5.  Cancellation Policy 
 
Due to limited class size, YRH must maintain a firm policy for cancellations.  If it is necessary 
for you to cancel your registration, please note: 
 
 If you cancel your registration not less than 10 business days prior to the class, no penalty 
will be applied. 
 If you cancel your registration up to 10 business days prior to the class, a penalty of 25% of 
the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
 If you cancel your registration up to 5 business days prior to the class, a penalty of 50% of 
the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee. 
 If you fail to attend and have not notified YRH prior to scheduled day of the class, a penalty 
of 100% of the total charge will be applicable. 
 You may reschedule your registration not less than 10 business days prior to the beginning 
of your class without penalty. 
 If you need to reschedule up to 10 business days prior to the class, a $75.00 processing fee 
will be added when rescheduling.
