Accuracy ( deduction of 3 points from 100 for every rules that were not observed)
1. File must be saved at the desktop. Files that was not saved at the desktop would not be

2. There are 20 different record each record must be arrange from using a specific the
product code as the first column header
3. There would be 10 fields on this particular activity initially, each column must be
arranged to its relevance and each column must have the right type of data. The first
column is the Product Code, the 2nd column is the Customer Name
4. Data or field must be arranged according to its relevance, the 3rd to the last field would
be Cost, where it would be based from the formula Price multiplied by the Quantity.
5. The information about the delivery date must be formatted on short date and would be
the 3rd column and next to this column is the Delivery Place
Create the Following
6. Insert a header with a Company Name: Prime ABC Holding, must include a logo
7. All records whose quantity is 5 below must automatically have a color of red
8. All records where the cost is greater than 20,000 must automatically have a blue color
and bold
9. Add another column name the column STOCKS, this column should have a text
data type and middle align. The STOCKS column would be 2nd to the last column
10. If the Column Quantity has a number less than 5, The STOCKS column must have a
value of Limited Supply, if the quantity is between 6 to 10 the value would be Good
Stocks, if the quantity is between 11 to 20, the value would be Overload, if the
quantity would be 21 and above the value would be Surplus
11. Add another column , column as TAX
12. The TAX column should have a format of currency and would be placed between
quantity and cost
13. If the COST is greater than 30,000 the value would be 8% of the cost, if not the value
would 5% of the COST
14. Add another column, named the column as NETTED COST. This column should be
the last column
15. The value of this column would COST minus TAX
