Greetings of good hope!

This is to ask permission from your good office to allow my students in the following courses:
Environmental Science (CE III and Indus. Tech. III); Earth Science (BPE I and BA I); Basic Geography (BEED
III) and History I (BA I and Indus. Tech. III) to organize a mini symposium in the form of an information
drive to raise awareness among our students the significance of environmental care as a measure for
preserving our nature and mother earth, our only home.

The aforementioned courses are practically interrelated and scientifically integrated; hence, I decided to
have my students to work together in collaboration and in cooperation to come up with a synchronized
output. The said event would form part of their final output in the respective areas of discipline where
they are currently enrolled.

And in this regard, may I request further that may we be permitted to use the University Social Hall for
the venue in holding the said event.
