves towards full manifestation.
As these two pulses collide, they fuse, transmute, and completely de-manifest to
become a tiny merkaba field. This process is exactly the process of particum and
partika fusing to transmute, de-manifest, and re-form a partiki. Thus the past and future
moments fuse together, turn into a partiki form, and then re-manifest in the next
harmonic universe up, in harmonic universe 2. A replica of the original moment will be
held in the meajhe field, holding the memory of the sequence of Now moments that has
manifested so far. The next Now moment will also become the next memory tile held in
the meajhe field, and it will be slightly larger, reflecting the progression of time and the
manifestation of more frequency into the reality field.
Through the transmutation of every instant of time into the next harmonic
universe up, and the synchronized flashing on and off of the different harmonic
universes, all of the time cycles and Now moments of every harmonic universe and
linked together and synchronized with each other. As HU1 flashes off, HU2 flashes on,
and the exact same dynamic occurs with harmonic universes 3 and 4. They are all
continually ‘turning into each other’ and the memory and consciousness of the process
of time is continually flowing through all of the harmonic universes. This is another way
that all of your identities are linked together, as the units of consciousness of which they
are made are linked by the actual partiki units that flow through the transduction
sequence, forming manifest reality.
The flashing off of reality corresponds to the inhale, while the flashing on
corresponds to the exhale. The breath of Source is thus exhaling out into manifest
reality, and inhaling that consciousness back into Itself, continuously recreating and
renewing creation.

Probability and Free Will Choice
The Maharic Shield holds the imprint for individuality. In the human species tribal
shield is the imprint for probability, which allows new programs of probable creation to
be added to the personal and species Kathara™ grid. Thus, creative variation on the
original divine blueprints is allowed, within certain limits. The limit of free will choice is
the boundary of the Cosmic level of creation. Above that, free will choice is not part of
the divine blueprint. Instead, consciousness at and above that level eternally holds the
original intention of Source intact, in order to protect the integrity of the Krist code
eternal life creation itself. Below that level, free will choice is allowed, even if that should
result in the being who makes such choices being unable to re-assemble its
consciousness and return to At-One-Ment.
With respect to human existence on this planet, and the commission of planetary
stewardship that is central to the purpose of our presence here, free will choice is an
essential aspect of the ability to fulfill that purpose. Earth lost its connection to the
Shield of Aramatena, the Divine Blueprint of the planet, and the restoration of that
connection is essentially the purpose of humanity’s presence, via the Cycle of the
Rounds (the re-assembly of the full Divine Blueprint via linking interconnected cycles of
time). It can be thought of as humans entering a reality field that is proceeding in a
negative direction in time, that lacks its full Kristiac potential and blueprint. By choosing
well, that is, choosing to activate the Kristiac potential carried within our own blueprints,
the potential of the planet or other reality field can be restored. It is essentially the
process of restoring full choice to a reality that has lost full choice. For that to occur,
humans have to first carry within them, and then activate, the full divine blueprint. For a
planet, this type of restoration is only possible during stellar activation cycles, because
that is when the time cycles can open up into each other and be re-connected.

Flame Body Activation and Genetic Time Codes

Remembering that full natural activation of the harmonic 1 flame body means
that ALL of the frequencies within one’s harmonic universe-1 self are available within
one’s being, and that this creates the opportunity for ascension and beginning assembly
of the harmonic universe-2 self, it might be useful to consider what that might look and
feel like. If your Eiros was activated to the level of encompassing ALL of your HU-1 self,
it would mean that you experienced yourself as completely ONE with your entire HU-1
reality, and had co-creative mastery of all of your consciousness. Imagine what it might
feel like to experience that level of At-One-Ment---to be aware that literally everything
within you and that you perceived as “external” to you was flowing through you and
manifesting through your own template. What might it be like to be truly able to co-
create a Kristiac hologram, within the limitations of a largely non-Kristiac planetary and
species reality, without violating any other being’s free will choice to manifest and
experience non-Kristiac intentions?
As the flame body expands with mastery of each level of reality, the identity truly
expands to become ONE with an ever-expanding manifestation field, until finally the
NOW moment encompasses all of creation. This is how, as the flame body gets
activated, and your identity expands, Time itself becomes more and more “NOW”,
because you have pulled all of those frequencies, all of that consciousness into
yourself. Source is always holding the wholeness of the eternal NOW, because Source
IS all that is within creation, and beyond.

