STAY SAFE FROM COVID-19 :

On behalf of the residents in the compound we urge the RP management to support and extend few
enhanced facilities to the tenants in their strive to remain safe. In this context a favorable considerations
may be given to the following points.

• The common areas like parking sheds , pool side area , free spaces around the building , gym ,
laundry room shall be cleaned from all debris , unwanted /unsued material .
• The staff may be asked to visit each of the 5 building time to time and clear the unused items piled
up behind the stair cases , landing area .
• The birds cage area and place near west side of the compound where bins are kept requires
extensive clear up.
• Some means of improving the ventilation in corridors of each floor may be explored and
implemented. Could be providing air lovers on doors / glass windows or forced air circulation
are possibilities

Precautionary measures

For Visitors

• Entry of those who are not living in the compound may be monitored and restricted. This
include visitors / service providers and other vendors as well as close relatives of tenants
entering the compound. A tracking record of such personal will help in the event of an
unfortunate outbreak.
• Temperature screening for all workers/visitors/guests/delivery boys.
• Gloves and masks to be made compulsory to those who are entering & reaching direct to the
flats for delivery ( news paper/ water /food -etc)

For tenants

• A hand sanitizing unit near the entrance of each building as well as at the elevator points.
• A hand washing booth just outside the laundry room.

Maintenance

• Once in a day, wiping down with a disinfectant , all entrance doors , hand rails & other common
surfaces where children have easy access.
• All corridor floor shall be cleaned /mopped at least twice in a day with disinfectant.
• All trash /garbage bins shall be kept closed.
• Improve the surveillance in the compound by the RP staff members and encourage children to
maintain social distancing in common area .
