DUA

‫ت َخلَ ْقتَِِن َوأَنَا َعْب ُد َك َوأَنَا َعلَى َع ْه ِد َك‬

َ ْ‫ت َريِّب ال إِلَهَ إِال أَن‬
َ ْ‫اللَّ ُه َّم أَن‬

َ ِ‫ك بِنِ ْع َمت‬

‫ك‬ َ َ‫ت أَبُوءُ ل‬ ِ َ ِ‫وو ْع ِد َك ما استَطَعت أَعوذُ ب‬
ُ ‫صنَ ْع‬
َ ‫ك م ْن َشير َما‬ ُ ُ ْ ْ َ ََ

َ ْ‫وب إِال أَن‬

‫ت‬ ُّ ‫ك بِ َذنِِْب فَا ْغ ِفْر ِِل فَِإنَّهُ ال يَ ْغ ِفر‬
َ ُ‫الذن‬ َ َ‫َعلَ َّي َوأَبُوءُ ل‬
ُ

O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped

but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to
my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge
with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You
all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to
You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody
can forgive sins except You. [Sahih al-Bukhari; 8,75,318, at-
Tirmidhi; 3393, an-Nasa'i; 5522, Ahmad; 16662]

ِ ِ
َ ‫َربَّنَا إِنَّنَا َآمنَّا فَا ْغفْر لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا َوقنَا َع َذ‬
‫اب النَّا ِر‬
Our Lord! We have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins,
and save us from the agony of the Fire [3:16]

ِ ‫الس ِميع‬
‫يم‬
ُ ‫العل‬
َ ُ َّ ‫ت‬ َ َّ‫َربَّنَا تَ َقبَّ ْل ِمنَّا إِن‬
َ ْ‫ك أَن‬
Our Lord! Accept (this service) from us: For Thou art the All-
Hearing, the All-knowing [2:127]

‫ين‬ِ
‫ر‬ ِ‫ربَّنا أَفْ ِر ْغ علَي نا صْباً وثَبيت أَقْدامنا وانصرنَا علَى ال َقوِم ال َكاف‬
َ ْ َ ُْ َ ََ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ ََ
Our Lord! Bestow on us endurance, make our foothold sure, and
give us help against the disbelieving folk [2:250]
 ِِ
َ ‫صْب ًرا َوتَ َوفَّنَا ُم ْسلم‬
‫ي‬ َ ‫َربَّنَا أَفْ ِر ْغ َعلَْي نَا‬
Our Lord! Pour out on us patience and constancy, and take our
souls unto thee as Muslims (who bow to thy will)! [7:126]

‫ين‬ِ
‫ر‬ ِ ‫اْل‬
‫اس‬ ْ ‫ن‬ ِ ‫ربَّنَا ظَلَمنَا أَن ُفسنَا وإِن ََّّل تَ ْغ ِفر لَنَا وتَر ََحْنَا لَنَ ُكونَ َّن‬
‫م‬
َ َ َ َْ ْ ْ َ َ ْ َ
Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not
and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost.
[7:23]

ِِ ِ ‫ك إِ يِّن ُك‬
َ ‫نت م َن الظَّلم‬
‫ي‬ ُ َ ‫الَّ إِلَهَ إِالَّ أ‬
َ َ‫َنت ُسْب َح ن‬
There are none worthy of worship besides You, Glorified are You.
Surely I am from the wrongdoers.” [21:87]

ِ ‫وة وِمن ذُيريَِِّت ربَّنا وت َقبَّل دع‬

‫آء‬ ِ َ‫ٱلصل‬ ‫يم‬ ِ ‫ب ٱجع ِلِن م‬
َُ َ َ
َ َ َ َّ َ ُ َ ‫َر ي‬
‫ق‬
O my Lord! Make me one who establishes regular Prayer, and
also (raise such) among my offspring, O our Lord! and accept
Thou my Prayer [14:40]

ِْ ‫ي ولِْلم ْؤِمنِي ي وم ي ُقوم‬ ِِ ِ

‫اب‬
ُ ‫اْل َس‬ ُ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ َّ ‫َربَّنَا ا ْغفْر ِِل َول َوال َد‬
O our Lord! Cover (us) with Thy Forgiveness - me, my parents,
and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be
established! [14:41]

