Due to the current outbreak of Coronavirus in South Africa, Rope Access Inspection (Pty) Ltd has
implemented the following measures:
RAI has reduced the number of staff, students and non-essential personnel at our venue.
Where possible staff will be working from home
If anyone is feeling sick or have any symptoms, they will be asked to refrain from entering RAI
training venue or offices. Inform the training co-ordinater and we will re-scheduling or refund you
for the course.
If you have travelled internationally in the last 2 weeks, you will not be allowed to enter RAI training
venue or offices until a mandatory period of 2 weeks self quarantine has been concluded and you
do not show any signs.
RAI will limit the number of students per course to prevent close contact (more than 6 feet), and the
students that do attend will be seated accordingly
RAI has placed hand sanitizer stations around the venue, classroom, reception and upstairs
boardroom. We have also adopted a thorough cleaning remgiment that is done at the end of
every day once all students and staff have finished for the day. This is signed and checked daily.
RAI is fully aware of the current situation and will monitor local and international news to determine
the measures to put in place.
Should the outbreak and number of infections increase, we will re-evaluate the situation and send
our corrospondence accordingly.
Best Regards
RAI Management