 Genetic Time Codes normally spontaneously release when the being has
accreted enough frequency in its form that it has filled out its entire 3-dimenisional
density template. That is, it has grown to truly hold in its form all of the frequency
available in that density level of its being.
The genetic time codes exist between each pair of double-helix DNA strand
templates. These codes serve as frequency seals that keep the embodied levels of
consciousness separate in their respective time cycles. The time codes contain the
instructions for the Star Crystal Seals. Seed crystal seals exist in the center of
dimensional bands, while star crystal seals exist between dimensional bands. Star
crystal seals control the angle of merkaba fields and the angular rotation of particle spin.
Stellar activation cycles are created by star crystal seals opening: this brings the
merkabas of dimensions and harmonic universes into alignment, so that time shifts
become possible.
Fire codes activate in response to release of planetary star crystal seals, initiating
the process of DNA strand braiding. This allows the chemical translation of the DNA 12-
strand template to braid into a single double-helix strand, and prepares the body for
atomic transmutation and activation of the merkaba vehicle. The fire codes are called
genetic time codes because they allow consciousness in the different time cycles to
merge into a single identity. The fire codes as a unit are also known as the Silicate
Matrix.
Each of the double-helix strands contains a base code strand and an
acceleration code strand, corresponding to the particum and partika aspects of the self
in any particular harmonic universe. The acceleration codes of the lower strand plug into
the base codes of the next higher strand, and the 12 th strand acceleration code then
plugs into the base code of dimension 1 for full activation of the 4-harmonic-universe
self.

Timelines
Probability timelines are a set of 12 potential experiential manifestations that
arise out of singular events. They are structured like dimensions, with a blueprint of 12
probabilities, and with the 12th probability as the optimal Kristiac timeline for that set.
The lower timelines represent a lower expression of the potentials held in the singular
event at their core.
Some timelines are based on subharmonics, and these arise out of what are
called “Key Events”. These timelines are called Reuche-a probability lines. Other
timelines are based on full harmonics, and arise out of “master Events”. These are
called Reucha-TA timelines.

Turnstiles
Certain probability lines or harmonics are polarized turnstiles. These contain dual
probabilities, and represent points of either acceleration or deceleration between
potential event sequences. These turnstiles are the harmonics (or subharmonics)
1,3,6,9, and 12. If the individual is able to activate and embody the frequency in that
timeline, then there is an acceleration in consciousness and a rapid leap up to the next
turnstile harmonic (for example, leaping from 3 to 6). If the individual is NOT able to do

this, then there is a rapid fall in frequency all the way to the FIRST harmonic of that
timeline. This implies that actions and choices made within the moments represented by
these turnstiles have great impact with respect to the evolution of that individual.
These particular frequencies represent the Amoraea Pathway in the DNA
template. Looking at this in the context of the genetic time codes shows that If these
frequencies can be integrated, then entire density levels of one’s being can be rapidly
integrated. When turnstiles are successfully activated and leaps in consciousness
occur, the frequencies of the harmonics in between do not manifest in experiential
reality, but are skipped over. In the normal operation of time, every frequency in every
dimension or timeline must be experienced in order to accrete that frequency into one’s
being. These represent the most direct and rapid path towards full assembly of one’s full
divine blueprint and beyond, into even more expanded levels of being.
These turnstile opportunities, including both Reuche-a and Reusha-TA timelines,
are part of the natural leap cycles that occur at the end of natural cycles of time, when
the potential of leaps of consciousness to a much larger level are possible. These
moments are occurring regularly as part of the Reusha-TA reset cycle, part of the
organic rebirth process of our ecka-veca system.

Hyper-time leaps and Time Shift Mechanics

Natural passage from one probability subharmonic to the next represents a
minute, slow acceleration in planetary merkaba spin speed. This is part of the organic
dynamics of shield accretion through which the constant “illusion” of linear movement
through time is created.
Hyper-time leaps between Reuche-a and Reusha-TA probability lines represent
a rapid spike in merkaba spin speed, which creates a temporary acceleration of the
planetary shield time pulse. This condenses time and creates the experience of time
slowing, expanding, or standing still for the planetary life field.
All time shifts involve a temporary acceleration of the merkaba field and time
pulse, then a deceleration to vibrational co-resonance with the new timeline once the
shift is completed and the planet or being enters phase-lock with the new probability
line. While the frequencies in between the turnstile points do not manifest in the reality,
once the shift is complete, these frequencies must be integrated within the being or
planet. This can manifest as “memory” of events that did not actually occur. A period of
adjustment is required after each time shift for the biology to integrate the increased
frequency and new time rhythm. These dynamics are part of the natural mechanics of
manifestation and the natural time cycles.
The Kristiac time cycles are called octave time cycles, as they contain cycles of 6
time cycles, with 2 cycles at the end of these larger time cycles that represent the leap
cycles. It is during these leap cycles that manifestation fields and beings can engage in
full backflow, that is, the return of the consciousness contained in the manifestation to
Source, with a leap to the next level possible, as well as a renewal of the consciousness
entering the original manifestation field.
The distorted, smaller time waves (sextant time) upon which the planet is
currently moving do not contain this possibility of leaping in consciousness. Rather, they
cycle around for cycles of 6, then return to the start point and begin all over again from
the lowest frequency. In essence, these time waves do not contain the possibility of
backflow, which is what makes renewal and leaps in consciousness possible. Kristiac
time involves balanced giving and receiving between Source and manifestation. Sextant

