Winning for caregivers – summary

This is a short summary for the 27-page Ebook of the project. We invite the public to
read the entire Ebook to learn about the details, more opportunities, challenges and
even about the very few risks. We use Filipino caregivers working in Israel as our
case study due to my personal experience. However, our offers are relevant to
caregivers from 10 different countries – including India, Nepal, etc - working in about
70 countries all over the world. Our offers also relevant to many foreign workers in
other fields such as construction, agriculture, cleaning, etc.

Disclaimer: This is a FREE public service project. We are not earning fees from the
solutions offered below. We wish caregivers success and strong future.

Caregivers pay agencies $8K-$10K placement fees to get work. Since they don’t have
the money they normally pay installments with about 8%+ outrage MONTHLY
interest rates. That means that it takes you almost 2 years to pay about double fee!

We wish to raise awareness to your problems and to the fact that caregivers are in a
fact safe borrowers because you work on a 5-year contract, which you almost never
break. We ask the public to provide you 50-months loans with 5-7% ANNUAL
interests. That is good investment for them that will save you thousands of dollars!

There are about 100 million people who could easily provide and even seek such
investments. Your total needs are for about 250K (about quarter Filipinos) loans per
year. Supply being 400 times more than the needs makes it a very probable option.

Second issue we address is to prepare caregivers for stronger return back home.
Most of you work 24/7 locked in a house far away from home. This should not be
treated as a life career but as a few years' opportunities to invest in successful
business to allow you strong return back home. We will help you by providing links
to helpful Ebooks, online lessons and courses (many free or with 30 day free trial)
and with mentoring. Hopefully the mentors would form lifelong relations with you.

The placement fees are abusive because the agencies don’t count you. We wish to
raise outrage amongst the lenders and mentors (who will be financially strong and
educated) to the issue and put public pressure to reduce the fees. The personal
lenders and the mentors will change the power balance in your favor!
Reducing your placements fee by half and the interest rates to 5%-7% annual will cut
your payments by about 75%! Today it takes you almost 2 years to pay about $18K
due to $9K placement fees. We wish in the near future to cut the placement fees to
about $4K of which you will end up paying about $4.5K in 50 payments of $90 each.

We also offer few specific benefits to foreign workers who work in Israel.
The project focuses on caregivers but is relevant to many foreign workers in the
fields of construction, agriculture, etc. it will save each year $2K-$10K to hundreds
thousands workers coming from developing countries and will bring your economies
hundreds of millions extra dollars. In addition, the project will help tens of thousands
workers establish successful small businesses in your countries.

We are not an agency, law firm or even administrator to coordinate the project for
commission. I am just an individual who wish to raise awareness and offer solutions.
The collaborations will be directly between lenders/mentors with the workers.

Sadly, there are very strong forces against the project that rejected it when we first
offered it in 2012. I detail them more in the Ebook. Yet, since 2012 it could have
saved thousands of dollars to million Filipino and Indian caregivers, helped about
half a million start successful small businesses in their countries and boosted each of
the two economies by about 2 Billion dollars.

Your governments are very aware of the problems that been going on for at least 20
years. They are slow to help for number of reasons which I suspect includes
corruption, lack of creativity, goodness, care and lack of pro-active mentality.

The Filipino Embassy politely chased me away by talking about government to

government agreement they are working with Israel. I talk about this in the Ebook.
It's been 6 years ago and almost million caregivers lost on the benefits since and the
economy of the Philippines lost more than 1 Billion dollars.

The caregivers' organizations are against the project because they don’t see away to
profit from it and as many told me possibly because they are close to the ones
profiting from the situations.

Caregivers are very passive and pessimistic and don’t have faith that anyone will care
about helping you. However, by being passive you contribute to the situation to
continue for indefinite. Remember; we will ask assistance from the public in
America, Europe, Australia, etc. We need to present level of confidence, desire,
goodness and care and optimism if we wish them to help.

Many of you look the other way because you think our solutions will benefit only
future caregivers. However:
A. You need to help lay the ground for their sake.
B. We offer many benefits for existing caregivers to help you build stronger
future in your country.
The solutions depends on getting high profile public figures from your countries and
from the countries you work in order to over influence the "bad apples" who keep
the situation going on for so long.

The main campaign will be to ask for assistance from the public in the countries
where you work: North America, Europe, Australia, etc.

However, first we need few months to rally you, the public of your countries (e.g.
Filipinos, Indians, Thailand, etc) and public figures behind the project.

You MUST first express your understanding, desire and claim the project. Only then
we will convince and inspire the public in the countries you work to assist.
