SCOPE STATEMENT:

PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
To construct a House in Bahria Housing Society at a Cost of $220,000, In one Year.
DELIVERABLES:
 A 4500-square-foot, finished house as per design given by the customer.

MILESTONES:
1. Foundation work would start on 1 March 2020.
2. Grey structure Completion on September 15, 2020.
3. House Finishing on December 15, 2020.
4. Test and clean on January 15, 2021.