time is a manifestation of lack consciousness, e.g. a failure to believe in the eternal and
limitless nature of Source, a failure to believe that there is enough to freely share. It
takes the position that there is only a limited amount of energy, therefore it must take as
much as it can for itself, refusing to give back to Source, and not recognizing that
Source IS every single unit of energy that exists in manifestation. It is the willingness to
give back to Source that is characteristic of the Kristiac consciousness and time waves
that allows perpetual renewal of one’s being and of manifestation.

Relationship to Time
When consciousness enters manifestation for the first time, it must re-assemble
itself the slow way, walking through time and accreting frequency via the mechanics of
the natural time cycles. Once a being has completed that process and ascended from
the Time Matrix, it acquires Capstone Codes, codes of consciousness from the primal
light and sound fields. It has within its template now, the codes for all of the time cycles
within that time matrix, plus codes that connect it to consciousness outside of time.
These codes are retained on re-entry into the time matrix, and make that being’s
relationship to time much more flexible. Different time pulses/cycles can be activated by
choice if the being’s template is sufficiently intact. This means freedom from having to
walk through time the slow way, and the potential of manifesting in whatever time cycle
is chosen.
Angelic humans do not have capstone codes within their DNA template, but have
the 12-strand template with all of its inherent time cycles in their template via the
Kathara™ Grid. All indigoes have such capstone codes, and some have codes that
connect them to time cycles not only in the Ecka, but in the Eckasha, Eckasha-A,
Eckasha-Aah, and parallel stairway to heaven. The Voyagers Time Codes specifically
are designed to connect with and activate multiple time codes simultaneously, in order
to create co-resonance with other realities. This creates the ability to “go” to those
realities and time cycles, or to “bring those time cycles here” through our templates. The
Voyagers Time Codes rapidly activate codes for time cycles up to the level of the
Eckasha-A base shield, bringing potential expansion of the NOW moment into realms of
consciousness that are normally far beyond this limited reality field. These codes are
essentially enormous, compound veca codes that release the locks between levels of
reality.

Heroic Probability
For every creation, there is a timeline in which everything goes perfectly: the
Kristiac choice is always made, and the process of manifestation and return to At-One-
Ment happens in a single time cycle. That reality is indelibly held and can be activated in
one’s reality. The Heroic probability connects, via the 12 subharmonics and harmonics,
all the way to the original creation point for a manifestation, such as our Ecka-Veca
system.

Breathing and Embodied Time Waves

 The phasing of the lotus breath is related to the mechanics of the time cycles,
with the first creation point initiating with the exhale. On the natural cycles of time, it
requires MANY cycles of time to build up sufficient charge, from the accumulation of
many tiny sparks, to reach the point sufficient for a leap cycle. The Hon-a-Til-E-a and
Athon-a-Til-E-a breath phases represent aspects of the leap cycles, and the inhale
process. However, while these phases in the sparking process, building up to full
backflow and return of the full original charge, are part of the leap cycles of time, they
are ALSO characteristic of levels of consciousness, representing increasing levels of At-
One-Ment.
When we engage in lotus breathing, with increasing levels of sparking occurring
with every single breath, we are really going far beyond the capability of the time cycles
in harmonic universe 1, which is only able to accumulate charge in very tiny increments.
By attuning our breathing to cycles of re-charge that renew the spark with every single
breath, we are activating levels of being that have immense power and consciousness,
with tremendous potential for renewal.
With respect to time cycles embodied within us, the personal breathing rate may
be the most important factor. Slow breathing activates a larger, more expanded time
wave. Faster breathing is connected with the fight or flight response, and is more
reflexive and less conscious, less aware, more subconscious. Slow breathing is used at
the beginning of virtually every technique to attune the consciousness to higher
dimensional time and awareness. It helps to activate the experience of time being
expanded, of there being plenty of time, and activates fully conscious and aware free
will choice.
Personal breathing rates control the rising and falling of the ethos pillar and
phasing of the arcs, and those control the movement of radon cells and the monadic
flames. The speed of monadic flame phasing controls the speed and frequency of the
time waves that are released from the monad, which is then reflected in partiki phasing
and shield spin speed of each level of manifestation. This then is reflected in the base
pulse rhythm and the personal embodied time wave. The aspect that is most easily
affected by you is the breathing rhythm; if you breathe as if you have plenty of time,
instead of as if you are frantic and pressured, you can actually create different time
waves within yourself that have ‘more time’ within each moment of time.

