2. Service Quality
 Program elements: Is the current program flow working? Why or why not?

 How effective are the following elements:
o Salo
o Welcoming First Timers
o Video and Live Announcements
o Word
o Giving
o Run through / practice of worship team before the next 2 services
 Address service delays and interruptions (causes & solutions)
o Late Starting creates a domino effect, resulting in:
 Technical difficulties in every service
 The need to do sound check AND run through in 10AM & 4PM
 Inconsistency of showing media such as videos and slides
 First service going overtime
 Late starting time for succeeding services, with 10 AM service
going into overtime
 Time management issues
o Only the Word segment has a time keeper
o The Salo portion goes over its allotted time
o Too many announcements including live unplanned announcements that
Media and clickers are not aware of
o Praise and Prayer reports are ad libbed and also go over time
o Unscripted/untimed adlibs make the welcome portion go overtime
o No extra time to minister to Visitors and New Believers
o Placing the Giving at the end tends to kill momentum and becomes a
second Word

4. Evaluation of Bontoc trip (15 mins)

 The forefront objective of the trip was to present a livelihood opportunity (c/o
Olive Daag).
 The first main objective was to check in on Ps. Rudy and Flor, to clarify the status
of their outreach (i.e., get statistics we can work on such as attendance,
leaders/volunteers)
 The second main objective was to encourage Ps. Rudy and Flor to continue (if not
revive or rebuild) the ministry, strengthen and reawaken the gifts and callings in
order for them to grow or regrow the outreach. Since the NL Baguio will be moving
in the direction of reaching out to other provinces like La Union, Pangasinan and
Zambales, we need to know if they are part of this plan.
 Were the objectives met? If yes, what were the indicators? (e.g., how often will the
trips be repeated, are they willing to commit to be involved/ to participate in
Baguio initiatives and receive training for them to share to Bontoc, etc.)
 What is the current status Ps. Rudy and the Bontoc group? What will be the extent
of Baguio’s involvement as a church (in terms of finances and people resources)?
