School Dining Account Payments: Student meal account payments must be labeled with the student's full name and teacher. Families
are encouraged to pay with checks or money orders, not cash. If purchasing for more than one child, list the information for each child
on the payment, we do not need separate checks. Checks are made out to "Name of School Food Service". Balances stay with children
as long as they are In our district. A $12.00 fee is deducted from a student's account for each insufficient fund check. A web site is
available to access information about students’ accounts http://fs-pos.iccsd.k12.ia.us/. If you do not use this site, contact Jackie Andresen
andresen.jackie@iccsd.k12.ia.us or 319-688-1254 to obtain a password and ID. Elementary meal charge limit is negative $6. If a student o wes
more than $6.00, a charge lunch is provided until balances due are paid. Please remember School Dining Accounts are not charge