‫ي إِ َم ًاما‬ ِ ِ ٍ ِ‫ربَّنَا هب لَنَا ِمن أ َْزو ِاجنَا وذُيريَّات‬

َ ‫اج َعْلنَا لْل ُمتَّق‬‫و‬ ‫ي‬
ْ َ ُ ‫َع‬
ْ ‫أ‬ ‫ة‬
َ‫ر‬َّ ‫ق‬
ُ ‫ا‬َ‫ن‬ َ َ ْ ْ َ َ
O my Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the
comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous
[25:74]

‫ك َعلَى ُك يل َش ْي ٍء قَ ِدير‬ ِ
َ َّ‫َربَّنَا أَْْتِ ْم لَنَا نُ َورنَا َوا ْغفْر لَنَا إِن‬
Our Lord! Perfect our Light for us, and grant us Forgiveness: for
Thou hast power over all things. [66:8]

ِ ِ
ْ ‫َربَّنَا الَ تُ َؤاخ ْذنَا إِن نَّسينَا أ َْو أ‬
‫َخطَأْنَا‬
Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error [2:286]

‫ين ِمن قَ ْبلِنَا‬ ِ َّ ِ

ْ ِ‫َربَّنَا َوالَ ََْتم ْل َعلَْي نَا إ‬
َ ‫صًرا َك َما ََحَْلتَهُ َعلَى الذ‬
Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay
on those before us [2:286]

ِ ِ
‫انصْرنَا َعلَى‬
ُ َ‫َنت َم ْوالَنَا ف‬ ُ ‫َربَّنَا َوالَ َُتَ يمْلنَا َما الَ طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِه َو ْاع‬
َ ‫ف َعنَّا َوا ْغفْر لَنَا َو ْار ََحْنَا أ‬
‫ين‬ِ
‫ر‬ ِ‫الْ َقوِم الْ َكاف‬
َ ْ
Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength
to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy
on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand
against faith [2:286]

‫اب‬
ُ ‫َنت الْ َوَّه‬
َ ‫كأ‬ َ ‫ب لَنَا ِمن لَّ ُد‬
َ َّ‫نك َر َْحَةً إِن‬ ِ
ْ ‫َربَّنَا الَ تُِز ْغ قُلُوبَنَا بَ ْع َد إ ْذ َه َديْتَ نَا َوَه‬
Our Lord! (they say), Let not our hearts deviate now after Thou
hast guided us, but grant us mercy from Thine own Presence; for
Thou art the Grantor of bounties without measure [3:8]

ِ ‫ٱْلم ُد لِلَّ ِه ر ي‬ ِ َٰ ِ ِ ‫كري‬

‫ي‬
َ ‫ب ٱلْ ََٰعلَم‬َ ْ َْ ‫ب ٱلْعَّزِة َع َّما يَص ُفون َو َسلَم َعلَى ٱلْ ُمْر َسلي َو‬َ َ ‫ُسْب ََٰح َن َربي‬
Glory to thy Lord the Lord, of Honor and Power! (He is free) from
what they ascribe (to Him)! And Peace on the Messengers! And
praise to Allah, the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds.[ 37:180-
182]
‫ي‬ ِ ِ َّ ‫َِّن م َّس ِِن الضُُّّر وأَنت أَرحم‬
َ ‫الراَح‬ َُْ َ َ َ َ ‫أي‬
Verily, distress has seized me, and You are the Most Merciful of
all those who show mercy.” [21.083 ]

‫ي َو اِنَّا اِ ََل َربينَا لَ ُمْن َقلِبُ ْو ْن‬ ِ ِ

ْ ْ ‫ُسْب َح َن الَّذ ْى َس َّخَرلَنَا َه َذا َو َما ُكنَّا لَهُ ُم ْق ِرن‬
“Glory be to Al’lah who has given us control over this (mode of
transport) and without his Grace we would not have been able to
control it and undoubtedly we are to return towards our Lord.”
