Google exhibitor list and you'll see the manufacturers and distribitors in all
sorts of industries behind the scenes. Here's 3 examples...
http://www.pacificmarineexpo.com/en/exhibitor Imaging USA 2013: Exhibitor List
https://audiofest.net/new/americas-a...13-exhibitors/ These companies that attend
trade shows, mostly sell to other businesses and a customer has a higher lifetime
value than the consumer market in most cases. Plus they don't get marketed to as
much as those that sell to consumers. Google trade show exhibitors and a whole new
world will open up to you.

Industrial and manufacturing sector (Most businesses in the industrial and
manufacturing sector are charging in the tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands
or more for one contract. And very few marketers, if any, ever approach them. If
you take a walk around the industrial area in your city and look for businesses
that are buzzing with activity that's a good start. Just drive around the
industrial part of the city and look for large buildings with loading docks and
tractor trailers backed up to them. You can Google search them to find out what
they do. They are either distributing products or manufacturing it. Either way,
with small companies in the range of 50 to 500 employees, they are looking for more
sales. You won't have a problem with too many people that say they are just killing
it in today's economy and are turning away large contracts. While they may be good
at their business and good at selling, there's a chance that they are weak at
marketing it. The poor dentist gets overwhelmed by marketers, while the big fish
are left alone.)

Mortgage Brokers
Mortgage processing service companies (I just looked at a couple. They charge $500
to process 1 loan. Lots of loan officers/brokers get 2-4 loans a month. Trick is to
convince them not to process themselves... or inhouse (inhouse cost seems to be
about the same... $400-450). With these and appraisers... the relationships last
years... One new client can bring in tens of thousands over several years.)
