FUTURO (GOING TO)

Holidays in Thailand
On my next holiday, I’m going to Thailand. I’m going to buy my plane tickets
tomorrow.
I’m pretty sure I’m going to fly into Bangkok on the 5th of April, and I’m going to
stay in a hotel in the city center. I’m going to visit all the important sights, and I’m
going to spend some time at the beach.
I love Thai food, so I’m going to eat a lot of delicious noodles and more. 
After two weeks, on the 19th of April, I’m going to fly home. It’s going to be an
exciting trip!

Activities
1. Translate the reading, you must have the list with words that you will look for in
the dictionary. (Traduzca el texto, usted debe hacer una lista con las palabras que busque en el
diccionario)
2. with the underlined sentences you must do yes/no questions and information
questions. (Con las oraciones subrayadas usted debe hacer con cada una de las oraciones preguntas de
respuesta si/no y preguntas de información)
3. Rewrite the text. Change: subject to plural, country, food, places (Re escriba el texto
cambie el sujeto a plural, cambie la comida, el país, fechas, lugares)
FUTURO (WILL)

My dad is picking me up in an hour and I will stay at his place for the weekend, with
my sister, little brother, stephmother and dog. On Monday we will all leave for a trip
to New York where we will stay for a week, my grandparents will also be there.
When I come back home I will go to my other grandparents to celebrate my
grandpa's birthday. I will be studying for my final exams during that week, which
means that I will not play any games, or I will not even come online. After this week
I will have my final exams, during two weeks. I will see the results a week later. If I
pass my exams I will study Graphic Design. Right now, I am just really stressed,
and I will be stressed till this is all over.

PRSENT PERFECT TENSE: (COPIAR EN EL CUADERNO)

Para formar el presente perfecto, se usa el verbo auxiliar “to have” en el presente y el
participio pasado del verbo. Para verbos regulares, el participio pasado es la forma simple del
pasado.
1. Affirmative Sentences (Frases afirmativas)
Sujeto + verbo auxiliar (to have) + participio pasado…
YOU, WE. THEY: HAVE
HE.SHE.IT: HAS
2. Negative Sentences (Frases negativas)
Sujeto + verbo auxiliar (to have) + “not” + participio pasado…
3. Interrogative Sentences (Frases interrogativas)
Verbo auxiliar (to have) + sujeto + participio pasado…?
