1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?
R/: I think what I would do from the beginning would be to have a greater
motivation regarding what I am doing, to obtain better results
2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most?
R/: they say that I do not go deep into work and that I do not surpass myself
sometimes
5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?
R/: I have gained a greater confidence in myself which helps me to relate better
with clients, as well as greater security to speak in public
9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do
things better?
R/: I would say that the first three months I was in a constant improvement and I
worked while learning each new assignment they left me
10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?
R/: because I always look for a constant change every so often, I do not like to
stay static and even though I know how to do what I do and in an excellent
way, I like challenges
