Depending on the scope and priority business functions, there are numbers of software

can be applicable to restore operations of the small business. The following are some example

software which can be considered as primary requirements for reestablishing administrations in a

private company:

1. System software – they are the system related software which must have to handle its

internal functions for a computer.


2. Real-time software – they investigate and look at continuous occasions on event.

3. The business software – they helps to manage financial information.

4. Artificial intelligence (AI) software – they help in critical thinking and provide projection

of future data.

5. The web-based software – they help both business users and customer to connect each

other with respect to their specific needs.

From the above discussion, we can conclude that despite having different requirements of

different small business organization, the above mentioned both hardware and software are very

generic essential requirements for the continuation of business operation for a small company
