Recruitment
o Responsible for all level of Hiring from Fresher to Senior Level.
o Responsible for 10 EUs Technical Hiring.
o Responsibilities include forecasting, sourcing and screening, conducting interviews, salary
negotiation, post selection joining formalities and background verification check.
o Exposure to hiring from LinkedIn, Naukri and other portals.
o Facilitating the new joiners in terms of post recruitment process with the help of respective teams
under First 90 days program.
Performance Management
o Initiating the Appraisal process and ensuring the reviews happened within the time lines.
o Ensuring the appraisals are closed within the timelines as per the organizational bell curve.
o Initiating Performance Improvement Plan for the non-performers, target discussion and follow up
on the road map for the PIP period.
On-boarding
