In this chapter the results of the study are presented and discussed with
reference to the aim of the study which was to determine the effect of gadgets in the
academic performance of students of Manuel L. Quezon National High School.

The figure 2 shows the distribution of the respondents in terms of age. It can be
shown that most of the age fall under 12-14 years old which is 30%. Followed by 28%
which belongs to age 19 and above. Next, 22% and 20% which composed by the age
bracket 17-18 years old and 15-16 years old, respectively.
