Part I. Overview

1 Grounds for Acceptance

On finishing the device installation and debugging, an acceptance group, which
consists of the customer and the installation staff, shall carry out acceptance
tests to the device, ensuring that it has reached the required indexes of the
customer.

2 Contents
The product version that corresponds to the guide is Oceanspace S5500T
V100R001.

This guide consists of three parts:

 Part I Overview introduces the groundings for acceptance, content of the
manual, numbering specifications for acceptance items, and other matters
that require attention.
 Part II Operation Guide describes in detail the test procedures of all
items, and serves as a reference for technical support engineers in
acceptance.
 Part III Appendix includes the cover of the customer's signature
confirmation table.

4 Precautions
(1) Before acceptance tests start, please ensure that the system is properly
installed, the software and hardware debugging is passed, and the
system can run normally.
(2) The acceptance items should be validated by representatives of Huawei
and the customer.
(3) In actual acceptance as well as in the preliminary tests, representatives
of both parties should comply with relevant testing criteria. As some
indices are already tested before delivery, if the testing conditions are
limited, sampling or even exemption from testing can be introduced.

 Special Comments:
In actual acceptance, please abide by the contract and stipulations agreed by
both parties. This manual serves as a reference only.
