. Bangladesh achived in average 6+ percent growth rates for more than one decade. In financial

by the WTO Secretariat on its own responsibility. The Secretariat has, as required by the
Agreement establishing the Trade Policy Review Mechanism (Annex 3 of the Marrakesh
Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization), sought clarification from Bangladesh
on its trade policies and practices.

Many problems are faced in Asia and Europe for dealing with transition economy .Countries
can’t ensure sustainable trade .Some country face dumping problem and can’t protect
intellectual property and their domestic market .Some countries face high tariff and tax .
Probable solution for dealing with transition economy in Asia and Europe :
1. Reducing government intervention in a reasonable rate in accordance with own
economic system.
2. The borders have to be flexible and tariffs and tax should be lessened at a
reasonable rate so that the LDCs and developing countries can afford the cost of
the products and develop their economic system.
3. Trade wars should be solved through negotiations.
4. Intellectual property rights policy should be Moderated .
5. Domestic market should protect by government smooth monitoring .
6. Country trade agreemet can modificate by discussion on the basis of trade policy .
