All students must pass the prerequisite physical


screening test as found in MILPERSMAN 1220-100
and 1220-410. This test will be administered the
second day of training. Physical examinations
forms DD 2808 and DD 2807-1 should be
forwarded to NDSTC Medical Department 45 days
before the class convening date for review. A point
