Gulf Fasteners is a manufacturer, stockholder and distributor
of petrochemical grade bolting and special fasteners for the
Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries.

Having the largest arsenal of machineries and equipment by

a fastener manufacturer in the MENA-APAC region further
helps Gulf Fasteners produce the best quality and on time

With over vast experience providing solutions to global OEMs, distributors and end users within

Gulf Fasteners studbolt and fastener assemblies are typically used in a range of Petrochemical
and Oil and Gas applications. These include; pressure vessels, skids, heat exchangers, pumps,
valves, actuators, wellheads, pipeline fabrications, petrochemical plants and drilling equipment.

Headquartered in the Sultanate of Oman, we utilise a worldwide network of our own manufacturing and
distribution operations, as well as primary supply sources, to supply and support customers in America,
Europe, the Middle East, Central and South East Asia and Australia.
Through continual investment, we maintain world class manufacturing facilities that include state of the
art CNC machining, hot forging and thread rolling and boast a worldwide stock range of fully certified
raw materials, semi-finished and finished components.
In addition to carrying an extensive stock holding of standard products and machinable blanks, we also
provide a diverse range of engineered machined components for custom projects. Our inventory of raw
materials enables us to provide OEMs, distributors and end users across the world with customer
specific designed parts in materials including mild, carbon and alloy steel, aluminium, bronze, brass,
stainless steel, titanium, duplex and high nickel alloys.
Our Products:
GULF FASTENERS is capable of manufacturing a
wide range of precision machined components to
meet customers specific quality and safety critical
requirements. Our manufacturing facility offers our
customers tailored made parts in a size range up to
300mm diameter x 3000mm long for high integrity
industrial applications in the Oil, Gas, Power
Generation, Heavy Engineering and Petrochemical
sectors.

Our new CNC and VMC machines along with our

conventional machining methods allows GULF
FASTENERS to provide our customers with a
complete solution for custom made parts produced
to customers standards and specifications. GULF
FASTENERS holds an extensive range of raw
materials including,Carbon, Alloy, Stainless,
Duplex and Super Duplex Steels, Inconel, and high
Nickel Alloys, which enables us to quickly turn
around orders and provide a fast and responsive
service. In addition to our machining capabilities,
GULF FASTERNERS can also provide, cutting,
drilling, tapping, grinding, heat treatment, slotting,
broaching, blasting and protective coatings for
these components.
