OUR COMPANY
REVITAS is a young real estate investment, development and management company; based,
focused and specialized in the central neighborhoods of Mexico City. We pride ourselves on our

quality of life of our users and tenants and have multiplier effects on the economy, society and
environment of Mexico City.
Our Management Team has more than 55 years of cumulative relevant interdisciplinary experience

DRIVING TRENDS

URBANIZATION We live in an era of accelerated urbanization. In Mexico, 79% of the population

lives in cities and 83% will do so by 2025. Consequently, the Mexico City Metro
Area population is expected to grow by 2.4 people million by 2050.
ECONOMIC Cities concentrate economic, social and cultural well-being; they exponentially drive
CONCENTRATION income, productivity and innovation. With only 7.4% of the population, Mexico City
produces 17% of the Country's GDP, growing at twice the national rate.
HYPER Federal and local authorities have prioritized containing urban sprawl and
DENSIFICATION promoting denser, more compact and dynamic cities. This public policy is already
being translated into urban instruments that encourage investment in infill areas.
HOUSING Mexico City has an annual housing demand of 80,000, which far outpaces the
DEFICIT output of 40,000 homes per year, and builds on the 300,000 home deficit.
SUSTAINABLE Due to the strain associated with motorized trips in Mexico City, citizens and
MOBILITY authorities seek better access to multimodal transport. This strengthens centric
neighborhoods friendly to non-motorized and public transportation.
TECNOLOGICAL In Mexico, 51 million people have mobile internet, thus can access and share
INNOVATION information in real time. This transforms the way spaces are conceived and used.
SHARED The proliferation of shared economies - rent, loan or shared use of spaces, goods
ECONOMIES and services - maximizes the use of space and increases the quality and diversity
of services that can be offered within a community.
HYPER Technology and globalization have refined the criteria of users. This creates
SEGMENTATION opportunities to offer projects targeted to specific needs, interests and lifestyles.
GENERATIONAL The Millennial Generation (1980-2000) is intensely urban, giving priority to
SHIFTS experiences and quality over quantity. This generation is more mobile and flexible
than the previous ones and will soon represent the bulk of the real estate demand.

OUR CITY
Our attention is centered on Mexico City, one of the most dynamic cities globally, which has
consolidated its leadership in dozens of aspects that translate into better quality of life and greater
opportunities. Mexico City stands out worldwide for its wide cultural diversity, rich historical
heritage, modern local architecture, high gastronomy and extraordinary urban amenities.
To exemplify the dynamism and value of our City, the following recognitions stand out:
• The Historical Center and Xochimilco are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
• Chapultepec Park is ranked one of the 100 best and largest urban parks in the world.
• The Wall Street Journal describes Mexico City as one of "the best gastronomic city", and the city
has almost 20% of the 50 best Michelin restaurants in Latin America.
• The New York Times named Mexico City as the most interesting place to visit in 2016,
describing it as a "metropolis that has it all."

THE CITY´S CORE

Consistent with our urban vision,
we focus our efforts within a 5km
radius around Chapultepec Castle,
which is the social, cultural and
economic center of gravity of
Mexico City and the "epicenter" of
the country.
This Core sits upon the intersection
between the Cuauhtémoc, Miguel
Hidalgo and Benito Juárez Districts.
These are the most productive
Districts at the national level, they
account for only 6% of Mexico
City´s territory and together account
for 46% of formal jobs, 64% of
formal income and 61% of its GDP.
Moreover, the area overlaps with
the Reforma, Lomas, Insurgentes
and Polanco office corridors, which
jointly house 3.4 million SQM of
Class A office or 54% of the City´s
total stock.
