Major Problems Encountered

 Change in the government policy, may affect the probability of the firm.
 High level of competition with existing units.
 Adverse climatic condition may affect the availability of price of raw materials.
 Keeping pace with exiting environment to changes should be needed in quantity, design,
color, packing form, etc.
 Leather shoes are fashionable product so there may be the risk of wastage of raw
materials and finished goods.
Other insight and recommendations
As such we as citizen of the Philippines having some responsibility to uplift the economic level
and more compatible.
In view of above information which can have the best way to get comfort in life of all household
work. In earlier time, Leather Product is being prepared in a traditional and it is considered as
time consuming and wastage of energy. But if we introduce the technical equipment’s, which
survives high quality with quantity in lesser time.