Starburst Response
Starburst is a re-set process of the time and dimensional spectra of our Ecka-
Veca system. It is a monadic reset, and occurs very frequently on the monadic levels,
but has not occurred in this reality in its complete form. Each reuche pillar or
dimensional pattern (emanating from the Eckasha level) is reset, one pillar at a time.
This creates a separation between the ascending Kristiac and the descending time
waves, beginning with the lowest dimensions. These two opposing time waves are held
in a buffer field until Starburst completes.
The ascending time waves involve rapid and intense time shifts, and require the
active participation of indigoes with multiple time codes activated in their templates, to
serve as buffers and transducers for the planetary life field.
The Starburst process corrects and heals a Time Distortion Field created in this
Veca 570 million years ago, which was caused by damage to the Veca Monad. This

damage caused two opposing time waves to be bonded together within the monad
itself, and these two time waves are now in the process of their final separation.

The E-Cou-Sha Crystal

The E-Cou-Sha Crystal is known as the “Seed of the Lotus”. It is the first keylon
within the Eckasha Base Shield, and functions as the heart of the genetic time code
template for ALL biological forms. It is also the core of the Kristiac Eternal Life Clock,
and the memory crystal to which all life forms in manifestation are connected. All beings
step down into manifestation through the Eckasha eternal-life God-Worlds, projecting
from the Eckasha God-Seed into the Ecka and then the Veca systems. The E-Cou-Sha
crystal forms as the first keylon of individuation for every individual. It regulates the
“distribution pattern” of the simultaneously incarnate family of consciousness for each
individual, connecting all to each other through this crystal. Full memory of each and
every individual is retained eternally in this crystal, up to the point of monadic reversal, if
that occurs. From that point on, the individual ‘drops out of time’ and there is no further
recording of the experiences of that individual within time. The genetic time codes in the
DNA template ultimately connect into this crystal, and connect not only all of your selves
in this veca to each other, but also to those in the Ecka, parallel Ecka and its Veca
systems, and to the other twin Ecka-Veca systems that are part of the full Eckasha
manifestation template.

The NOW Moment and You

The essence of the experience of backflow is the sum of your current conscious
awareness, everything that is within yourself that you can possibly bring into your
mental body awareness, given back to Source as a gift of love and gratitude. The more
that you can expand your conscious awareness, the more you are activating and
enlarging your Now moment, and sending the energy of your awareness up the
transduction sequence into the higher dimensional levels of your own self, and
ultimately to Source itself. In this way, the expansion and activation of your self here, in
the form of an ever-expanding and activating flame body and Now moment, is given as
a gift to all the other aspects of your many selves within Time, and also shared with the
many other beings on this planet, and the planet itself. Consider the thought that you
and Source have co-created this hologram together----you by your free will choices,
utilizing the energy of all the units of consciousness that are given to you by Source for
the purpose of manifestation. The more that you can truly return the enormity of this
great gift, in the most Kristiac way that you can, the more that you will be renewed by
the backflow return that is opened up and made possible by this act of giving. This is
where the Attitudes and Responsibilities of Mastery can greatly assist you, providing
guidelines for full activation of the Kristiac potentials within you.
Remember that we are living in a momentous time, when the long-awaited leap
cycles are occurring, and hyper-time shifts are available for leaps in consciousness and
evolution. The more that you are able to live each Now moment in this manner, focusing
on maximum Kristiac activation of the consciousness that you carry within this moment,
the more rapidly your consciousness will grow, and the more you will be able to take
advantage of the turnstile moments that offer the possibility of huge leaps forward.

 When you do the flame body activation technique, you may wish to concentrate
on the feelings and experiences that come with the Amoraea Flame Activation.
Especially focus on the flow between the various selves in the different harmonic
universes, and on feeling the flow of consciousness between you and Source, offering
everything single spark of consciousness that is within you, not holding anything back
out of fear or ‘lack consciousness’. In this way you will make this process truly alive
within you, so you can FEEL the reality of being a face of Source and of that awareness
flowing through you at all moments. By fully activating your self within Time, you will
ultimately transcend it, and touch the true Reality of the Hub Worlds, which are beyond
probability and eternally hold the Kristiac intention and experience.
