Proposal: Desktop Services: Support Services (24*7) across 35 geographic locations
Proposal for SaaS Application Services: SaaS application to sync product information across the
supply chain with a recommendation of RFID tags and barcode labels.
Proposal: Application Services: Training and support for running applications

Gaps Identified
Data Centre: Hosting plan with details of Latency and uptime guarantee. 
Deployment Plan: Detailed plan with the recommendation of Phase wise or Big-bang approach. 
Migration Plan: Detailed plan on the recommended tools used for migration and tackling
downtime.
SaaS Applications: Compatibility and integration within SaaS applications for seamless data
transfer
Email: Suggestion on SaaS application which can cater to increasing usage of emails.
Security: Security measures adopted to keep all the applications and data secure.
Disaster Risk Management: A DRS plan for our most significant applications (low cost)
Support Services: Average response time commitment for different criticality levels of tickets
Desktop Services: High availability & compatibility of desktop services with legacy systems
Action Plan for existing data centres (Total 16): Whether decommission or utilized by the
vendor

To conclude, in our opinion, the offerings presented by the vendor need a more detailed
overview explaining how their services can meet our requirements. The above gaps have
been identified as part of our initial assessment which are to be fulfilled on further
discussion with the vendor.
